Such a beautiful restaurant. They have so many plants and it really makes your dining experience so pleasant. Friendly and fast service with a smile. I definitely would recommend this location.

They've improved last time we were there. Salsa is fresh as well as the chips. Had a cheese enchilada and chimichanga. Both were good. customer service was on top of it at least in the bar. Not going to give them five stars until they restart offering their happy hour. I mean... what Mexican sit-down restaurant doesn't have a happy hour?

Splendid environment and atmosphere. Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful and efficient! Incredible food!! The best fajitas I have ever had! Highly recommended!!! Overall the most marvelous experience!

First time here and was not let down! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the food came in huge portions and was delicious!! We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

We used to come here often and loved the food and service. I understand times are hard since COVID. However, today will be the last time we are patrons of this restaurant. We ordered Carne Asada tacos on Mother's Day. My daughter in-laws plate had bugs squished into the avocado. When we showed them they took the plate to the kitchen. I completely lost my appetite seeing as my avocados didn't look any better so I sent my plate back. They made my daughter in laws plate again. She felt the need to take the avocado off and inspect her food. She tried to eat some of the meat. Our check came and they had both of our meals on there! Seriously, mine went back with one bite. Then when we asked to talk to the manager, she came out and got mad at me for asking that my plate be taken off the bill. Her response was that times are hard for them right now, and she will take care of the bill. The manager sent the waitress back with the revised bill removing both of our meals and then took her food that she had in a to-go container as well when she laid the check down. Never in my life, have I ever experienced such horrible service. This is all after we were seated at our table for 35 minutes before I asked the bus person if someone was coming to our table. The waitress told me oops sorry, no one told me you were here. Do not go to this place and if you do then be prepared to check your plate or don't be surprised if you get a food-borne illness. Stopped in for dinner and the food was really good especially the portion size. I had leftovers to take home. The baby mango margarita was great as well. Food was a bit expensive but considering the plate size, I didn’t mind.

Our waitress here was excellent!! She was Knowledgeable about what ingredients are used in the dishes and how they are prepared. I am a celiac gluten free eater and it was wonderful. I haven’t been able to eat Mexican since I went gluten free due to medical issues. So happy to have found this place. Our plates of food in the picture are the rice bowl mine, gluten free and corn free. And the camerunés especialistas. The service was also fast.

Everything is great. I had the sunset margarita and steak fajitas. Everything was great. The kids had tacos and there were no complaints for once. Overall, i really cannot complain. Based on serving size its a great value. One star for the weird smell when i walked in.

I had an amazing server.!The food matches the price and more than likely you will have leftovers. There is a variety options and they have amazing flour tortillas which comes with most dishes (corn tortillas optional).

I keep coming in for the margaritas and a place to work on my laptop and although I haven't ordered anything I've liked on the menu, and sometime no one is there to greet you at the door for a while, they have a few servers there that are really sweet and attentive and I think they deserve a shout out or mention, Marisol was super sweet, attentive and has a great attitude, she checked in on me, and left me be while I was working, she just seems like a gem. Marcella is a sweetheart too. It would be nice if someone was there when you walked in, and sat you, which lately for whatever reason has not been the case, must be short staffed, but they do have some good staff on board Edit-turns out that they have some good servers and some not so good. I was conducting some work business and my client ordered a MEDIUM margarita, double. She was served a large margarita, which is the size of a fishbowl. We tried to flag the waitress down when it was first delivered but they were busy and never checked on us. When the bill came they charged $30 for a large margarita. I simply asked about it, because the client ordered a medium and the price seemed excessive. I was met with a very aggressive attitude and was told it should have actually been $10 more?! And that their only mistake was not charging enough. Look, I’m not a Karen, I’ve been a server and a bartender, I simply asked about it because the wrong size was delivered. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t demand a credit, I just asked. It was just super poor customer service and now I’m not sure if I feel comfortable going back there. Too bad. The other ladies are great though. Too bad they weren’t there. I don’t believe the bs that the customer is always right, but I do believe in kindness and good service. Years ago I used to come here all the time for work meetings, pre Covid, now it’s hit and miss, I don’t know what happened to their establishment but I wish they would figure it out.

