What a great spot to catch a movie! The customer service was GREAT! It was very clean and comfortable. Wanted to highlight the wheelchair accessibility both going into the theater and from the theater into our seats. A member of our party utilizes a wheelchair and it was easy for them to get to their seat.

This theatre is ABSOLUTELY the BEST theatre in all of washington state probably the world. One of the managers, Mr An, is the most kind and compassionate person I've ever met. He never fails to make me smile, he is such a bundle of joy. I never see him without a radiant smile on his face. However, I do miss when he used to wear a mask to work because it really brought out the smile in his eyes. Other than that AMAZING manager the theatre is SO CLEAN I even ate off the bathroom floor and suffered no illness. The movies they make are so phenomenal, I can't believe they can produce such quality. The regal intro they play never fails to make me laugh hysterically it is so funny, I can't help but teehee haha at it. My favorite part about this theatre is the ease of access to any film I want to see. The staff is gracious enough to not catch me when I sneak into the theatre, such good people. Everyone should go to this theatre it's not a movie theatre it's an EXPERIENCE theatre("which is nice"😏)

Great place for a movie. Clean, modern theater. Super comfortable stadium seating. IMAX and Real 3D movies available. Lots of snack choices. Minus 1 star for long, slow concession lines and not enough parking.

The reclining chairs, Ahhh, and the fact that I can bring in my blanket, ☺ this theatrr makes me feel like I'm at home watching a movie, and on Tuesdays you can get a deal on ticket prices, if you just download the Cinemark app. Its very clean and well kept.

Nice and clean and quiet on a weeknight. They sell a pass for around 20 a month and you can come see all the movies you like. Nice arcade section with air hockey too. Concessions stand had a couple of lines opens and moved quickly.

Come here for the feeling of a traditional movie theater, but with more comfortable seating. This theater does not have recliner seating, but they do offer a more modern feel. They have FCC days, which make movies worth it on Tuesday. Staff are always nice, and it's usually easy to get a seat! Popcorn is mid at best.

Great theater and Rock Pizza is good too.

Went to see the creator hood movie. Only two others in with us. Wish it had seats like the Olympia one at the mall but oh well.

The movie was good, the seating was comfortable, but we had to sit through a whole 30 minutes of advertisements and previews before the feature movie. In fact one advertisement was repeated. The cost of refreshments is ridiculous; a bag of popcorn cost as much as the movie ticket. I won't be going back.

Saw Napoleon on IMAX screen. But the most amazing part, had my emotional support animal with me absolutely no hassles and she was amazing. Stayed in my lap for 2 and 1/2 hours and waited to go pee after I went. Most amazing experience thank you

I just saw Mission Impossible IMAX. I'm wondering if the plan is to get 4-DX at the Lacey theater. I have been to the Meridian in Seattle. 4DX is fun! No need to sit through to the end of the credits.

Having to buy tickets in the concessions line or at the single kiosk is annoying. Seats were cushy but don't quite lean back enough to be comfy. And... 25 minutes of mostly ads after the advertised movie start time... I mean, why am I having to pay for the movie if they're making so much money advertising to me before the friggin movie starts?

It was always a great time. Polite and attentive staff. It's expensive as all get out, but what isn't these days. Small seats but clean and nice theater.

Very rude, condescending, disrespectful staff and manager. I am part of the Regal unlimited. Went and saw a movie. After the movie I left but halfway to my car it hit me that I needed to use the restroom. I go back in to use it but they refuse, even tho I showed my ticket. The person then told me to get the F* out. Worst Regal out there. You just lost a loyal customer.

Very aged, same theatrical seats and I got to pick my seat. I havent been there maybe 15 years. You pay for your ticket at the concession stand during matinees. Not enough employees to monitor the stream of patrons. Great staff and not bad prices.

Theater is conveniently located right off of the freeway located close to JBLM and Olympia. This theater has three different screen experience: standard, Screen X, and IMAX. Of course, there is an upcharge for the last two. The seats are only moderately comfortable, which is why I gave 4 stars. In a long movie like Napoleon, you need comfortable seats. Enjoy the show!

Went to the theater... Tickets about what I expected. Found a menu for proper food. Thought that was kinda cool... But... For reasons I can't even begin to comprehend.. A sandwich w/ fries is $9.99 and yet 2 medium sodas... And 1 large popcorn... Is $27.... I'm speechless.

Loved the classic theater atmosphere! Reminds us of the Marcus cinema back home in Wisconsin. Great treat options and cute little candy and toy dispensers for the kids as well as an arcade! Very nice. We had a great atmosphere in the actual showroom and loved the movie. Minus the brat behind me kicking my seat, it was an otherwise great time for my birthday.

Theater was relatively clean. Seat cleaning is always lacking at most theaters. Popcorn was gross. Our home-made is much better. It was soft and oily. Nearly 7 dollars for a large drink is hard to swallow...no pun intended. The staff were average in their dress and appearance and were not overly friendly. The picture quality was decent as was the sound. I would return especially on Tuesday when the tickets for a 3D flick were less than 11 dollars and a regular show was less than 6.

Went to see Tenet twice here in IMAX, drove all the way from Seattle each time. Totally worth it! Staff is friendly, everything is super clean and it's SO nice to have something small back in life, like a few hours at a great movie. 🍿

My wife and I were there for a couple of reasons. I bought wheels and tires at the Discount tire and then we went to "The Rock" for lunch. These two businesses and several more are located in this area. I recommend both discount tire and the rock. Great deals and great food!

Movie theater, some shopping and a few restaurants. I like the Regal IMAX theater but wish that they would update their seats to the more comfortable recliners.

Went to the Regal Cinemas had a great time plan on coming back to see the imax movie next with my wife again.

I went to see the new Aladdin in IMAX it was awesome I loved will Smith as genie only thing I didnt like was I forgot it was a musical but still very good. As for theater it was top notch if I could give 6 stars I would if u ever have opportunity I would take it
