55+ Community manufactured home living. Location visible from the road. Nice, and clean. Great landscaping. 2 Bus stops, one directly across the street to head to Lacey. The other stop is on the same side as Colonial Inn that goes downtown. Chambers Lake park is across the street. Also, two trails directly behind property. Transportation is also provided for Colonial Inn tenants. They have a Clubhouse that includes: indoor swimming pool, spa, billiards, ping pong, bingo, exercise area, daily group activities, office area that includes wifi. Staff friendly and professional. Lot lease includes, water, sewer, garbage, recycle, comcast basic cable, and security patrol. I really like living here. Homeowners Dues: $15.00 pr year.

Nice quiet safe place, convenient location for shopping, medical appts, access to freeway. All units are double wide owner occupied. Well kept up. Recently remodeled large clubhouse. One major drawback is the indoor swimming pool. After the remodel management lowered the water temperature to 86 degrees. Which is the recommended temperature for an all purpose use pool. Too cold for enjoyable use by most senior resident of this 55 plus community. Be aware also that if use of an indoor heated pool is a requirement for treatment and recovery from medical procedures or general water exercise therapy is recommended, the current low water temp setting will not meet medical temp suggested guidelines for these purposes.

Great, safe, friendly, affordable community. Big clubhouse with activities going on all the time. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, pool tables, TV, etc. We love living here.

This is a great place for the community as the people here are very friendly and watch out for one another. During normal times there are allot of activities at the Clubhouse. Something for everyone. I moved here because of the indoor pool and it’s benefits for my physical limitations. Sadly the owner has lowered the pool temperature to 86 degrees, a temperature for multi use pools, which is too cold for the majority of seniors here. The morning and afternoon water exercise classes had to end which is a loss to many residents. Some residents use the pool wearing neoprene wetsuits for warmth.

5 Stars for the location. 2 Stars for the swimming pool. Management has lowered the water temp from 90 to 86 degrees which is too cold for the majority of the residents who used to use the pool. Many of the seniors have arthritis and other conditions that prevent them from using the pool because of the cold water temperature. Requests to increase the temperature 2 degrees to 88 degrees have been ignored. Consequently very few residents are using the pool now compared to how many used to use it. Some are even resorting to wearing wetsuits and swim shirts.

This is where I work as my second job, taking care for a senior, something I really like doing. My employer Andelcare have had me for almost 9 years. I work here as a caregiver. This place is very cool, cool environment, friendly community and I have worked here for 1 year 3 months. This place deserve 5 star.

An excellent 55+ community. Great neighbors, solid values, strong covenants. Most if not all units are DeTray's manufactured homes. Well built. (95% sure of that).
