Love the restaurant. Went there twice in the last few days. They have a pizookie dessert that is so yummy. The first time we went I had the chicken BBQ salad. It was huge, big enough for 2 people. My husband had the BBQ ribs and chicken thighs. Today we went back and each had a large bowl of clam chowder and the avocado egg rolls. The clam chowder has lots of clams and is thick, filling enough on its own. If you haven't been there, go online and join their rewards program before you go and you'll get a free pizookie dessert on your first visit. Service was excellent both times. Went for lunch (feb8) with my granddaughter, we both had the all you can eat soup and salad. We both picked the clam chowder and caesar salad. Both were excellent and we didn't need more because the first helping filled us up. Excellent service.UPDATE MAY 19TH my husband and I went for an early dinner. He had the half rack of ribs (he got 8 bones) which is a lot and I had the nachos, huge. Our server, Gary, was excellent very helpful, friendly and checked on us multiple times. Will ask for him in the future. We had the hit fudge pizoole dessert which came with my husband's dinner. Nice finish to our dinner. UPDATE JULY 2OTH they have a good lunch menu, all items $12.00. Service still excellent UPDATE SEPT20TH Today took my granddaughter and her husband out for lunch. Service was very slow, long wait til someone came to our table, another long wait to get our check, my ice tea came after my food, I am not use to bad service here, hopefully it was an off day but the food was excellent. I had the lunch mini deep dish pizza and salad, very good, can't wait to go back again for the pizza

Service was pretty good, came in on a Saturday at 5pm and got immediate seating. Server was very attentive. Got a rib eye, was expecting better, it had a good amount of fat on it and the flavor was 7/10. Recommend the Heffenweizens and the Boba mango sparkler. The pizookie never misses, always recommended.

Avocado Egg Rolls and the Bistro Burger for me, with the sweet potato fries on the side, which were nice and crispy. The spinach and goat cheese was an exceptional addition to the burger. Polite staff. Speedy service! Big smiles and full bellies had by all. Way to go y’all!

NATHAN ! is a Rockstar 👍 Excellent food as always, hostess was a space-shot but server and kitchen came through, a bit more sauce on the deep dish ziti is all i could ask for 🙄

The ribeye steak 🥩 was delicious. The appetizers were burnt and the BBQ sauce on the ribs and tri-tip is not good at all…like really bad. 3 out of 3 complained so I’d look into that. Good fish and chips but slow slow service.

I order food from DoorDash and everything is perfect. I really love with the Tomato Pasta with Big Meatballs. Don't miss it if you like tomato!

Wait staff were great and atmosphere was pretty standard. The deep dish pizza was ABSOLUTELY NOT deep dish - sloppy/soggy pan pizza at best. They missed the mark on that item. Should have done more research before choosing so bad on me for that. I'll take the L and won't be coming back. Might have been a better first impression with another item.

I've been here twice now, it is really busy but the food is great and the service is great as well. The root beer is house made, as well as a few of the other sodas. I recommend trying this place!

Great food and beer! Staff was fast and courteous. A little on the pricy side, but worth the cost for the amount of food you get.

I love BJs. Yes it is a corporate chain. The food is always done exactly as I ask. The presentation is good. Wide range of options and I have never had a bad meal. They are not fine dining nor do they pretend to be. What they are is consistent with both taste and presentation at a reasonable price point. I spent 15 year in high end kitchens, so I do have soon experience in this matter.

I never write reviews for anything. I have been here multiple times before, and have had great service each time. even the first time I came here the service and food were excellent! I don't know what was up with what happened, but the service for my friend's birthday dinner was very mediocre at best. I know it's hard to work in the service industry, but really? the food was just not that great either. my sandwich was salty as the ocean, and the fries were alright. you can't really mess those up. but for the money I spent here I could get a better food from the places inside the mall, and for a lot cheaper. but I shouldn't be surprised, it's a BJ's! 😒

We love BJ's but not today sadly. We went 2:20pm, the place was not busy. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Then we sat. And sat. And sat. A few different servers came by us, to the 2 other tables near by; taking orders, delivering food and checking guest satisfaction. And we sat. And sat. A employee who dressed as though she was a supervisor walked by, a couple times to the table directly across from us. And we sat. And sat. The gal who greeted us walked by a second time, the hubs got her attention and told her we were ready to order. She said something inaudible through her mask and walked to the Hostess station. And we sat. And sat. While the presumed Hostess, presumed supervisor and another person chatted and looked at their phones. And we sat. And sat. And sat. After 27 minutes of sitting, waiting and not even ordering, we gave up. When we walked by the Hostess station, in direct view of our table, I slapped the counter and announced "having a server would have been nice" and we walked out. One of the ladies said "Ma'am, ma'am" but by that point, deeply disappointed and very hungry, I was not really interested in speaking with them. We have never been so neglected here or any other eatery in recent memory.💔💔💔 And we drove from near Ocean specifically to eat here because it is (was?) a fav💔💔💔

topped by BJs for pizza after a round of golf, and the service was good and the pizza was above average. Known for their brand of different beer varieties, the deep dish pizza, while was good, did not meet my expectations. My friend and I ordered their version of the meat lovers and the bacon was burned beyond the crispy stage as the black places on the pizza indicate. Overall it was a nice environment with a good bar to watch sports and catch up with a friend, just probably will not order the pizza again.

