Love this mall lots of varieties with the outside shopping center Included. The food court is minimal, they do give samples out at a couple places. I think the stores had good variety and pricing. Decorations are done for seasons In the mall and the middle kiosks do change often

I couldn't find great deals here or internationally brands. The food court was such small with very limited options. The mall was very clean and the interior nicely designed. Huge free parking lots. Couple of retailers are around the mall.

Haven't been in an actual active mall in a very long time. I love that they allow your fur babies to shop along with you. Clean, well lit, lots of choice stores and food to choose from.

There are many types of wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages. The wines are displayed by country, so it was easy to find, and tastings are available on weekends. We also sell wine-related cups. In particular, there are many wines from Washington State, so it is recommended if you are looking for local wine.

I'm a dog owner, so I say this with sadness. Having a dog-friendly mall is not a good idea unless you have staff constantly walking around cleaning up after the inevitable accidents. I just watched a dog take a dump and the owner left half the mess there because they didn't have enough room in the poop bag they brought. And now people are walking through it because they're too busy looking at their phone to see the mess.

It's a mall. Air conditioned. Lots of room for walking around without running into people. A few empty store fronts businesses are closing because it's a mall everybody goes to Amazon. Good for you for not using Amazon and looking at a mall. Amazon killed the retail store just like video killed the radio Star eh.

The mall is always clean and smelling very good. Great work cleaning staff. My only complaint is that the mall is super small. Hoping one day they will expand it and add more food places in the food court and more stores for shopping.

I wish they had more stores than what they had. It is nice to see the French boutique that just went in for larger ladies. We like to dress nice to and torrid shouldn't be our only option. There is all these empty spots, I know the economy, just sad we have to travel to find things my kids really need.

Went to JC Penny's to help a friend find something for a wedding. They had a huge sale going on. I found a cute outfit for my daughter.

Good store & good food. You can't ask for more from a mall. My favorite is the massaging chairs they have. We always stop for a few minutes for a quick massage whenever we go.

A mall is a mall. Capital at least seems to be mostly occupied. They do have a movie theater. Ticket prices are good. Snak prices aren't! I had some time to kill so spent a few hours here. Had a pretzel. Got a haircut. Went to a movie. Walked around. Doesn't seem to be the "place to meet" like they were in the '70s. I'll go back.

Haven't been to the mall for a while, and a lot of things have changed. The food area doesn't have much of a variety of things to eat. Has only 3 eateries to choose from. I feel that the place is geared towards the younger group of people. The best part of the mall is the Cinema. They do have some small food business. Sorry, I feel like it has lost something over the years.

Better than most shopping malls. Capitol Mall management is attracting smaller, local businesses, as well as innovative entrepreneurs, to fill retail spaces that yawn vacant lyrics at most malls. From a branch of Timberland Regional Library to a performance space for local professional theater, what could be echoing voids are interesting attractions. One store front that hides a storage area features a reading Tableau of forest creatures in the front window: the scene is as thoughtfully arranged and lit as any high fashion boutique. The food court features familiar treats, of course, but a Halal burger place offers a much-needed alternative. Bubble tea and cinnamon buns are available elsewhere in the mall, along with coffee drinks.

A clean friendly mall with all the anchor stores you'd expect plus some interesting specialty stores. Nice but small food court. I'd like to see more benches and rest areas.

Love this mall because it's not super overcrowded, but also not dead. It has a decent selection of stores, with lots to do inside, and outside as far as restaurants, shopping, a nice movie theater, and has lots of options to choose from for shopping.

This is great mall for the times, now-a-days. There were bigger and more malls in the 80's. Capital mall is one of those ol school vibes, with fun stores, large theater, and big department stores. Totally recommend for a nice day at a Mall with family & friends !!

The mall itself was fine, we got some new clothes and some accessories for my daughter. But the security was in the parking lot following and harassing people, cussing up a storm, and being absolutely terrible. Yelling f bombs at a person with a dog, who wasn't even going inside, right in front of my child. Apparently, the security is not family-friendly at all. I have never seen someone act like that at a mall. I've never had any kind of altercation with security, but seeing them harass and follow someone while cussing them out over a dog was ridiculous.

All travel sites said this was a must see. It's literally just a basic mall. I also slipped on dog poop and had to buy new shoes since there were no paper towels to clean them. After staff was notified they just picked up the largest part of it and left half of it on the floor. Don't see any reason to go here.

A very nice mall with some great shopping experiences! We went looking for a homecoming dress and settled in nicely with Windsor! What a beautiful store and amazing employees! Kailey was super helpful! Also, the food court is small but had a good selection and the burger place was delicious!!

This part of imo NW Olympia is a shopping area where you can take long walks to alot of stores but most drive the two or three maybe 4 or 5 blocks of stores and mall s. It's more like what downtown used to be many decades ago

We love taking walks in the mall when it is rainy outside. Very safe and relaxing place to visit. The children’s play area is always clean and well kept. We visit the library and enjoy the park with the giant chess game. The new coffee house is a great addition. We can enjoy a cup of coffee in Olympia without being subjected to homeless junkies that congregate around the downtown coffeehouses.

