Red Robin is what I would call, good "fast food" quality, but a sit-down meal. The food is good, nothing spectacular, but fun and great value for portion size. At dinner time, this place is hopping. Expect wait times and your food to take a while. But if you have an appetite and love unlimited refills on drinks and fries then red Robin is the place for you. However, when this place is busy it can get rather dirty, but the service can make up for it as they like to take care of their customers.

One of my favorite places in town. This Red Robin is always amazing food and service. Look for Christopher for your server and you are guaranteed a great meal! This waiter goes above and beyond when it comes to his duties. On this visit I ordered a few root beer floats (for the family), the queso fondue dip(highly recommend this) and a chicken salad. I generally eat here about once a month as I go here prior to taking my son to Chucky cheese. It's sorta a small tradition we started as a family.

FISH & CHIPS. - HINT - if you arrived with hungry kids get a couple of the endless fries before you place your order. One of the best fish & chips in Thurston County. All these years I have always had their burgers. There is only one other place in Olympia that has great fish and chips. Even great for take out. Perfect golden crisp batter and flakey Arctic Cod.

Great staff at the bar. The 2 waitress and busser, consistently kept our glasses filled and chilled. Never ending fries, were well...., Never ending. Definitely recommended and definitely returning. And this had been during lunchtime too.

Placed a Togo order and got a salad, a burger, and a chicken sandwich. The salad was okay, if this is heavy croutons I want to know how many are in the regular Amount. It was also our other two meals that were a problem. We got 9 French fries each with our two meals. They weren’t even warm. The chicken sandwich was cold and sauce less. This is the first time we’ve had an issue with Red Robin especially after spending $85. Don’t pick up to go here. Spend your money elsewhere.

I will definitely be back. Honestly I was surprised with their food. They have healthy food choices and I appreciate that they have the calorie intake for each choice on their menu. Great atmosphere when we came and wonderful service. My hamburger was very tasty and the fries are endless.

The staff was great but the food was absolutely not "gourmet." My little plastic plate was gross, and had a piece of soggy old lettuce on it when the burger I ordered didn't even come with lettuce. There were about 10 total fries on my plate. I get that they are obsessed with bottomless fry refills, but if you just give someone a normal amount of fries then they won't need a refill. Clearly a huge problem with incompetent upper management here. The employees that were at the restaurant were great and should be running the place without corporate interference.

Trisha was awesome! The service was quick, food was hot and delicious, and we had some great mixed drinks from the bar. Can't say enough about our server Trisha though...fast, attentive, engaging, polite, and so sweet to the kiddos. This young lady understands customer service in a way that is very rare these days. Even heard her dealing with another customer and was impressed with her dealings with them as well. We will be coming back!

I am highly disappointed in the not only the service we got from this place tonight but the food quality was horrific. It took 45 minutes to get a table and when we were sat down the place was practically empty. It took the waitress 10 minutes to even come to our table to get our drink order and she said she was still new and a little slow. I understand being new at a job but I honestly was not ready for how bad and slow. After 15 minutes she came back to our table without our drinks and ask if we were ready to order. We said yes but would like our drinks. Which took another 10 minutes to go get. After an hour she finally brought out our food which was cold and looked terrible. After telling her that the food was bad and I didn’t want it, she said in a condescending tone that the food never looks like the picture, took the plate and walked off…which I’m sorry, it’s also not supposed to look like you pulled it out of the dumpster. We’d spent almost 3 hours there and we left after getting 1 drink each and 2 very small greasy appetizers. The manager did end up comping the entire order because of the terrible quality, which is fine but my family will never be going back to this location. I really hope they do something because this used to be a great place to go. If you really want to go to Red Robin I would save yourself the trouble of this place and go to Lacey.

Had an awesome experience at Red Robin as I often do in the past. ( TLDR- Awesome efficient employees, great food, friendly atmosphere. Recommendations are any version of the lemonades for a drink and Red Robin burger/Royal Red robin burger, and turkey burger ) My experience started with the amazing Host Ashley, who smiled and got me to my table with ease, and when asked for a food recommendation provided me one. Based on the recommendation I order the turkey burger which I have not had here before. It was quite good, and the side of bottomless fries well cooked and seasoned. My server Christopher was excellent and efficient, while maintaining that friendly attitude which is great to see in servers. I shall come back again for more 😁 So good I forgot to take pictures 😂

The waitress was very nice! Happy 21st to her! We ordered lots of food, and it came out in a timely manner. Our drinks were delicious 😋 the food was good. I ordered a scorpion gourmet burger, and it was good, but I hoped it would be spicier apps were good portions were good.. have been here many times and will be back in the future.

