Loved the ambience and food. I ordered Halibut fish and chips and it came with a delicious salad. The preparation was amazing, the flavours were balanced, the fish was fresh and was crisp. The staff was courteous and the ambience was soothing. Overall, we had an amazing time here.

I started at the bar and moved to a table when I decided to stay longer. The atmosphere, food, and service are top quality. I bring family and friends here when they visit.

Had a good time the food was great and came out fast beautiful views! The only reason for the 4 star review is that the Chairs are too big for the small amount of space given between tables it was hard going in and out without annoying the table behind me. & the waitress was not very attentive never filled our waters but it’s okay the good food made up for it! Clams are AWESOME!

The atmosphere and scenic view is totally amazing. Very beautiful! This place is great, great food, great drinks, ohh and the desserts.. did I mention the dessert and our waitress was the best, she had a great personality. Highly recommend this place

The view can't be beat if you eat there (inside or out) on a nice day. The chowder is great and worth trying. If you get in the ferry line early enough, you can even grab a cup to go. Our service inside wasn't the best when we sat inside, but I wouldn't let that sway me from going inside a second time. Take out was quick and awesome.

This was my first time eating here, opens at 1:00PM be on time or expect a wait. I had the 2 piece Alaskan Halibut fish and chips this was so good that I ordered the extra piece to make a 3 piece. I was surprised at how small the pieces were but by the time you eat the fish and chips I was stuffed. The service was awesome. Tim Nigh brought me my food an excellent and knowledgeable young man. The views both inside and outside are beautiful.

I was excited to try Anthony’s for the first time after living in the area for a few years. I went with a friend for their Surf and Turf special. My friend ate as much of her “medium rare” steak as she could and didn’t want to send it back. Mine was just as over cooked and they recooked one properly. However, although mine looked better it was still an extremely tough flavorless steak. The first two steaks clearly had sat under a heat lamp or been reheated. The clam chowder I got as a starter was also equally bland and reminded me of soup from a grocery store. The bright spot was our server. He was extremely professional and polite and attentive. We may have experienced an off night but I don’t see myself returning.

He went to Anthony’s today to celebrate a birthday and the atmosphere is nice. The wait was a long at all. The staff is courteous and prompt, and the food came out fast and delicious! We were stuffed by the time we left! We had a nice experience and will continue to return.

What an Amazing view of the bay. You can watch seals and eat fish that are probably swimming below you. This was an intro to Washington State seafood for us and it was decent. Side order options would be nice for the price and portions. Otherwise great atmosphere, good vibes, and mildly seasoned pacific fare.

We've dined at Anthony's many times but this was a first for this location. Stunning views of Rainier, Vashon, Puget Sound and the Tahlequah ferry. Excellent food (the scallops are my favorite) and great wait staff.

I ordered the pan fried oysters with a side Caesar and my mom ordered a Cobb salad. All very delicious for about $70. Service was quick and friendly. Didn't need a reservation on a Saturday night. Parking is plentiful. Atmosphere is quiet enough for a conversation. Decor is a little 90s. But the view of the water is beautiful. The lighting is over bright. You could bring kids here if they're generally well behaved.

Gorgeous view on a sunny day, though the tables on the patio can benefit from large umbrellas for shade. Food is mediocre with a high price tag. Service was good.

Had a great time with family. The bartender was so pleasant and nice. Everyone worked well together. Very delicious. The seasonal drinks were phenomenal.

Ordered oysters sampler, steak Oscar, and cioppani. Outback steakhouse with a view of the ferries. While waiters were very nice, the food came slowly. We bought a dessert and it took 30 minutes for it to come because the pastry, salad, and oyster chef was the same person. Portions are small as well. Taste is average. Just underwhelming.

Good restaurant, great service and food! If you like seafood - try the steamed Manila clams for an appetizer. Raw oysters are great too! Rock Fish tacos, Clam Chowder, Fried Trout and lots of other dishes are simply delicious! Relaxing atmosphere, right on the waterfront! Recommend, would come back.

We spent the afternoon here with my parents visiting from out of town. It was the perfect way to end their last full day here. Great food, peaceful table on the patio, awesome service. The food was fantastic. Vegans should skip this place, though.

My favorite seafood place. Little smaller than the other locations but still has great views. This visit was for a birthday celebration, and the only reason this is not a 5 star is because a few of the items we ordered from the menu were not available. The server let us know as soon as he was aware, so that was appreciated.

My wife and I had a very pleasant dinner here. The weather was perfect for sitting outside on the patio. The views were amazing. The service was great. Our meals were excellent. I had the grilled salmon and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Lightly seasoned to allow the natural flavors to come through. We had dessert and we took advantage of it being berry season and thoroughly enjoyed our berry shortcake and berry sorbets.

Nice seafood place. My party ate outside. It was beautiful with the views. Our server was really nice. The server recommended a lot items and I tried the peach slurp which was good. The food took a bit longer than we expected, but the server said it was because of new staff in the kitchen. Definitely a place to try for a night out with friends or family. Parking can be tricky because it seems busy, but the food is worth it.

Beautiful restaurant right on the water! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The oyters and dessert were amazing! Unfortunately I was not a fan of the rockfish. Cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. Wouldn't mind going back and giving them another try though. 😊 Like like?

Food and views pair perfectly, along with a nice close-up of the ferry going back and forth. I wish I had taken a picture, but if you sit towards the middle, you can watch the kitchen staff work. I don't remember our waitresses' names, but she was quick, prompt, and kind. She answered any questions we had since it was our first time eating here. The place started to fill up quickly after we had been seated, but she never rushed us to order. I'll be bringing my in-laws and friends here next time, I enjoyed it so much. Pics 1-3, food. 4&5, taken from parking lot. 6&7, taken from inside. 8&9, taken outside on patio/deck.

As always kind staff and wonderful dishes, beautifully arranged. While enjoying your food we could watch the sea lions, boats and birds in the Puget Sound (the orcas has just left). Will visit again!

My favorite restaurant! Best seafood pasta I've ever had, as well as other amazing seafood dishes! 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Beautiful place! Food was wonderful and tasty. Nicely presented! We didn't want to go to early or to late. They had a special going for those times was I believe $ 26 a person, that excluded appetizer, entree and dessert! Absolutely perfect and affordable that way!

Had lunch with the Wife and nephew I had the fish tacos the best I've had in tacoma by far, the wife had halibut and my nephew had cod both were delicious. And the clam chowder is the best around. We will be back soon. Recommend this place most definitely.

Food was very good. Service was good. Love the view of the water. Note: you cannot make reservations here. We called to make reservations and was told that they don't do reservations.

Ordered take out for me and my son. We came up for the day to check out defiance point. The claim chowder and wagyu steak were delicious. Not a fan of the shrimp fettuccine. I felt it wasn't as flavorful and creamy as it should be. Other than that we received everything we ordered and it was ready at the designated time.

Can't beat the view, as the restaurant is right on the sound. Got the surf and turf, with oysters for appetizer, steak Oscar for main and bread pudding for dessert. Oysters were excellent, but there were only two and they were very small. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered and the crab and sauce were wonderfully rich. Bread pudding had tender apple chunks and was served warm with a very tasty vanilla ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining.

Everything tastes great. Everything tastes fresh. The views throughout are spectacular. The menu gets updated regularly. Service is consistently excellent. Surf, turf, pasta, salads, combinations. You've always got multiple solid options. The bar is excellent too, and we enjoy the open view of the kitchen as much as the views outside across the water to Vashon Island, the ferry, and Mt. Rainier too. I've always been able to locate good parking along the waterfront. The wait without a reservation never seems too long. We will be back again and again.
