People steal your stuff from the laundry room which again you can't report because management sucks. After you leave they charge you for stuff they shouldn't like rent after you leave. Dog poop everywhere. Over all horrible place to leave id leave zero stars if I could.

We've been here for about 2 years and it's been pretty good. Being on the bottom floor is a pain during the winter with the mold growing but it's Washington so what can you do really. Chris in the office is really nice and helpful. The only downsides are the thin walls, you can hear everything going on above/next to you. Also people let their cats run around outside and having an indoor cat myself, they like to come up to our windows and rip up our screens to try to fight with our cat. A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs, even though they put up 3+ posts with dog bags and trash cans for the renters. It's a pretty quiet complex with some really nice people. Free utilities including electric is fantastic, especially when you live on the bottom floor which is semi underground. It gets pretty cold in the winter, but plus side, it stays cool in the summer. Aside from the thin walls, most of the complaints I have are due to other renters actions, which you really can't do much about. The apartment staff is great and I wouldn't mind staying here for another couple years.

The apartment im in is so disgusting that I went septic and had to get an ambulance to the hospital. I had reported photographic evidence of constant loose feces previously but the apartment complex did nothing about it. I may sue Edison47 for inaction against health code violating lease-holders. These apartments are in condemnable fatigue... All carpets and floors are unsalvageable. If the current residents suddenly left? The apartments would be so disgusting that this complex would have to be rebuilt to get anyone into these rooms. EDIT: (Heritage apartment complex replied but its still just Andrew who runs the Heritage Park office who is a wage slave that stole my bras out of the washer using the washroom cameras at its desk across from the washroom door because hes too much of a coward to buy his own.) _______ Edison 47 are the pernicious purchasers of this complex. Theyve completely removed any way to contact anyone except Andrew in the office. Edison47 is designed to be unreachable with no information or location. Youre meant to contact the one single person who is the SOLE individual who could potentially relay information to your 'landlord'. Renting from Edison47 feels like being yoked and pilloried. All Mon-fri, Heritage Park office hours are worked by Andrew. My bras were pulled out of a running washer wet, in the keyed washer and dryer room. Theres a security camera but when asked, Andrew never responded to my inquiry who was opening the washer on the cameras. ________ Also, every washer and dryer makes your clothes smell like poop. I actually have to go to a public Laundromat for multiple reasons Considering that fact, the rent doesnt seem so low. In my summation, there are no acceptable washers and dryers anywhere on the property, even if other lease holders are so disgusting that you need an ambulance, they wont do anything, the sole employee on the property is a creep. They also still use gas-powered blowers every week sometimes at 8am.

beware! if you’re on the ground floor, your walls will sweat and drip profusely - causing extreme levels of mold. which if you have any allergies, it’ll be bad. your clothes in your closet will get wet, and any furniture touching the outside wall will be drenched. your stuff will be ruined and your health will be at risk. the shape of the 1 bedroom is insane, but i guess it’s what you get for the price. no storage, awful joke of a kitchen, and mooooollddddd. live somewhere else. the lease buyout is “affordable” for a reason.

Terrible management. Not military friendly, doesn’t honor verbal agreements, and does not provide adequate services to Clientele. Does not honor office hours or answer phones, so it’s impossible to get in contact. By luck of the draw you MIGHT run into them, but don’t count on it. Apartments are poorly constructed. You can hear/smell everything from your neighbors.

As a resident of this apartment complex for over five years, I can confirm every single complaint is valid and true. I did multiple transfers within the complex and was lucky enough to only to have to pay their $200 transfer fee once and $65 every time for carpet cleaning. You CAN hear your neighbors and exactly what they are saying and their crying children. Worse, you CAN smell your neighbors as well. If they are cooking bacon, your apartment will smell like bacon. If they are smoking drugs in their apartment you CAN smell it. I had an issue with aggressive dogs at the complex and it took my dog getting attacked twice and another dog getting attacked for them to do anything about it. What really tops the cake, is out of all of the transfers, I never recieved a cleaning fee. I was very skilled in move out cleans and knew the process. When I finally left the community, I informed them that the most they might have to do is touch up paint. I got my refund deposit check for $15.11, I was shocked. I was fully prepared to take them to court, this is a double deposit back state, but I got into a major car accident and am now dealing with a plethora of doctors appointments. Only desperation should drive you to live here.

