Delicious food and great service! I have already posted a review for this place, but was reminded today how good it is. We were greeted and seated promptly. My sister and I had beers, onion rings and burgers. I had my favorite burger The Jimmy. Perfectly cooked burger, pulled pork, crispy onions and juicy sauce, perfect bun too. So good. The waffle fries are the best and I love the sauces. This place has an amazing array of whiskey and bourbon, mixed drinks and yes, milkshakes with booze. A very fun place.

If you would like a great burger this is a great place for that! The meat wasn’t dry and the flavors were spot on! Even the waiter was spot on. If you ever get Matt just know he’ll take care of you. The PB&J burger was an unlikely mixture that seems like it shouldn’t go together yet it’s probably the best burger on the menu. I’ll be coming back very soon for it. The waffle fries were perfect crispness and seasoning as well! I wish I could’ve gotten more. Overall the experience of this place was very pleasing!

This place is a favorite of my son's. What I've learned is to get there early. If you get there after 4pm, there will be a lengthy wait. The wait staff are extremely friendly. The food is great. Their waffle fries are a must have. I've enjoyed every dish I have gotten from there. I found out last time that you can substitute chicken for any burger on their menu.

We love their food! Somehow their food is just so unique compared to other burger places! Great place! They’re so good that they’re always packed and wait times are really long but I promise you it’s totally worth it! They’re a bit on the pricey side for a burger joint but once again so worth it! However, even on slow days, their service is a bit slow. It took them over 10mins to give us our card back. But it’s okay, the wait is super worth it for the food! & their happy hour drinks are really good!

Pictures of the entire happy hour food menu. Everything was on point except the calamari seemed little not so fresh but otherwise great. They could (and should IMHO) add another table in the bar area which would be a more preferred place to sit, but otherwise really great food and atmosphere. Simple vibe that focuses where the focus needs to be, the food and the people. Speaking of which, the staff at this place were pretty impressive. I’m going back for another happy hour for sure!

It has been a while since I had a good hamburger and fries. Well that hamburger drought is now over!!! The 3 pepper burger I had here with their Stack 571 sauce was amazing! The hosts were friendly, helpful, and kind enough to let me have a cup of that sauce to take home! Great atmosphere for the whole family.

Dine outdoor here for a date night with my husband. 15min wait time in a not so busy day. Check their special menu on the wall right hand side upon entry. Different style of burger to choose from on big portions. Pick their truffle fries! Their onion rings is large and crispy. (About 6 pcs) Their house sauce is the best amongst the 3 they will probably serve you. I recommend their Manny's beer, so delicious. Missing 1 star because I wish the burger had more condiments on it. But over all the service was great and quick, ambiance was nice, and burger craving was satisfied.

I switched out my beef for chicken and they doubled the meat! Taking half home, it’s to good to leave on the plate (see photo). The sauce on the burger and for the fries was refreshingly awesome! My waiter, Macy is a hero! He was the only one for the opening crowd at 11:30 and he handled it with grace and humor.

Decent food and good customer service. We weren't really impressed with the burgers or the truffle waffle fries(they were kind of hard). Their berry milkshake was very delicious though. Not sure if we would come back for the burgers. The different sauces were unique and flavorful.

Delicious food and delightful drinks! Hands down the best place in the area for a night out. Appetizers are massive and can be a meal all on their own. Burgers are creative and absolutely perfect.

First time myself and my best friends were here. Just Wow!! We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes, they were fantastic, crisp crust and not mushy..perfection! Then the Buffalo Calamari....this appy Slays and is a definate MUST! I ordered the Burger Dip...incredible! My friends ordered the Pear Cambagoza Burgers, 1 of the girls substituted the burger for grilled chicken on hers and had waffle fries and the other ordered a salad. DID YOU KNOW for only 5 bucks you can substitute ANY salad on menu??? Winning here!!! Incredible food, Top notch Service, it was busy we waited for nothing....Thank you Ruston Way Stack 571...your team is doing everything Right!!!

Decided on a burger for dinner and this looked like a great place and it had great reviews. So we got in the car and drove to the location. Which was a nice drive next to the inlet. It was a nice evening though a tad bit cool. They seated us at the bar top because it was a little crowded and they only had larger tables open. Which was okay with us. They have hooks for your purses ladies. The service was prompt and good. They brought our drinks right away and were willingly indulging us in delightful banter. As they were bring plates out they looked very good. So we ordered two different things although we probably could have shared. They also offer a hamburger of the month. So look for that on the wall. Sharlena had a jalapeño and peppers burger not sure of the proper name. My wife said it was one of the best burgers she’s ever had. It was very flavorful. I tasted it and thought I should have gotten this burger not that mine wasn’t good. The burger I had was a dipping burger that was like a French dip sandwich. While it was good I’m not au jus guy so not sure what I was thinking. But a good burger never the less just not my favorite. My wife would have loved it. They offered us a veteran discount that was very special and I truly appreciated it. If you’re ever in the area please check this place out. I am going to try the one that near where we live to see if it lives up to the standard.

The Special Ruben Burger was great and the truffle fries were delicious. I added an egg to my fries but I should have added an egg to my burger! Basil lemonade was ultra refreshing. My partner got the Sow and loved it but it was a messy mission to eat. All worthwhile though. Waitstaff was incredible...which let's be honest isn't the norm around the world these days....but our waiter was on it and incredible. Wish I would have been a better customer and gotten a name to call him out in person!