Do NOT Eat here. This place has given me a sickness that I can't figure out about, possible salmonella. I have been sick since I ate there on Monday 07/05/2021. Food was good but I am from Georgia and had a red-eye flight that night after eating here and have been sick for 5 Days. EDIT: 09/28/2021 - After over 2 months - doctors have finally diagnosed me with a C Diff Infection. EDIT: 10/13/2021 - After almost another month I tested positive for Hepatitis A. And was originally diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Still dont have a confirmed diagnoses of UC. Puerto Vallarta should be shut down... thanks a lot.

Just ate here for the first time recently. Restaurant looks good and clean, staff was very nice, and the veggie enchiladas were dank. I'm not vegetarian, but was just craving some veggies. I wasn't sure how they'd be, and I was very pleased. Wished there were 4 enchiladas instead of 2!

Sadly…. It was not it. I love this place. We ordered for our family. I got the pollo en crème…. Ther were two pieces of bell pepper and not much more chicken. It was just onion slices. Spent 150 dollars. I honestly was so nice and said something when I should have just kept it to myself. Was told okay, soooooo. Who cares. Shocked me. Unfortunately I can’t take my family there again. So sad….

I giving it one star ⭐️ because it is the only way I’m able to write ✍️ a review. This place get NO stars from me, it is a health hazard that they are allowed to serve on broken and cracked plates and cups. The food is horrible and I’m sick for days with diarrhea when I eat there 🤢🤮🤮🤮

Great service and the food was delicious! They were a bit busy so the wait was a little longer than I would have expected but the staff was very attentive and brought extra chips before we even had to ask. Overall a good time was had by all!! Will go again!

Fajitas are a favorite. I've devoured hundreds of plates in my life but I won't stop in here again. Attempting to pull the tail off a shrimp resulted in my getting covered in oil. I had thought while eating the food tasted heavy so after my unexpected shower I moved some food around on the plate. The oil literally started pooling from under the rice, beans, and vegetables. The tortillas tasted like Mission from Wal-Mart. So why did I give 3 stars? The waiter was SO nice! It isn't his fault the cook ruined what was served.

Service is always great and the food is good. Coming from Arizona, it's been the best I've found here so far. Nothing compares to AZ Mexican food for me, but it's still good. Always fresh and hot. Salsa, beans and chips are good too!

This was our first visit to this restaurant & we really liked the food! The atmosphere & the building itself was very nice. Watching the making of the flour tortillas was fun. The only suggestion I have is that the beautiful live plants in the building need some attention!!! There are tons of dead leaves that need to be removed both for the viewing of the patrons, as well as the health of the plants themselves. Perhaps a professional plant person can be hired to trim & nourish these neglected plants.

They have the best tortilla soup compared to all the other local Mexican restaurants. The ground beef has a slight odd flavor to it. All in good a solid spot

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to! I go all the time. The prices and food are so good! Try the strawberry lemonade, traditional burrito, and fried ice cream sometime! The absolute best.

So very tasty! Great atmosphere, lots of tempting options on the menu. I chose the Pollo Chipotle. Definitely not disappointing.

The inside of this place is great! Gorgeous plants everywhere which creates a really cool ambience. Sadly when we came for an early dinner around 4pm we were seated and then promptly ignored. Though there were staff bustling around us cleaning tables and setting them up for future guests, no one came back to take our order until almost 15 minutes later. When we received our food, I was hugely disappointed. The tacos al pastor were okay but almost tasted like tikki masal rather than al pastor. My husband’s enchiladas had absolutely zero flavor. At first, I thought he was being dramatic but after trying them myself, I completely agreed. And finally, even though I order the small margarita (which was quite tasty), I noticed after we paid, that we were charged for the medium. Overall, there wasn’t much I would come back for at this place sadly.

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. I went here with my father and wife, both had nothing but good things to say about our meal. I highly recommend the steak tacos but would recommend the corn tortillas over the flour ones.

Amazing place!! Service was top notch! Excellent drinks and staff! Beautiful selection of tequila’s and the owner Pepe was awesome. Highly recommended for anyone and their family especially if you have kiddos. I loved the fresh tortillas and amazing food. We ordered the Fajitas for two and seriously look at that spread!! Super nice ambiance too. Felt like I was in a nice atrium with a skylight, plants and the music that one would expect to be playing! Perfect 🤩