The Tavern Pizza was pretty good however, the best thing was the sugar cookie pizookie.

Gary was Extremely amazing food was extremely amazing. Gary ended up getting meals and drinks made for us that weren't on the menu anymore, and it was still as good as I remember from about 3-4 years ago. The service was hands down outstanding. EVERYTHING was just OUTSTANDING. EXTREMELY HAPPY I went there lunch yesterday

My family and myself got to the restaurant and were seated by 5pm. Server came to ask for our drink 20 min later. We ordered out drinks, appetizer and entrees. We got our food at 5:50 pm and we never got our drinks or appetizer. 2/3 of the entrees came wrong. Server never came back after the first time she greeted us. Manager came by to try to apologize for the inconvenience but my partner never touch his food and asked for him to take it back. “They gave us a discount for the inconvenience” which it wasn’t even much. I didn’t care about the discount to be honest. But all the tables that server was working were having issues. Second time here and never coming back. My first experience there was good. This one was awful. Mom traveled to visit us and this happened.

Solid fast casual chain restaurant! The service is ok. The waiters from my experience are nice, but sometimes the wait can take long just to get seated. The menu is your average American restaurant menu. You’ve got good pizzas, burgers, decent appetizers, etc. But the best part of the menu is definitely the Pizookie’s. They are essentially a cookie in some metal thing, topped with a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream. The place can feel sometimes “empty”, as it doesn’t feel like a lot of people are there, while other times it can be lively. Overall, 4/5 stars. Decent option when you’re at the Tacoma mall.

Awful - just awful. Restaurant was only at 50% capacity and food delivered took forever and was cold. Paid extra for sweet potato fries that were delivered cold. Bought prime rib that arrived dry from sitting so long. Took 15 minutes to get a dessert at the end so we just left it. Never again.

We ordered salmon, rice broccoli. The sauce wasn't pleasant at. They need to revamp and try it again. I had baked ziti with a casa amigos blueberry Margarita. The drink was awesome! My dish was seasoned well and very cheesy. The waitress gave me extra sauce. She was very attentive. I didn't like that it was so dark in there but other then that the restaurant was nice.

Granted it’s a Friday, but they were out of Chicken Parmesan, ordered shrimp pasta, took 50 minutes and it came out at room temperature. First time here, The menu is impressive, but first try was a swing and a miss. Manager did come over and apologize, but didn’t want to wait even longer to reheat something we already waited a while for. Flavors were ok, but would likely be better if it’s hot or even warm. May want to try again some other time, may have been an off day? Latest update - my girlfriend is sick from food poisoning here. Sorry, won’t be coming back! Rating is now a One star.

My husband really enjoyed his ribs. My son loved his spicy chicken sandwich too. He's not a Cole slaw eater but ate every bite! I asked for a medium burger and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was nice and tender. Of course we ended it with a Pazooki trio that we gobbled up so quickly that I forgot to take pics.😂 They do have good food at decent prices. As we know, everything is just a bit more expensive these days. BJ's is worth a trip.

Carrie was our waitress and she is absolutely amazing. She even learned to perfect this dance move we thought her. Great energy good food. Try the Buffalo Trace drink with the avocado eggrolls..

Great food and drinks! Very decent service - staff have great personalities so it makes up for their blunders if any. Their ribs are phenomenal, so are their sliders, and I want to try every specialty drink on their menu! Seriously, each one sounds DELICIOUS! Love the ambiance and lighting, very chill vibes. Also appreciate they have TVs playing the current games

Joelle was out waitress, we had a table of 14 last night for my kids birthday. She was AMAZING. I've never eaten here before and now I'm wondering WHY. The food was great, she was attentive and never appeared stressed. She was personable and super sweet to everyone. It was virtually perfect!

Took a ⭐ because I think the prices are a bit too high. I am noticing this happening a lot more two years after the start of the pandemic as restaurants try to recover. Other than the price everything else was fantastic. The food was delicious. Our waitress had a 6th sense for perfect timing. We had a party of 6 and every table was in use and full. We had 4 children in our party. She staggered the orders so the kids food came out first to allow them extra time to eat. She prompted us for a dessert order before we finished so it came out shortly after everyone finished their meals. Just before each person finished their drink she had another one there to replace it. If possible I would recommend using the app to check in. People ahead of us were being told a 45 minute wait and we only waited 10.

Their customer service was great. We had Danaya as our server she is amazing. The food and environment are good.