This is a pretty good mall. The store selection isn't bad- there's no forever 21 but the H&M is uncharacteristically decent. Food court leaves a little to be desired, but the other food options closer to the theatre are good. There's two Annie's Pretzels in this mall, which is odd. There's a surprising amount of anime, Japanese goods, and pop culture stores (Koneko Cafe, Tokyo Anime, 7 Imports, Hot Topic, Box lunch, Spencers, and a couple others). My biggest complaint about this mall is the weird amount of Tokyo Revengers merch that literally have swastikas on them. Like, I saw a swastika on a piece of merch in the DISPLAY window for Tokyo Anime. You can try to tell me it's a "different symbol" or "not used the same" but it looks like a swastika- and they are swastikas. I've brought this to the attention of different employees/ managers in those stores to no avail. Not necessarily a fault of the mall itself, but still.

Surprised that the mail is still pretty active. Hadn't been here in 30 years, but a few of the shops were still the same, and the facility is well maintained without any noticable empty shops. Liked that there is a little library here.

Amazing variety of mini shops in here. There are food stands, a cinema, clothes ships, and MORE! Me and my family love to go there for food courts and bube tea... I really recommend it here. But the only issue is that on Sundays they close too early for anyone to do anything once they get free time so... That's the only con but either way it's really fun and cool to look around and get food and drinks!!

Super big mall! They have many stores, place for kids to hang and play while you sit and watch. You can also rent little push cars for kids for if you have little ones. And their food court has a few options, I went with the Philly cheese steak place and did not regret it for a second.

Nice mall. Went close to closing time because there is less people. Was in and out pretty quick. Not a long shopping trip and went in one store only. This is always a nice clean mall.

I love going to Capital Mall - especially because they have public bathrooms!! The stores there are also amazing. It's nice to have a Gamestop, Chuckie Cheese's, and Best Buy all in the same place.

Who knew I would ever love going into a mall again?? Just wandered through after a JCP purchase. First time in years, and this one is a small throwback to the smaller malls of my youth. Not nearly as much dead space as I anticipated -- looks like it survived the worst of the pandemic pretty well. Well-lit and clean, lots of families and kids of all ages out on a Saturday afternoon.

A good old classic mall with all of the stores that you would expect. It also includes a restaurant and a movie theater which is nice. Other food and shopping places are within walking distance as well.

Capital mall is a nice mall. Some of the outside parking and roadways could use a little tlc to make them a little more friendly. The inside of the mall has many shops and is clean for the most part. The flooring inside the main mall could use repairs throughout. Yet the addition of the library and other local store fronts combined with the big named stores makes this mall enjoyable.

As good as any! They may want to beef up there Boy Scout security team. They make you feel about as safe as putting plastic plans intermittently up and down the aisle area. It's kind of Keystone cop ish!

Hadn't been there for literally years. I thought I'd see a lot of empty stores that have closed due to the pandemic, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kind of disappointed in the food choices in the food court area though.

Nice mall but kind of a ghost town right now, as you might expect. I stopped in to hit Charley's for a grilled sub, and saw other open restaurants in the food court. Hopefully places like this will bounce back in 21! Olympic Otter

Great mall. COVID-19 effects still can be seen buy slowly returning back to normal. Fantastic stores trying there best! Great food. Plenty of parking. Great employees. Hang in there Capital Mall! Christmas coming soon!

The mall is nice and there are a lot of different types of stores to shop in. However the bathrooms have been closed every time we're here. The staff says they have been closed for awhile. Other than that it's great!

We actually made a stop at Bed Bath and Beyond. There shelves were pretty empty especially the bathroom rugs. They did not have what we needed. But we were helped and were assured they will be stocked up with there next shipment. They also gave us there card do that we may call before we drive an hour and a half to get there. Thank you very much for your help.

In a country that is seeing a widespread decline in mall traffic over the last twenty odd years, it is refreshing to find one that is still thriving. They have a bit of everything you expect and a couple of things you don't. I would suggest that if you are looking for food, though, that you skip the food court and head over to Miso near the movie theater. But, in my personal opinion, the crowning glory of this location is Earthbound. (Try living in three states that have never heard of your favorite store, and you may understand. One of the other weirdly cool things about Capital Mall is that it is dog friendly. On one visit, it looked like the corgis had risen up, I overheard something about them being on Instagram. Check the mall website for the rules for dogs. (I don't have a dog, so I haven't had reason to look them up) More options in the food court would probably earn that 5th star. Panda Express, Charlie's Cheesesteak, and another Panda-esque Asian place are the only three choices.

This was fun me and my mom was windowshopping and saw some cool stuff the place was amazing it also smelt better too and the bathrooms were cleaned and smelt good we got there after it opened that is the joy of going right after it opens and people were super friendly it's been a few years of going to the mall so thanks for making it the best time ever :)

The store selection isn't great and the food court is small. I only go out of my way to come here if I'm already on this side of town for the stores around it. The boba place there is really good.

I can not rate the Mall, but Total Wine is a great retailer. Always a great selection and something you may not have seen.
