Just happened to come across this place heading south to California cause it was on my trucking app. I got a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake. Everything was amazing. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area.

I had to give this place five stars. This amazing little out-of-the-way place. Not the people were very very friendly. I didn't know what to expect going in there. I parked overnight. They're open very very early for breakfast. I went in and sat down places really clean the bathroom between coffee is hot the breakfast was really really good I had a bowl of vegetable beef stew beef was very good very fresh I also enjoyed the scrambled eggs the waitress was really really nice very nice young lady. And the overall environment was really really nice definitely one of my favorite spots to stop. Prefer this place over the bigger stops hands down.

Great roadside spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Easy to get in & out with fast service. Staff is super friendly & attentive… our coffee never got cold! The food? Man, it was FIRE! They KNOW how to do over medium eggs AND the biscuits were HOME MADE!!! These are folks who had the courage to stay open through the shutdown. Right or wrong, they needed to survive. Glad they made it through and are here now. Put your politics aside and come support this mom and pop LOCAL business!!

Ample truck parking and country-style food. Try the fish and chips basket...excellent and a large portion.

Pulled in to an empty lot on a Saturday morning. Sign on door said they were looking for a cook. Should have stuck with my gut on these two huge clues. Bacon was paper thin and crumbly. Scrambled eggs weren't - folded once, omelette style. Hash browns were limp and taste like week-old grease. Biscuit was dry, stale and hard as a brick. Gravy was seriously, the worst I've ever had. Lukewarm and pale white - zero spice, zero flavor, consistency of thick white paste. I've no idea how this place gets the mostly 5 star reviews, but as of the date of this writing - it's the least appetizing restaurant I've experienced on the entire I-5 corridor. And, I've eaten at some really, really bad spots. The lone bright spot: The waitress was nice, as was her first day on the job trainee.

Service is not great. Owner/server was so irritated, it seemed like we were wasting his time. Would not be back on that aspect alone. Food is so so, greasy and salty is the only seasoning. Burgers are pressed Pattie’s from a box. Severely outdated decor. Needs a good clean and new servers.

The inside is just run down and there were lots of flies. It was kind of gross. But we stayed. I had the bacon eggs hashbrown breakfast. My bacon was super limp but the biscuit with butter was terrific. We won't be going back. They need to upgrade everything.

Grilled Sourdough, Bacon and Swiss Burger (very good), Onion Rings (very good), LG Root Beer (Wouldn't buy again) Came with a special sauce, that was delicious! =$18.16 Cheeseburger, fries (so good) and Dr. Pepper (Wouldn't buy again) Came with special sauce =$17 and change If you're going for the baked goods or milkshake, make sure you call ahead. It was after 10 am and they didn't have any baked goods...and they're waiting on a part for the ice cream machine. I would definitely stop again.

Super nice staff. But the chicken strips were super burnt and dry. I don't mind burnt bits of food, but I can't stand dry! And the prices were really high. For the amount of food, it seemed kind of ridiculous. But that seems to be like that everywhere.. I asked for ranch on the side and didn't notice until I got home that I didn't get it. I asked if they had a kids burger and fries or some kind of kids meal. They said yes and gave me a burger and fries for my daughter. I got home and gave her the burger, it had mayo (or secret sauce) on both buns! My daughter was very upset and I felt bad. But they could have mentioned that. I said specifically it was for my kid! My husband did like the fish and chips.

I just love this place. Such a nice piece of Americana. Some of the best burgers in the county and *the best* milkshakes. A fun, destination place my preschool-age kiddos love. The staff are down-to-earth people w/o that weird, rude thing that infects downtown area Oly businesses. They are actually open and don't close in the middle of the afternoon or closed randomly through full days (unlike downtown area Oly businesses).

Stopped here Oct 8, 2022, for a "quick" bite on our way to Astoria OR. Service was slooow, oh so slow. The staff was too busy personal chit chatting. We ordered two burgers with fries. My husband's was supposed to be WITHOUT pickle and tomato. Not sure how you screw up an order with only 2 burgers, but they did. Mark's had what it wasn't supposed to, mine was sans. And the meat...Lordy! Super thin and WAY overcooked. The edges were black and crunchy. We both only ate about 1/2. The fries weren't bad, though, thank goodness. Building inside and out needs sprucing up. Sorely run down. Won't stop again. Too many better places along I-5 south bound.

I might be generous with five stars here but this place is exactly what it needs to be. A cozy place with awesome staff. The portions are big and you can easily take a doggy bag for a later meal. Don’t expect the Eggs Benedict of your lifetime here but except a good meal with good people. And that is worth something.

Burger is very good. The place is cozy in my opinion. The service is good. Someone suggested their smoothie and I tried it but it's a little bit sugary. Great experience so far.
