Black Lake Meadows Reserve

Park β€’ Bird watching area

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This was our first visit here and loved it. The loop is easy to access and clean, stroller and animal friendly. The walk also provides beautiful Red Winged Blackbirds to look at and listen to (hard to photograph). We will return. People often mention walk, park,

Short walking trail around stream. Currently (December) there's flooding across the trail to the degree that normal shoes won't let you cross dry. Nice current through the section of stream closer to the road as well.

Nice walking park and the dude who stays in the blue van is way cool too. He's like a part of the park and I enjoy seeing him there every time I go there.

The city has cleaned this trail up, immensely. There use to be a small homeless presence here and there, and a little sketch. No more. We have seen coyote several times, but they are more afraid of us. Great walk, flat all the way around. Tons of birds, and the occasional bunny. No official trash can, so pack it out.

Beautiful little trail hidden right in the middle of an industrial complex area. Percival Creek runs along the edge and there's always birds and some other little critters to be seen. I walk my dog here quite frequently. Allot of lunch walkers and an occasional jogger. The path is about a mile loop. you'll see some homeless people in the area on occasion, but they are nothing to be concerned about in my experience.

If you're living out of your car why choose this lot to park in? Not exactly prime real estate.

Nice park with an approximate 1 mile loop.

Really nice trail to walk on. A little hidden. Entry is by the railroad tracks by Motman. There is a little creek that runs through it. Say it has fish certain times of year. Have yet to see that. Hope to see them when I visit sometime.

Enjoyed the path and a couple side trails. The pictures on the Web don't match this location though.

Cool little trails that are flat and easy for your older pets to take for a walk.

if you can get past the fact homeless sleep in their vehiclesat the parkinglot/trailhead and the fact the ones without a car to sleep in camp across the street, thos park is top notch. Growing up we always called itthe bird sanctuary. So much wildlife to see here. this park actually has a bridge for water to travel over the creek.

Wish that there were garbage cans located throughout here. There is no where to dispose of doggie waste bags and other trash. Also there should be a hunny bucket or two in case you have to use the restroom. Other than that it is a beautiful place.