I had a wonderful lunch date here😊. Kudos to the host, our server (Cindy with the super cute hair🙂), the cooks, and all the staff who made us feel welcomed and appreciated!! The restaurant was recommended by an acquaintance, and I'm also happy to recommend Stack 571 to others, as well. The food was delicious and appealingly presented. The drinks (Bourbon Sangria for me) were refreshing and delectable, which is why I had to have two, lol. I highly recommend you try this restaurant whether you happen to be in the area or if you're just feeling the adventurous bug of traveling to this area. Lastly, I must mention the earth-friendly practices that I noticed while visiting. Specifically, the reusage of whiskey bottles as guest water bottles for the tables, as well as seeing a server poor unused water into the flower plants that surrounded the restaurant.

What an awesome place to stumble upon! It was my husband's birthday and he qantwd a great burger. I Googled "best burger Tacoma" and Stack 571 came up. The food was delicious, the whiskey selection was next level, and the staff was very friendly . I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed lunch here. I'd been wanting to try stacks for well over a year now. I hate that I waited so long and I'll definitely come back. I had a burger and we split the waffle fries. You can add fries to your meal or get an appetizer of fries to share. I can't remember the name of my burger but it was delicious. I had a refreshing sage margarita and it exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and service was great.

A very underwhelming experience. The service was woeful at best and the food was passable. I had the 3 Pepper Bomb Burger, and to be honest, I didn't taste an ounce of spice. The only saving graces were the truffle fries and my chocolate shake at the end, which was divine. With improved service and some flavor in the food this place would be perfect.

Drinks where good but the burgers felt like they were trying to hard and where a bit over done with items on the burger. Mine had way too much arugula and blue cheese and husbands had too many jalapeños. When one flavor over takes the whole burger that’s not a good thing.

Visiting from Florida, we had to introduce our friends to this spot on our first night in Washington since we were so impressed when we came here two years ago. This spot never disappoints and has such a wide array of flavorful burgers!! From the bizarre combos like PB&J to the Cambozola Pear burger, every bite hit all of the tastebuds and was savory all the way to the end. Our server was super friendly and made great recommendations, the atmosphere was incredible and just an overall solid experience.

I always get Big Kahuna burger here. Kimchi slaw doesn't taste much like kimchi but it goes well with the burger. My friend ordered Cambozola pear burger. First few bites were good but after that both burgers were very salty. I don't know if it was intentional or accidental, but sea salt flakes were sprinkled on the bottom bun. Couldn't finish it this time, but I will come back again and ask for no salt next time. The chocolate milkshake was soooo good!!

My friends and I came to Stack 571 for dinner one Saturday night and it was delicious. It was oven an hour wait but we’ll worth it. Everything on the menu was worth it and I love that they have specialty cocktails and milk shakes. 5 stars for sure.

The buffalo calamari was nice and spicy fried yumminess. The blackened salmon burger with waffle fries was good, a bit messy to eat. My friend had the burger of the month, crab with béarnaise sauce burger and truffle fries. Overall nice staff and good food. We were at the bar area for immediate seating. Otherwise, the wait was around 30 minutes for a table Saturday night around 8 pm.

Flavor! Wow! Bahmi was amazing! I got the one with pear and maple in it. Very good. Waffle fries were crunchy. Fries were good. Onion rings were bomb (when eaten hot)

The staff makes Stack 571 tick, and the Bar (Should have its own rating) is stellar. The food is 99% fried, and the one healthy option (salad) is good. The place could use a few more healthy/fresh items. Those who ordered burgers loved them.

The drinks, old fashioned and huckleberry smash, were very well-made. Usually, people have a hard time making a good old fashioned, and the huckleberry smash is good if you like sweet and fruity cocktails. For appetizers, we ordered street corn and buffalo calamari which were really flavorful. (FYI, the calamari is a bit spicy after you eat a few pieces). Afterwords, we ordered a banh mi burger and the 571. The meat was moist and the buns were soft, and it lived up to our expectations. We tried the parmesan truffle fries with one of the burgers, but it wasn’t up our alley since the truffle flavor was a little overpowering. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the experience. Shout out to Madison, for the great service!

I have not had a better burger I've had in a long time!!!!!! Sterling was our server and his attitude and humor and all together care for our experience was outstanding!!!! Give that man a raise!!!!! Thank you for such a great meal! My entire family was very full and satisfied!!!

The service is one point ! Come see Joel at the bar , service is 10/10 ,food 10/10 for what I ordered. I ain’t never had a Pb&J burger but omg it was good ! I also had garlic waffle fries and they were good as well… phenomenal ! You won’t be disappointed !!!

Amazing food and great service. The wait is worth it! Old fashioned was on point and the revolver should be a staple! Only one kid ordered of there kids menu but they still brought all the kids ice cream. Matthew was a wonderful server!

Met up with some of my relatives here for lunch. Brought my baby in her car seat, and they set up a stand for it, which was nice (strollers are welcome too, at least when it's not too busy). Out of the five of us, four of us ended up getting the same thing! We got the Three Pepper Bomb with the fried chicken breast. It was cooked perfectly: flavorful and very crispy/crunchy. It is on the pricier side, with a burger/sandwich running about $16-18. They do come with a side of fries, normal or waffle, which are well seasoned. Didn't end up getting any whiskey this time. So I'll have to come back :)

Absolutely delicious. We got the burger dip and the stack 571 burgers and they didn't disappoint. Upgraded to the shake of the day, the spumoni, as well as the parmesan truffle fries. You could taste their fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend. Our server Matthew was top notch. Answered all our questions and was the life of the party. They should be proud of the product and service they shell out here.

Burgers are of course amazing, and I’m always impressed when the non-focus items are equally as well done! Caprese sandwich was so good, and I highly recommend the truffle waffle fries! The banana foster shake with rum is my favorite, and they have an excellent whiskey selection!
