Fun place to take the kids! Lots of games.. I miss the old ticket system as it felt more rewarding, yet it is way easier using cards to manage your tickets and points. They offer unlimited plays for different intervals (30min, 1hr) etc. They also have points. I find it better to have a point card vs time card for younger kids, I think you get more value from it. Though with an older kid 7+ a time card could be better value. Their pizza is actually really good compared to other places. Their prices for food reflect good quality. I remember the old days when the pizza was cardboard tasting. It's definitely improved! The staff have always been great at this location! Very friendly and curtious! I'm glad this place made it through the worst part of the pandemic as I always get a new photo from the car ride each visit (see photos for example). Your tickets never expire, save them up to redeem them at the counter for various toys or even cotton candy. They host birthday parties here, so inquire within!

For close to $500 that I spent for my daughter birthday there, I expected good customer service and a better host ! Everything was a joke . We got there 5mn before our party time and there was no host . Host came 15mn late to our table and took the orders . And then that’s it ! Everything we needed it I have to track her at the kitchen to ask or at the front . I took our drinks pitchers myself for refills every time they were empty . We needed more food so I went to the front and ordered. That food never came . Tracked the host down , asked her and she looked annoyed . She said she would check it out but never did ! Chuck came out late but as soon as he left one of the employee came out and told us to move as our time was over . I told her that our host was 15mn late for our party so we deserved to finish our cake but she didn’t seemed to care . She went back and brought a supervisor and they started moving our plates to another table. At that point all the parents present were shocked . I had parties at a lot of locations but this is the worst experience I’ve ever got . A backyard party would have been better than this. I’m very disappointed ! I hope the owner will train and turn things around .

Didn't get food this time but last time the pizza was pretty good. It still looks good. No more slide/jungle gym thing anymore since Covid started. They completely removed it, added more games and spaced everything out. It's always surprisingly empty when we go, which is honestly nice. The gate greeters always check to make sure kids are with the correct family according to the stamp they give u when u leave, which i will always appreciate for safety reasons. Friendly staff, very clean Chuck e Cheese. Got pics with the mascot too!

Edited: Owner Responded quickly and gained them 2 stars on my review, I definitely appreciate that and as you can see my pictures gain views like insanely fast so attention would be best as good attention and not bad attention. Some places won't ever recover from my pictures like the blue ink in my pizza from a place in Oregon but most my reviews are good ones and I hope this one turns into a good one too! Thanks for the quick response, I'll update this quickly as it changes. My son got 4 pieces of candy and a 5" ball for a thousand tickets. My friend went with a 10 person party, paid for 3 pizzas and got 1. They wouldn't refund and instead offered her to take pizza home after the party was over.. this place is legit stealing from customers. I just read other reviews about the staff there. Sorry but this goes on my bad list of do not visit.. and I'm pretty popular. Bad places don't deserve good customers. Also your letting kids run around touching and being in each others bubble... Spreading delta variant.. this is bad place to be. Photo of the 500 ticket ball, this ball + 4 jolly ranchers was a thousand tickets. . . Wow.

I went with the bf as soon as they opened to avoid any kids because we just wanted to have some fun, play some games.. was a little awkward being adults but the staff didn't seem to mind. Wouldn't have went if their was kids, honestly wish there was a Dave and busters or something nearby but it was okay. Only thing I feel they should implement is making the ticket prizes higher, wining 1-10 tickets per game doesn't feel fun.. but hey it's for the little ones lol. All and all seems fine! Person cashing us out for some candy at the prize booth didn't seem very happy, maybe stressed? Or didn't like us being adults but we understood. I would expect a few looks I guess lol def more for the kiddos but if ur like me and my bf, we love arcades and had a decent time!

We went here for my son's birthday. We didn't have a party, just him and his siblings. Ages 12, 8, 4, and 7 months. They all enjoyed their time. However, the staff was awfully slow moving and didn't seem to care about anything. You pay a pretty big price for 1 hour of unlimited play which is good, but Definitely don't do what we did, which was pay for 3 unlimited play cards 1 hour each for the 3 kids. You can easily have 2 kids share a card. It's not a huge place, so scanning for one kid for one game, the walking over to another game that another kid is at, and scanning it is easy and saves a ton of money. We spent over $100 by making that mistake. It was clean, loud, but fun. My 4 year old didn't have a ton of patience for the games that talked a lot before they started, but I saw other kids the same way. Haha. He eventually walked away from some, but he did have fun for the most part! You do have to purchase the card which is reloadable (it's $1.00 per card then you add on how much time you want to play) next time, we will be loading up 2 cards and having them share. Pretty expensive for one hour of play. (33.00 for one hour)

Had a great birthday today for a 5 year old, sounds like a couple things could have been better (non working claw machine and no toilet paper in a bathroom stall) but those are minor concerns for what was otherwise an excellent time. Also, it was evident that the manager (or party coordinator if there is a difference) really cared, which is refreshing in the current era of customer service. Great work!

We didn't come to eat, I brought the kiddos here to play and they had an amazing time. Staff was extremely friendly. Out of all the Chuck E Cheese locations I have been to over the years, this one is by far the best. Every game worked the way it should and it was extremely clean. The kids had a blast and I know I'll be back here again. Thank you, Chuck E Cheese at Capital Mall. Keep up the great work because it doesn't go unnoticed.

I love chuck e cheese it's so cool how you guys added a dance floor but I wish you guys could add another character like a cuddly panda bear which I think would be so cool and adorable also the plushies I wish you guys could change them to a better price or even just for tickets because I love the plushies but it's way to much money. Also I had a good idea of adding some really interesting games like maybe a new food game which I think people would love It. Don't get me wrong I do love chuck e cheese but it's so expensive and the food is not as good but the only thing I would get is the salad bar

Had my sons 4th birthday here. The food is what you expect. Decent below average pizza and a weak salad bar. Endless soft drinks is nice. We baught the kids wristbands and 2 hours of games. The kids had a great time which is what is important but it's very expensive and the food is meh.

