Best and preferred dining spot for our family. We had not tried this location until now. We liked the atmosphere and the staff who were extremely nice and helpful. The food was top notch and well prepared. Drinks are good and reasonable in price. The best thing I like is being able to pay on your table with their iPad like gizmo and choose your tip without cracking your brain :)

The hostess was courteous and very attentive. Given it wasn't busy, it didn't take too long to receive our meals after placing our order. Having said that, the issues began here. I ordered the Prime Rib Dipper that came in almost cold. The fries weren't warm in the slightest which made them very unappetizing and the accompanying Au Jus being barely warm. My husband had similar issues with his order even though his meat was overcooked. The flavor was more or less there but the temperature really affected the meal. Later that day, both our stomachs didn't agree. This evidence made it clearer that our order wasn't handled properly. With that, we'll not be coming back.

We have not had a date night since Jan 2020. Much needed! Our service was amazing, and our food was perfect. Loved how we were taken care of attentively, yet given time to just enough our night. I've been on a specific meal plan for health reasons and it felt great knowing I didn't have to compromise health for food. We'll come back again for sure!

I really have never had a bad experience with any of the many Applebee's that I have dined at, and this Applebee's is no exception, the service was excellent and friendly. Great mixed drinx, and or cocktails.. would recommend.... :)

1 star because that is minimum. Ordered food to pick up including 3 steaks, 2 med and 1 med well. Picked up food with no problem but when we got home the steaks were all cold. Oh no, not because we live an hour away, more like 15 minutes, but because they were all cooked extremely rare to the point of raw! So being hungry I finished cooking mine and tried to eat it. Worst steak I have ever eaten! It was tough, full of tendons, terrible, they all were. Called and were refunded for the steaks but the damage is done! I will never eat at Applebee's again!

Something was going on when we arrived. The greeter had to buss tables before she could seat us. It seemed no one was helping her, and other employees were just standing around. The 2 customers in front of us left. We waited for 5 or 10 minutes then were told it would be another 10 minute wait. However, 4 people that came in after us were seated before us so I asked to speak to the manager. She seated us right away and brought us our drinks. The rest of the visit was fine.

Ordered the chicken nachos and a burger with no onion Nachos had the tiniest handful of cheese with zero topping not even a piece of chicken and burger had all the onions and a soggy bun. Will never be ordering from these guys again, used to be good food but that's definitely changed. Glad I wasted 70 dollars for a terrible dinner thanks Applebee's.

A perfect margarita was the perfect way to unwind after a stressful commute!

Tasty food, able to custom order. It was super busy but we were seated quickly and the manager grabbed the drink order and was bringing them over when the waitress came by to take our order. Food came out quickly. Able to pay at the table so we didn't have to wait to leave after we ate. We were on a time crunch and this fit in with real food almost as fast as fast food but at a much higher quality.

You know it is a good burger when it is dripping down your arm towards your elbow. The perfect beef flavor char with an amazingly juicy center. Love their whiskey bbq sauce. Great fries with a perfect crispy exterior and fluffy interior. And you favorite beer and you got a great dish to watch the game. Plenty of TVs mounted high above everyone in all directions.

Good was great. It always is. They have a great selection of different items and prices. The service is usually good but wasn't as good this time. I don't know if they were short staged, maybe, or what. We waited a long time for things like water, extra sauces, our bill, etc.

This particular Applebee's in Olympia is top notch. To be honest, I hated Applebee's and it took me a lot to try it again... Glad we did. We love to come for the happy hour appetizers between 3pm and 6pm, many are half price - so my wife and I split them. I have to say though, it's the servers that makes this place! There are a few people here who have worked for years at this location and they are beyond friendly, always smiling and ensuring people are taken care of. We went again yesterday and tried the all-you-can-eat buffalo wings, & they made one small mistake. We had three different people check in and apologize to us, as well as offered us some extra food for the mistake. This is very well run and we will keep returning to enjoy the atmosphere and friendly service

My family and I went to eat dinner at Applebee's tonight and things went from bad to worse. It took a long time for our food to come out and I'm not sure if the waiter forgot about our order or if it just took that long. When my sister took a bite of her Mac n cheese right away it was completely cold. So I went to share my quesadilla burger with her that I ordered with NO pink and it was extra rare! My son's chicken strips were mostly bread and no meat and the side of strawberries were not fresh and discolored. We were going to ask for the Mac n cheese to be reheated but after all those issues we really didn't want to even bother. The waiter went to get the manager so we could tell him the issues and while waiting a waitress was carrying a TON of dirty dishes from another table more than her hands could handle and she dropped a big container of ketchup and it flung ALL over us... it was all over my clothes my hair and on my sisters face and shoes and even got all over my son's food and drink... I kept trying to wipe it up but it was literally EVERYWHERE. The ketchup was used from another table that someone probably double dipped with....The waitress barely apologized and rolled her eyes that we were even speaking to the manager. We were totally calm and polite the whole time but by then we were completely frustrated and couldn't wait to get out of there! I have lost all hope on chain restaurants and especially Applebee's. We did not have to pay for our meal that we ate nothing of thankfully but this was unbelievable and we won't be back.

I come here for the half price apps, drink specials and sometimes takeout. Pretty basic but sometimes it just hits the spot. My favorite are the chicken wonton tacos and the bourbon street steak.

Visited around 230pm. Ordered a 2 for $25 Spinach dip & 2 Bourbon street chicken & shrimp skillet meals with mashed potatoes. All the food tasted delicious, came out hot & was a good portion size. Whole team is very courteous when it comes to allergies and seem to work hard to ensure the allergy item is avoided for that individuals meals (notifying the manager when there is a allergy issue each time I have come to visit).

