I have been living in this location part time with my partner for almost 10 years. It is beautiful, well-maintained, surprisingly quiet, accommodating, and genuinely interested in providing long-term accommodation in a time where housing has become unaffordable for all but the most wealthy amongst us. I have a goal to one day own an RV park, and this park is my model of exceptional service in this area.

I went to this manager about safety concerns for my elderly friends because homeless people have been sleeping outside their trailer. They are fearful. The Manager Cory immediately became unprofessional, defensive, loud and argumentative. I stayed calm. I let him know this is not an argumentative visit. He kept going on and on in a resentful manner about seniors. Cory does NOT like his job and it was obvious. This property owner needs to get a new manager.

Was a trailer park that had a few open sites. So it worked out great for us. There is everything within walking distance from the park. Stayed there five nights and it was fine. Good facilities, plenty of Hot water.

Very well maintained. Quiet even on Martin Way it is still quiet. Corey the resident manager is the best He's hardworking and really looks out for the people there.

I don't live here but walk by it quite often. It's well maintained and the some of the tenants have made beautiful gardens. The trailers are spaced apart from each other and it seems peaceful. Would consider living here if my circumstances would ever change.

My wife and I stayed there for 5 months and had no issues. Park was quit, people were friendly. Nice part of it all was the convenience of all venues of shopping within walking distance. I would recommend this park to anyone. I hope to be back.

Clean, peaceful, well maintained park. Right across the street from everything you could want, stores, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and a gym.

Large, clean 55+ mobile/rv park. Mostly newer model homes, all well maintained, older or newer. Friendly residents were having a yard sale outside on large grassy area near Martin Way entrance several times when I visited. Attractive layout and landscaping at this mobile park, and I'm told the lot rent is very reasonable for those on a fixed income. A good choice for seniors looking for a quiet safe place with friendly neighbors. Grocery stores and Fast Food selections are a short walk away, several offerings available within 2-8 blocks of here.

The manager's abilities are questionable No Outside Music, No Outside Cats, No Tresspassing on friends Lot, Prefers to accept rent but, doesn't want involvement in on-site incidents, prefers to have you call police.

This is a very well maintained park my husband and I both love the management and services ;-)

I myself found the place a bit of an eye soar and not very welcoming

55+ RV park, close walk to major stores, manager is great with people. Some older rigs but park is quiet and kept up. Spacious lots, and plenty of trees. In my opinion, this is the best RV park in the Olympia area.
