Do not come here. I'll start at the beginning. The starter salad I got was the worst thing that had happened to me all day, and my day had not been great. Wilted and brown iceberg lettuce with a couple of shreds of carrot and just enough purple cabbage to be visible covered with "creamy pesto dressing" that my waitress assured me was made in house. I'm pretty sure they "make" it by adding some dried basil to Costco ranch but maybe I'm wrong. Then I got a loaf of the most boring bread in the world served with a tiny scoop of whipped butter. Thankfully dinner went only up from there. Sadly it didn't go very FAR up. I ordered the "spicy chicken vesuvius" which, despite the name has zero in common with chicken vesuvio which can be lovely. It was... not bad actually. Slightly overcooked pasta topped with a tomato cream sauce with a little heat to it and with some peppers and onions and chicken, meatballs, and sausage slices. The peppers were cooked through but still had a little snap and the sauce wasn't bad. It wasn't terribly good, but it wasn't bad either so it broke the trend started at the salad. The meatballs and sausage were mealy and a little overcooked but not quite terrible. If I had to describe this place in three words it would be those. "Not Quite Terrible" should be their new slogan. The surprise standout frontrunner? The vanilla Italian soda I got was pretty decent. I would have loved to have had a drink in the bar but it was closed. No I will NOT be coming back to check it out. Do not come here. I've just noticed that the sodas are made be the servers, not the bar staff which makes Wendy the star of the evening. She was pleasant and polite in spite of the increasingly frustrated faces I was probably making. Wendy if you see this go across the street to Grazie and get a job over there. OSF does not deserve you.

First time and probably the last time I'll be dining at this place. At least for a very very long time. Understandably, they are probably understaffed as they had an hour wait at 5 pm on a weekday but their reasoning is that they have a lot of reservations. Fortunately for us the bar was open and when i went around, there were a ton of empty tables and a small handful of service staff.. The bartender did well on our drinks but when we got our food. We got the main entree first... had to ask the staff for our soup that was another 15 mins and we never got our bread that came with the meal. As for the food, my school caferia lunch was better. Soup had no taste, pasta was dry and the ice cream tasted like it was from them knock off name brand. By far the worst restaurant I've dined in this year.

Came here for the first time in awhile and unfortunately disappointed. My daughter’s spaghetti noodles were not fully cooked and my chicken Marsala was heavily seasoned with salt I couldn’t finish it. It took about 15 minutes to hail down any server. They seemed to stay in the back unless bringing out food. The table across from me noticed me looking around and asked how my food was. The lady felt her noodles were not cooked and both her and her elderly mother mentioned it being really cold to the touch and did not meet food quality standards. Yikes! Then we saw another table on the other side of them return their plate as well. I don’t think I’ll come back anytime soon. Not the same level of service or quality that I come to expect here. The restaurant is only a quarter full and the wait was over 45 minutes for poor quality food.

We had a birthday party with quite a few people probably about 22. They were very accommodating. The food was delicious and and we received it in a timely manner. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. And the ambiance of the restaurant is really actually very cool.

Good food served in a timely manner. I wish I remembered the server's name. We received the best service that we have ever received. This young lady was attentive and intuitive. We never had to wait for, or even ask for drink refills, they were delivered just before we realized they were needed. Extra salad dressing, extra napkins, or anything else was on the table at the moment we needed them. She got a $40 tip on a $90 check and I still think I under tipped. 100%, 5-stars. An award winning performance.

Service was great! Our waitress was outstanding! You can always count on the food tasting exactly like Old Spaghetti Factory style…just like it was 40 years ago the first time I went to the San Diego location. It’s not the best, but you don’t go there for that…it’s the memories…our family has enjoyed visiting multiple locations over the years!

Service was lacking. When seated only a dinner menu was on the table. It was around noon so I asked if they had a lunch menu. They don't freely offer this. Food took a long time. Food wasn't anything special. No refills.

Weird that they only take a few reservations, then it's pretty much take your chances and wait at the door. Hostess on the phone wouldn't even let the kitchen or wait staff know we had a large party coming. Once we arrive we're told it would be a two-hour wait. Would have left, but it's our birthday girl's favorite place. Turned out the wait was just over an hour. Once seated, our server, Melissa, was phenomenal. She handled all the orders, kept our drinks full, and oversaw all the orders as they were delivered. Across 16 dinners, there was only one mistake, and it was minor. The overall experience was great. Would have been excellent if they had taken my reservation.

Quantity, not quality. Should be cheaper compared to the surrounding selection given that, but it wasn't, the "Red" sauce was just that, tasted like heated canned tomatoes. At least a hint of some powdered herbs? Nope. And in addition, we had to ask for them to check on our food as people that ordered after us were getting served first. We were told that it was made, but forgotten to be picked at the server window, just sitting under heat lamps. Makes it that much more appealing doesn't it...

I think they may still be struggling with understaffing.. Restaurant was about half full and we had to wait about 1/2 hour for seating. However, service was welcoming and great! Food was very food and my 9 yr old daughter loved this place! Spaghetti is one of her favorites and she had never been here before. She also loved the lemonade with cotton candy rim

We came in pretty late for a Wednesday with a party of 5. It was a short 20 minute wait. We had new servers that did a great job. Our food was delicious. We were the last table in the restaurant, and didn't even know it.... because we never felt rushed. Thank you for the great dinner!