Update: I miss having my utilities paid by my landlord. This place was so awesome compared to some of the stuff I have seen since then!!! ---- I have been living here since July and honestly... the front office staff make this place worthwhile. The apartments themselves are nicely sized for the area. Be sure to ask if you are getting a remodeled or older unit. I thought I was moving into a newer one and I matched all my new furniture to the pictures online - so when I got my keys, I was pretty shocked to see something totally different. Couldn't reselect the items by that point. NBD. The owner I have only met once, but he seemed a reasonable person driving a normal car. I do know the front office staff will bend over backwards to help a person -- they advocated for me when I applied under unusual circumstances. For the most part people mind their own business, here. For the free utilities, the cost is pretty darn nice, and I plan to stay here until my budget cannot stretch anymore. While I do see a lot of dogs around here, 95% of the people pick up after them (and when you see the 5% who do not, if you can describe the dog and person walking it, the landlords will speak to them and make sure they stop). NO NICOTINE allowed in home, you have to walk 25 feet from the apartment to smoke (I see people hang out on the stairs at night though). Medical cannabis can only be used indoors not outside. I'm not sure on their stance for recreational but I would assume it's lumped in with nicotine rules. The place where I find the most inconvenience is the laundromat. The machines smell like mold because someone, at some point, left their loads in for way too long and you know how machines can get that funky smell to them? It's hard to avoid here. That said, I use 2-4 cleaner types in my loads and I do not notice any residual scent on my clothing. Usually, in addition to this, the machines are all taken in the evening so it's best to slip in at morning or daytime when possible. Maintenance does what he is supposed to do, but he will always try the budget option first. If that does not work he orders parts or goes in for the long haul repair.

Depressing looking compared to other apartments, and the parking lot has some potholes.

Rent went up 10% for the past two years in a row. With NO extra benefits. The laundry room takes $4 for 1 load (ash and dry) + $2.50 when the dryer doesn't work and you have to go again. Plus not enough dryers to washing machines so you have to wait to dry your clothes. A sauna is advertised but it is NEVER clean.

I have lived here for almost two years and while it hasn’t been perfect (no apartment complexes are), I can honestly say it’s been a good place to live. I really like many of the people who call this place home and any time I have needed maintenance they have been very timely and responsive. They take complaints seriously and keep a good watch on things. I wish there was more storage, that has been a bit of an issue. It seems expensive and I am moving to a more affordable situation but have been thankful for the time I’ve spent here. Shout out to Steffany, she’s awesome and very helpful and professional. I am going to miss my neighbors for sure. The apartment itself is nothing fancy but it’s clean and well cared for. I really like the location - so close to the lake, SPSCC, Evergreen, downtown and grocery stores. It’s on a busy but pretty quiet 25mph road with lots of places to take my dog on walks. Check out the overlook at the courthouse, so beautiful.

Thank you Heritage Park Apartments & the emergency maintenance man Steven, who came out this weekend!! I noticed the carpet of my bedroom floor was sopping wet 3ft. into the room, from the doorway. I called and left a message and was contacted immediately. I was at work and he still asked for permission to enter, which I appreciated, but not necessary, considering the situation. After he went to my house and found the problem (a leaking waterline from my water heater). He replaced the line & vacuumed up the water from the carpet. He called me after he had finished the job and let me know what the issue was, what he did to fix it and that he cleaned up the flood that invaded my bedroom. Thank you so much again Steven for your quick response & amazing skills! It’s great to live in a community that responds to all of your concerns or maintenance needs quickly and efficiently!

I've been very pleased working with the Heritage Park Apartments staff. They are very flexible and understanding. If you're getting into the apartment scene and need to build up rental history, this complex should be your first stop. It's affordable and has a wonderful diverse community.

Reported my dog getting attacked by another residents dog along with my boyfriend getting bit by the same dog attacking my dog trying to save my poor dog. They just said sorry, there's nothing we can do. Yet police and animal control both need there apartment number so I can press charges and have my dog vet bills paid for..

I lived in these apt in the late 90 and early 2000. Too bad about how new management keeps it. There were two gals running the place , first can't remember her name but she loved the job. Then a gal by the name of saundra took over her and her partner were doing a great job of fixing the place up. But then she was no more. Seems they firer who ever is there after about 6 to 9 months after they start. So shows that its the owners . bad owners.

I lived here for a little over eight months and had a great experience. I moved in after I separated from the Army and was greeted professionally the moment I walked into the apartment office. Paul, the apartment manager, did a wonderful job fulfilling my needs. This property is one of the best apartments that I have lived in. I say this not because of the free electric, which is outstanding in the winter, but because of the staff and people that you live around. I have never experienced an apartment staff that gets to know there renters on such a personal level. Heritage Park Apartment's staff truly cares about their renters. Every time I walk to pick up my mail or run a load of laundry I am consistently met by friendly people. I do not have one complaint about living here and absolutely enjoyed my time spent here. Thanks to Paul, the Heritage Park Apartment staff, and the friendly neighbors I would recommend anyone in the market for a new home to look into this complex. -Eric

DO NOT RENT HERE. Expensive, TINY apartment. Not worth the trouble. Not only did they charge us a cleaning fee and painting fee when we moved out WHICH IS ILLEGAL, BUT kept our security deposit and charged us a carpet removal fee because of "pet odor". Keep in mind we paid a non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly pet rent. We also had the carpet and apartment cleaned when we left with video proof of a clean apartment and they sent it straight to a debt collector. Absolutely poor management and communication and Andrew is unprofessional when it comes to resolving and addressing matters. Next time you scam someone out of money for a carpet removal, try hiding the 6 other apartments' carpet you ripped out as well. They're just going to take your money, don't bother.