I ordered through a delivery service and paid over)40 for two burgers and fries. I didn’t get any condiments whatsoever! A whiskey river burger that didn’t even have onion straws, 4 of the sauces for our fries and on the cheeseburger not even lettuce! I could have gotten better burgers at Wendy’s! I will NEVER order from here again! Yeah that’s what I paid top dollar for!

Bad parking at this location. Had fish and chips and my wife had the avocabo salad. Ordered extra crispy fries which arrived limp. The new batter for the fish is crunchier than previous fish which was appreciated. Second try for fries were also very good. The ice maker was out and served drinks were warm. Chardonnay was not available. Server was nice but could have been more attentive and could have asked for refills for wine or fries as this was post lunch rush. Pizza oven was broken. Bathroom was dirty and grafittid.

The secret to eating at this Red Robin is always going for a seat at the bar. You can most of the time find a seat immediately and get good service. Not a bad place to get dinner.

False advertisement. They had peach lemonade, and a peaches and cream milkshake on the drink menu, and didn’t have it! Wait to deny my taste buds :( (Kinda joking, Red Robin is amazing love the food. Im just being petty.)

This is a good place for upscale fast food. The meal quality is decent for the price, but it's not necessarily high-end food. It can often be a long wait on busy nights too. However, the service was excellent, anticipating needs before we asked and making our dining experience pleasant, even on a very busy night with long wait times. This place is especially great if you want a fun dining experience, including bottomless drink options and other such novelties. Good for kids. Overall, would recommend if you have the time for a fun dining option.

Red Robin burgers at Capital Mall, Olympia, Wa was probably the best burger I've had in a really long time. I was pleasantly surprised. Great service too. I'd love to go back and try more from the menu but I don't like using the order pad/screen to pay for the meal. That's a good way to catch COVID. They should take those away.

Always love a great burger. I had the scorpion gourmet burger without the bun and had the side salad instead of fries. I didn't need dressing it was a perfect light meal for dinner. The service was great filled my water 3 or 4 times. Was really nice dinner with a good friend. Never felt rushed even after they started getting busy.

This place scored well on all three points of the restaurant criteria- Ambience- cool and refreshing on hot day with low key background noise in the sports bar. Food- excellent flavors, good portions and the delivered entree actually matches the menu and advertisements. Service- excellent service from the single server running the entire bar. Constant checks and delivered on her promises. Well done Red Robin. Keep this crew together because they are doing something right.

Haven't been here in years, but it was just the same - friendly staff, upbeat atmosphere and great food! I had a delicious milkshake - thick and creamy - not full of frothy sir bubbles. My only suggestion is to find a good source for Gluten Free hamburger buns. The chicken breasts were very good, but I really wanted one of the signature cheeseburgers I remember so well!

Great experience, especially as someone with celiac! Our server, Chris, was well-versed in the gluten free items and was very friendly. The mushroom burger and fries were super delicious, well made, and safe!

Make sure you call ahead, they are very short staffed. Sometimes they're only doing to go orders, due to this. Food is great, and Brandy the server is awesome. I've seen her be the only one there and handle the tables, in a timely manner. She doesn't appear stressed at all, and always has a smile, and great memory for what I order. Highly recommend this particular Red Robin. They need to clone this lady.

Our server was awesome. My boyfriend was accidentally given the wrong order and he fixed it right away. And was always making sure we had enough of everything. I was, and am going through a trying time. It was relaxing for me to just enjoy our time together. And our server made it possible. I feel bad for not remembering his name.

Service was good. We sat in the bar. Had burgers and drinks, they were good. The menu has a good variety of options. If you sit in the restaurant area you'll often hear the staff singing happy birthday to some happy kid. So that's fun if you're celebrating a bday. Good location.

mmmm so good! the tartar sauce is the best! Sweet tea ( shareable gallon size is bangin!) not watery at all and good amount of sugar... their burgers are seasoned well and filled with flavor! Was not a fan of the donuts.. need more sugar.. it tasted very oily and salty.. The staff there are also very good to doordash drivers. I love picking up from there because the food is always ready! I be in and OUT!

Great servers, always very friendly and on point. My step mom has a ton of food allergies and they made a point to make sure that she was given food that didn't carry any of her food allergies. Also the food at Red Robin's is always great!! Love it! Plus they typically have seasonal food. Their orange cream soda is freaking delicious. Highly recommend!