I love Applebee's! Even if not everyone is really good, this one is. The crowds at the entrance indicates this.

Wait staff was prompt and friendly. The food was amazing and the lava cakes desert (not sure what it was called) were amazing 😍 the kitchen made a mistake on a burger and the staff handled it without issue. Got another burger cooked the way we asked. Great experience. Will go back for sure!

I believe our servers name was Corey and he gets 10 stars from me! We were a big group and he was so sweet and didn't miss a beat. Great food everytime! Only thing I would suggest is not having the music up so loud when there isn't many customers, hard to talk and think.

Went for all you can eat chicken wings special. Got the barbecue honey flavor ones and they were really good. Also tried the garlic Parmesan but not as good as the others. Also had a really good server. Friendly and patient.

The waiter was great totally friendly and nice guy. Wife had the chicken and shrimp. It came on a cast iron skillet plate sizzling hot, was fantastic. The wonton tacos were great we've copied them and making at home. The artichoke dip was pretty good the chips that come with it are ridiculously hard though. I had the whiskey Burger asked for it to be well-done not pink. It was mooing and red pink. As well as being cold. I was very disappointed I wanted to like it. We've already waited almost an hour so I didn't send it back. Filled up on the appetizers and took it home to finish cooking it. We went again and I mentioned the cold Burger the waiter we had this time seemed unsurprised and just kind of nodded like yeah that happens. We both did the chicken and shrimp and it was sizzling hot and great on the cast iron skillet plate again. At the oriental chili chicken wings for an app. They were hot and pretty good.

The fiesta salad was filled mostly with rice. Rice was uncooked. Fries were wimpy and excessively salty. All this for about $75 after all the tips. No sauces or ketchup available. I wouldn’t come back here however I should say that the Staff was very friendly.

Great place to hang out. The food here is pretty good and has great variety. I appreciate the accommodation of providing more tortilla for finishing off the dip (you have to ask, politely.) Servers and chefs here take great care for your best experience.

We ate here the night of March 31st for a birthday and the service was horrible. (China (sp) was our server) From not getting one of our appetizers (was comped) to waiting over 30 min for a drink refill. Would of been understandable if it was busy..... Thank goodness the hostess, Trinity, brought me a cup of water. Thank you young lady. I notified my server that we gad a birthday a couple times and after we got our checks reminded her again. She seemed upset but brought out a sundae with happy birthday written on the plate no song like usual. Then we walked to the stand and got our own to go containers. Just a really awful birthday and dinner experience. We have never had bad service here.....

I definitely see why this Applebee's is rated so high. The service from the hostess, server, to management was super amazing. They definitely made my lady and I feel welcomed there. I definitely do appreciate a great business.

Service experience was not good. We had notice the table behind us got their food first even though they sat 15-20mins after us. Plates were practically thrown onto the table as the waitress walking by and not stopping. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. We had to ask 3 different people just to get some bbq sauce. It also took 2 different people to get us a Togo box. Was never checked up on for anything even though the table behind us got constantly checked on.

Haven’t eat at any Applebees for a while. Stop by for a quick lunch and food were surprisingly tasty, the service is friendly, only ordered appetizers this time, May have to try other items next time

The service was fast but quality of food has dropped. I ordered the Mozzarella Cheese as an app. Those tasted splendid. The burger i ordered however was disgustingly bad. The burger looked smashed and as if it was dropped on the floor. Flavor was lacking. The fries were okay. Overall not very good for the entrees but really good appetizers.

It took us about 3 minutes to get seated but took awhile before the drinks came. Onion rings came to our table very fast. Our dinner took a while but they were very busy. Waitress was great and everyone was hustling. So busy tonight.

Great place to feed the adult grandkids. Lots of variety! I have always had great meals at Applebee's both here and Vancouver. I had my usual fish n chips and they were heavenly. The burgers are mouthwatering. The service is fast and friendly. Just a great place to be.

Waitress was extremely kind, a good kind of funny, very responsive, and is definitely a GOLD star! The food was provided in a very timely manner and had no issues with getting what I needed all immediately. She did have to grab one more of the sides I ordered, but it was not anything sitting around. My pretzel sticks were actually HOT, but warned me they were fresh. Much needed positive choice in a place to eat 👍

Eaten here about 10x the past 12 months. Always good service and good food. However, the true measure of a place is how they handle issues. Got shorted on my most recent take out order. I should have checked it before I left. Called and Alan made it right without me having to go back in. Solid.

Used to l9ve it here but last few times the food was not so great, dry ribs, no cajun flavor in the boubon steak, won't be back for a while. Kids loved their Mac n cheese tho.

Good drinks, picky eater so I really only get the southwest chicken bowl. I also have a texture problem to where I can’t eat certain eats and can’t even eat chicken if it’s too moist, but their chicken is always really good.

I always have great food and service here. Compared to the other restaurants in the area the prices are really reasonable too. Never seems very busy either, which seems strange but fortunate, I never have to wait for a table. Always a good time at Applebee’s with tons of options.

4 stars for food but as for customer service, 2 stars. Our waiter made it feel like he either had a long day or just didn't want to be there. We actually gave someone else a better tip than him. She was very polite and tended to our every need but when we gave her the tip, she was like "oh, I'm sorry, I'm not your server" so we said we don't care, you did better than our actual server!

Very busy lunch hour, but was seated within 5 minutes. Got to try out the new waffle fries appetizer and it's amazing!! Afterwards, my grilled club hit the spot with a french onion soup to round everything out. Staff is polite and professional as always. Loved seeing the extra effort put into for a birthday girl and a very busy mom! Definitely some top notch servers that treat you like family more than just another customer.
