An absolute taste bud experience,if you love barbecued meat of sorts. Great quiet setting surrounded by trophies to license plates, saddles and more. With the smells of barbecue in the air all is calm.A heat variety of drinks plus dessert. We will go again.

Good food, and always busy! I really enjoyed their pulled pork & chicken & burgers, but not too big on their brisket. I think they need to work on getting some better bark on their brisket, but it's moist & tender. I really enjoy their BBQ sauce as well it's served on the side & has a fantastic tangy bite to it. I've been several times, and look forward to trying more menu items.

Found this place by complete accident, and glad we did. Ordered the bbq chicken and bbq chicken sandwich with coleslaw and bbq beans. Everything was very good. Our server Sarah was very nice. The prices are fair and the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. It's 40 minutes from our home but was worth the drive. We will comeback.

My brother took me to the ranch house barbecue and steakhouse today. I had the brisket with sides of baked beans and potato salad. Everything was very good. The wait staff was efficient and professional. The restaurant is visually interesting with all sorts of signs, old license plates on the ceiling, and a huge variety of pigs decorating the establishment. Very enjoyable experience. I’d be more than happy to go again.

The hotlink, pork, and chicken were decent. The brisket was moist but was mostly shredded and not in slices. The muffin was cold and should have been heated prior to being served. Banana pudding was advertised as being fresh made but was pudding mix and not homemade. The potato salad was not good and had black olives in it. Beans were from a can? You should serve pinto beans with some decent seasoning. Lastly, the ribs were OK but had not been cooked long enough. I probably would not come back here for BBQ unless I was really hungry.

I had heard excellent things about this barbecue restaurant so on a day trip out to the peninsula, we made a lunch stop here. We normally get pork ribs or beef brisket, but that day they had a special for beef ribs so we got that as a novelty, but I think that we probably should've gone for the pork ribs. The flavor was good but it had too much resistance coming off the bone. I'm not any sort of pitmaster, so I can't say for certain, but it seems like it could've used some more time in the smoker. We'll have to check out their brisket and St. Louis ribs next time.

I've come here multiple times, and love it. I feel like I had written a review previously, but it wasn't present, hmmm. Great food, great service--worth visiting!

Great little BBQ stop on the way home from camping at the ocean. Nice atmosphere and staff. I shared the sampler plate with my husband and we still couldn’t finish, the portions are very generous! We liked the pulled pork best. The ribs were pretty fatty but the brisket and chicken were tasty. The fried macaroni balls were a favorite for all. We would definitely stop here again!

Excellent BBQ - have tried ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket and all were great. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Prices reasonable for quality received. Would definitely recommend if passing through the area.

This place is great. It is what you would think a BBQ place is like. We had the BBQ sampler and shared it between us. It was plenty of food. We added a couple appetizers, O'rings, chili and macaroni balls. Everything was excellent!

Enjoyed a super sampler while at the restaurant. First ones there. Already a line before they opened which is impressive considering we are in the middle of the forest 🌳 like fairies 🧚‍♂️. $29 for the super sampler and worth every penny. Must get the garlic 🧄 fries 🍟. Took home 🏡 a dozen hot 🥵 wings just because.

I haven't been here in about 13 years, but I was glad I stopped in for my birthday. The staff was fun and helpful, the decorations, atmosphere and music was perfect, and the food was pretty tasty. The only negative, it is a little pricey....but I had so much food left over easily for dinner. All and all, can't wait to come back again for a special occasion.

😊: The ribs & chicken were decent. Fries, baked beans, and corn bread were all great. The atmosphere was good and we went when it wasn't busy so there was a lot of space. ⚖️: The bottled root beer was too sweet for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😬: The brisket tasted like it had too much liquid smoke. The spicy sausage was lacking in the spicy... I'm glad we stopped and tried it, I don't know that we will go back (my sweetie is from Kansas City and this did not rate on the KC good BBQ scale).

I placed a pick up order for Fried Mac and cheese balls & 2 kids meals - ribs w/potato salad and pulled pork w/baked beans. They charged me $3 + tax and change for 2 drinks that I never got , also the website says they come with the meal. The fried Mac and cheese balls are okay. The Mac on the inside is not good but the breading and seasoning taste amazing. I can appreciate how cheesy they are. The corn bread is thick and dry, has the texture of a sponge & taste like regular bread with a hint of medicine. The ribs are okay as well as the Potato Salad. The pulled pork is okay. The baked beans taste like a bowl of chilli. I wanted to like this place but unfortunately I did not. I am mostly a plant based eater, but I make the occasional exception and RHBBQ is one of my favorite exceptions. Due to Covid, I do not dine in, but I love the take out. I just get the meat by the quarter pound and do the trimmings at home. Been there 10 or 11 times over four years and have never been disappointed. Looking forward to the end of this pandemic when I can dine indoors again.

Probably the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The sampler has a bit of everything and it’s all cooked to perfection. The chicken, rib tips, sausage, brisket, pulled pork, and sides were on point too! (The cornbread muffin was probably my favorite of those) And the beef ribs… holy cow. (See what I did there?) They were absolutely incredible. Glad I wore my stretchy shorts. Not pictured are the macaroni balls that were beyond indulgent in the best way possible.

Everyone working was super friendly. The brisket was AMAZING!!! We each got the BBQ sampler and it was so much meat that we basically ended up taking almost a full order of leftovers home. I've been driving past this place for years and I'm glad I went in. You aren't finding sugary, sticky overly drenched meats here, so you can taste all the amazing smoky flavor. I give this place ten stars.

Great BBQ near Olympia! We went to the McCleary VFW for a Holiday Bazaar and stopped here for dinner on the way home. We were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed wonderful BBQ in a restaurant filled with a small town flair. I had the Beef Brisket, others in our group enjoyed the large Sampler Platter which easily feeds two people. It's a popular spot, so I'd recommend a reservation. We had 6 in our party and waited about 15 minutes for a table at 4:45pm. (This restaurant also does a large amount of take-out orders.)

It’s a good place and decent food. We shared the sampler platter and some Mac N Cheese balls. The food was good but could be a little better (a little salty). Everything had a nice smoked flavor! Our waiter Devon was knowledgeable and down to earth. The rest of the staff was also very personable. I will eat there again. We want to try the ribs and I liked the pulled pork, very tender and juicy!

Friday late afternoon and the place was hopping! Had to wait for a little to get a table because the staff was busy running the restaurant like clockwork and serving call-in orders. Once seated the waitress was very cheerful and helpful. The dinner was out of this world! Perfect is an understanding.

Stopped here on our way home from Long Beach today, we were actually the first customers when they opened. Ordered the Half Rack Rib dinner with coleslaw and baked beans and the BBQ Super Sampler platter with pork ribtips, quarter end smoked chicken, pulled pork, brisket and a hot link sausage with baked beans and potato salad. We enjoyed all the proteins except the sausage, which we didn't find very had much flavor. The baked beans were good but the other sides were rather bland.

Love this joint! The husband and I shared a BBQ sampler with garlic fries and it was fantastic! Food was out in under 10 minutes and was absolutely delicious.

My first time here. The first person we encountered seemed a little put off; however, our server was awesome. The food was delicious! The brisket...so good! Whoever the griller/cook was, awesome! It was my birthday and I was given a free sundae.

It's the best BBQ that I have ever had in Washington State. I was told by friends that I should go there & I will be Happy? they were right. My Niece & Nephew took me there for lunch & I'm so glad they did.♥️🤙🏽

Great and friendly service! Now the food. All the meat was dry and overcooked. The sauce was sweet with pepper. All around food was decent.