Good place to take kids. Staff knowledge can use some improvement. There was a broken claw machine and it was my niece's favorite. Only 1 broken ball left inside. I asked when it would be refilled and was told "soon", and when asked to elaborate, I was told "not sure but soon". The staff didn't bother to check with the team members.

First of all wonderful people very helpful and kind there were only 2 workers at the time and they both were very nice to and then the claw machine was not working and then the worker came up and unlocked it and gave me my ball i tried to get and the place was more spacious without the animatronic and the place smelt so much better than before and the restrooms smelt so wonderful not gross the new updation was amazing and the new games that were not there before are fun and all i have to say is thanks for fixing the mistakes and making my visit better :)

The pizza was good, but the cheesy bread was greasy and flat. It was not bread, it was flat pizza with a bunch of cheese. The price for food is too high. Employees were not bad, but they all seemed ready to go home, no smiles, not openly friendly, just there to push the buttons. All that said, we had fun playing the games.

Ok, there's a teenage girl running around out front doing everything while the guy who is presumably the manager dinks around in the back. I assumed he was the manager because he's the guy who was carding me to buy my beer. Regardless, you can't expect one teenage girl to tend to all the customers and that's what was happening. The place is kindof dirty and the high chairs were all filthy. Every single one of them were disgusting and they had buildup of filth on them. 12.99 salad bar was ridiculous for sure. Not worth 5 dollars !The pizza was good though. This is a honest opinion and we left angry. 140 dollar mistake going there.

Came here with my wife, Daughter, and nephews, Pretty decent experiences with staff trying their best, Although a couple mistakes happened at the ordering counter due to the front staff being unable to properly hear me over the other patrons and music. Pizza was good even with burnt crust. Stuffed crust was the best to me. None of the stage/party tables were being used. Convenient timing had mostly polite other patrons but luck is not always in your favor.

It's best to go during a week day for sure. Staff were all kind and accommodating, did notice one staff member going around playing the games-maybe just testing them though? Food good/what you expect from CC but does take a little extra time on the weekends, especially.

Kids had a great time food was cold it seemed like it had been done for awhile the salad bar was empty up until we were getting ready to leave some guests attempted to take our table after the kids went to play their jackets were still visible on the seats will still return as our children enjoy their games

Was first time taking my daughter and for like 30$/hr it seemed like you didn't get your money's worth then another 12$ for a dinky pizza but the kid had an amazing time and they had a decent variety of games and rides so you could be entertained for thirty to sixty minutes at best. Def will go back if I'm stuck here again haha

The pizza was good, better than some places out there. The service Here seems to be understaffed, long wait lines at the counters, and the pizzas took more than 30 minutes. It's a kids place though, so they bided their time with the games. The "minutes" is new to me, what a great idea. That way these kids can just play unfettered for an hour or so.

I had two grandkids (8 and 5) for the day and decided to beat the heat and have some fun. I have never been and asked the girl taking our order how it all worked. I was told you can buy minutes it a set number of games. I purchased what I thought was a set number of games for each kid. We find a table to set our stuff down and go search out some Games. About 15 minutes in and out pizza was delivered so I had the kids come eat while hot. Of course they only had one piece so they could go play again. One game didn’t work so I told a staff member. She’s like oh that’s to bad. I had to ask if we got our one play back which she said hold on I’ll get someone. A guy comes out, adds water, tries to play the game and still nothing. No compensation or acknowledgment. Then we go to play different games with our card and the machine quickly flashes time is up. I didn’t purchase minutes. I asked for the set number of games. So we went to cash in our 15 tickets on our cards and I explained all this to the same girl and again zero acknowledgment. Then asked if I wanted the cards back and I said no, not knowing I paid for the things. The kids here hate their jobs and you get zero customer service. Pizza was alright. Won’t be back.

A fun memory for my young family members. I like that you can do minutes now instead of just tokens. I think it was also time limit to set for the family. All the kids had a blast, even if the older and youngest. We were lucky to go when it was not too busy which helped in the fun.

  • 5/5 Noah G. 1 year ago on Google
Ole stand by. Most the games work had a couple that didn't work, was very busy the day I was there but never had to wait to play games. Prizes are ridiculous amounts of tickets (big surprise) they have a way to "upgrade" tickets for a penny each, would be much more fulfilling to just bring the prizes down in ticket amount? I'm sure it works to their benefit and if it keeps them going then whatever! My 2 kids & niece had a great time and never were bored. I recommend *not* going on a weekend as there were 3 birthday parties when we were there!

  • 2/5 Lynne H. 1 year ago on Google
I was there for an hour+ with family. They were busy however, every table that was not being used as families had left were dirty. No one came out to remove dishes etc. I looked for a seat while my great grandson was playing and there were none. I could have ate at a dirty table but… and yes I took pictures. I will not share here but if management wants to see them let me know. There was one young person sweeping up where there was no need. So training or extra help??!! Very disappointed 😞👎

Went for our sons 4th birthday. He had a great time. Pizza was good and the place was great. Only thing I noticed was a couple broke games and the men's room was dirty. Overall, we had a great time. Really like the option between points or time.

1st time there with my grandson and he loved it! The staff was super nice and prices where decent.

Our daughter had her birthday today here and it was amazing. We had attentive staff, the games were awesome and the pizza and Dippin dots were a hit with the kids! We will use them first birthdays and for the overcast days where kids need something to do beyond the children's museum and ymca. This is a win-win venue for kiddos and their adults! So happy we have it in town!