This restaurant is easily one of my favorite places while experiencing Seattle. The service was amazing. When we got there there was a little bit of a wait but not too long. The inside of the place was awesome so that kinda kep you busy while waiting because it was so much to discover and look at! The greeter profusely apologized for the wait and actually seated us where I was saying I wanted him to seat us(but he didn’t know I wanted to sit there) it was a cute little two seater table with plush king and queen type chairs at the end of the street car they have on the inside. Our server was new but he did an amazing job(Nicolas I believe his name was) the foods and drinks were amazing. We had the meats spaghetti with meatballs and sausage and added a chicken parmigiana filet to it, garlic cheese bread and the olive tampanade, cotton candy lime drink and a Mac and jack african ale. They also served ice cream at the end of your meal and we got the spumonti flavor and it was soooo good, real cream ice cream.(so hard to find these days) The ambiance could meld with whatever your occasion is and ours was kinda romantic. This is a must experience if ever in Seattle.

Make no mistake, this is a franchise. It's like the local version of Olive Garden. It's okay food for the price, but it feels cheap as well, from the silverware and salad to the warmed up pre packaged bread. They fed us well as far as portions, but it was not special. Just necessity. Nothing I'd bring anyone to for a special occasion.

The salad and bread was good. The spaghetti I had was just okay. Lots of cheese and butter in the dish. It wasn't a bad taste, but you better love cheese and butter. Mizithra cheese was the dish.

Oh, where so I start? Pros: the food and beverages were decent, both hot and pretty good flavors for this level of dining experience. Cons: everything took a very long time and most things were incorrect. Wrong items brought, wrong check, never offered beverage refills. It was truly bad. I ordered a glass of wine before ordering dinner and it came as our dessert did 1.5 hours later We were charged for things we didn't order but we didnt even care because it took 30 minutes to get our check. Overall: a disaster of a dining experience but at least we didn't get food poisoning

The food is good, not like amazing, pasta is better at olive garden, the service : we waited like 20 min, no issues with that, but it took our server like 30 min to attend us and he forgot many of our requests, it was not crowded at all, so I wonder why it took so long

The service was excellent, even though they were super busy. I mean, it's the Spaghetti Factory, we all love it, but we know it isn't 5 star dining. Absolutely will return for meat filled marina and the lobster/crab ravioli. Oh, and priced accordingly. I didn't leave with a hurt pocketbook. Affordable carb enjoyment.

Host would not let us sit at the bar while we waited for a table. Slow service. Overpriced for what you get.

We had the very famous triple course meal of the Old Spaghetti Factory. Alfredo was excellent spinach ravioli was great. Sour dough bread was good. We got 2 salads of different dressing balsamic vinegar and ranch dip. The dessert was too good made of gelatin having pistachio, strawberry, coffee and other flavors.

Oh where to begin... We had to wait 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Did not get service for another 30 minutes while sitting. After ordering, we got bread 30 minutes later, and then eventually our drinks. In all, we were stuck here for 3 hours. I don't think I can blame the servers, this had to be a management issue. It is crazy that one server covered our group of 15. He received no help from any coworkers, even though we saw plenty of them walking around doing nothing. We saw several tables which were seated an hour or two after us receive their dinners and pay their bills before us. The food is basically microwave dinner, barely any seasoning or flavor, and overpriced. Also the bathrooms were disgusting. One stall was missing toilet paper, and the other stall with toilet paper had a broken door which could not lock. This was the case in both bathrooms.

I have real nostalgia when it comes to this place. I've been eating at OSF since I was a little girl in the 80s in California. So, the bread, salad with creamy pesto, pasta and spumoni always hit. This is how our family special occasion place and my kids all love it. We usually go to the Tacoma one (or back in the day downtown Seattle). So this was our first time at southcenter. I was a bit disappointed with the service at the start. No bread, like we got our salads and still no bread. We finally flagged him down after 5 minutes and bread was out soon. We're a big family of seven, all teenagers or adults. And we ended up having to ask for another loaf. It just seems like previously they'd have brought enough for the table to start. Our waiter did redeem himself in a way after some time. But we are used to better service at OSF. Food was great! Note to whoever can do this: bring back the chicken piccata!! It was the best thing on the menu. 4/7 of us would order it.

The venue is beautiful. The food is sub par frozen chicken breasts. Three of my family had dinner here. Our food was Luke warm to cold when brought to our table. Quality of food not worth the price. Forgot our appetizer so we asked for more bread and it was never delivered. Not a good experience.

The salad was delicious and so was the dessert. The main course chicken Marsala was not so pleasant, the plate was too hot but the chicken was surprisingly cold-ish, felt as the piece of chicken was thaw in the microwave and sauce poured on top to make it hot. Had to let my waiter know. She kindly served me a second plate, this time spaghetti was hot enough and but chicken wasn’t exactly well served still, edges around were hard making it uncomfortable to chew.
