Generous portions and delicious food! We were quite impressed. The banh mi bread had a nice flaky crust and the sandwich was quite large. The pork fried rice was full of flavor and tasted almost like Korean galbi. The pho broth was rich and had noodles aplenty. They also had colored kids water cups with lids for families with small children.

As a Pho loving Ginger, we saw this place and had to try it before we leave the state. We get pho quite a bit and it was our first time trying this place. I always get a seafood pho and every store has their own variation of it. If you love clams, these clams were HUGE!! Their shrimp was very meaty like steak almost and the Squid wasn’t overly chewy. It personally made me miss imitation crab and fish balls but this was a refreshing version. The spring roll was delicious and fresh. The Thai tea has been the best one I have had in this area. Clean establishment, fast service, friendly staff!

First time here. We did the pho combo deal. Big bowl. Good stuff. They were really nice too.

My daughter’s and I enjoyed a girls dinner for my birthday here! I really enjoyed their attentive service and the pho was absolutely delicious. It hit the spot on this rainy night! We started with fresh spring rolls and crab wontons. So Yum! We ordered panang chicken curry and lemongrass pork chops. Everything was amazing. We added fried rice to go for the rest of the fam. Overall awesome birthday dinner! ❤️❤️❤️

Stopped at this place because it was near Costco gas, and I have no regrets. The chicken noodle bowl was delicious and the staff was so friendly! In case you can't tell by the picture, the bowl is pretty large and filling. I got through abou5 half of the noodles and the chicken and was so full. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this restaurant again!

Sept 2022 The pho here is absolutely amazing! We got #5 (steak & flank) and #15 (steak, fatty brisket, tendon, & tripe), both large. The broth was delicious, with generous portions of meat and noodles. The price was pretty good for the amount. A note on the portion sizes: the large is the same size as a super large in the DC area and the regular size would be considered a large. They also gave us a generous amount of basil, and the basil itself was decently fresh. We also got a spring roll which was pretty good, but the sauce tasted more like the brown sauce for the pho then the usual peanut sauce. The Thai tea was delicious and not too sweet. A note on the combo options. We got the large pho & spring roll option, and they gave us only one spring roll. Which is different from what's listed in the appetizer section (2 pieces) but makes sense when looking at the prices. I'm guessing the same is for the fried roll combos (1 piece instead of 2), but I'm not sure about the gyoza combos. I'm assuming 5 pieces, but I'm not sure yet. The place itself was clean with lots of room between tables. There was only one staff working the front (drinks, orders, and clean-up), but she was friendly and quick considering how busy it was. Would definitely come again.

Swimming pool of Pho! The vegetarian pho was delicious. Most pho place tend to skimp on the amount of tofu they give, but this place did it right.

We went there for dinner on the way to Portland. We ordered two types of curry: Vietnamese yellow curry(comes with rice and salad) and panang rice(comes with rice) , bubble tea(lychee with mango topping). Both curries are good and delicious.

The wait staff is great but the quality of food and flavor is not good. We were looking forward to the authentic southern Vietnamese food so much but we were disappointed 😢. The hot Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was awesome 🤩

Best Pho ever had. You got to try their Beef Oxtail Pho, it was delicious in flavor, plenty of meat, broth with delicious flavor and taste. Their seafood Pho is also great and good to go for. Their spring Roll and Fried Rolls are delicious and filled properly. Service and cleanliness is great, would definitely be back soon!

Joy in a bowl. The seafood Pho was absolute joy. Well worth stopping in. Definitely decked out like a new / newer spot trying to find it groove, the food / service more than makes up for it. Next time... Oxtail, absolutely!

I arrived here from Hawaii and could not find a place with Pho that satisfied me the way it did in Hawaii. This place did that and more!!! They are the only ones I have found with Oxtail Pho. I went twice in one week! The restaurant service is decent. You are checked on but not deserted or interrupted too frequently. They decor is charming and big ups for cleanliness. Female restroom was clean with no lingering smells. I had oxtail pho and my daughter had the veggie.

LEGIT. Super sad I’ve been past this spot a dozen times and never thought to stop. The pork chop was outstanding. The Thai Tea was well made. Service was super quick. Zero complaints.

Woah! Picture speaks for itself. This chicken and rice plate came with veggies, pho broth, and a fried roll. What a spread! Flavors were on point. This restaurant delivers on quality, flavor, and value.

Stopped by tonight around 8:40 to place an order. I was met at the door they said we stop taking orders at 8:30 the lady looked the door as soon as I walked away. The sign says they close at 9pm not 8:40. I just went next door to Season Teriyaki and ordered. They also close at 9pm. Not 8:40 like Hot Ginger Pho&Bar.

If I could give a zero I would. My daughter received a sandwich full of hair. So much it seemed purposeful. For a last minute order maybe? 🤢

I order out from Hot Ginger almost regularly. Pictured is the charbroiled pork noodle salad. If you enjoy the fresh spring rolls, this is like that but a giant salad version. Service is fast and friendly. They take precautions to clean tables and condiments between uses. One side note- my friend wanted a drink when we went there last and despite saying bar, they have limited bottles beers only right now. So if you're wanting a cocktail with your dinner, you won't have luck here. The food is delicious and priced great though!

Service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. The pricing was a little below average, while the food quality was very good. Lots of chicken in the pho chicken order.The pho broth was very good. A little on the milder side and no unusual seasonings.

The pho soup is delicious, the broth is amazing. The portion is great with lots of meat and noodles. The price is good for the amount of food we got. Vermicelli bowl is very good too. The overall experience is great.

Ordered two large chicken Phö and paid $26. Overall this is overpriced and lacked flavor. Had giant slices of chicken breast that were so tough I couldn't pull it apart with chop sticks or spoon. Would not recommend.
