Such a shame, a lovely building and a zero star occupancy....We are not a nation of dictators! I am trying to be nice and civil ....

05/13/23: I had a great opportunity to learn about the washing state’s history as well as understand how bills are passed in the legislative building. Highly recommend this awesome place for educational purposes

Wrong guy way to long a liberal city votes for the whole state. Jay's decriminalization zone. 👀 around you can't deny it. Police that operate for profit. Way to turn policy to protect criminals while I pay.

Not super excited about the fence around the building and parked police cars patrolling. But otherwise a beautiful place.

My daughter played piano at a fundraiser for the Washington Historical Society this evening and it was an amazing experience! We didn't see much of the Mansion, but we were next to a room with an amazing mural painted on the walls. Beautiful! I have done the tour of the Capital and found it very interesting. Great opportunity to see where our government lives and works.

I went with a group for a tour and presentation about black history month that featured stories about notable historical African Americans. It was a nice tour. It had a lovely little art gallery with a featured Washington artist. The vibe was stuffy and uncomfortable. I felt like I was not wanted there. But of course, I guess that's to be expected. Anyhow, I've been to museums and parties at nicer mansions where I felt more welcome. Good place to see once. Wouldn't jump at the chance to attend another event there.

The Christmas decorations were so beautiful! The Mansion itself is gorgeous with so much of our states history! !! Tours are on wednesdays.

This is a very beautiful place to visit if you get the chance. You can become a supporter of the mansion, and get invited to lovely concerts that are catered usually serving wine. It's quite elegant.

I gave the governor a chance in the 2020 election for two reasons COVID-19 and climate change but he’s not doing as much as he could for education I think he could do better than that we need to have more alternative schools that’s been some thing that the Democrats and Republicans don’t want to pay for and it’s a shame. If only we had a better 2020 challenger someone who’s kinda like Bernie sanders who is not a member of any political party. If I ever run for governor I think I can do a little better on education. So instead on politicians using taxpayers money for themselves I think we can use that money for funding more alternative schools. If I-ever became the governor I would replace more than half of regular schools to alternative schools. The problem is we have lifelong politicians and bureaucrats that will refuse to pay for it.

Wonderful group of volunteers who shared some history of the building and gave engaging presentations about our state's history.
