Parking is tight…drive slow, kids running around sometimes, and people don’t see or hear well in this busy area. Been coming by here for years. 👍🏼

Have I mentioned how much I love Trader Joe's? It's snack heaven. And all around the prices and quality make this the best place to shop, in my opinion. The friendly staff is a bonus. They're always adding new products.

Had a wonderful lunch at the Japanese restaurant & for Tacoma the people everywhere were very nice!

Nice variety of stores. A one stop shop for picking up daily items and a bit more.

Trader Joe's carry Kringles Danish Pastry's. Throughout the year they get various flavors. Buy extra the cN go Straight to freezer for up to 6 month. They sell out quickly they are a delicious treat.

Mudbay, Trader Joe's, Papa Murphy, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Safeway, and other businesses are here.

I enjoy Hand and Stone very much! This is a very busy parking lot and people do not always pay attention not do they let others in or pass..unfortunately I have met more rude drivers in this parking lot especially over by the pizza shops...other side from the spa. On the other hand there is a versatility of shops grocery, pizza, home store, hallmark, fast food, coffee and pampering from my favorite spa.

Unnecessarily car-oriented, but good options as far as places/shops to go to, including Trader Joe's, Maria's Cocina Mexicana, etc

If you need accessories get them from Amazon. T-Mobile is more interested in profits than providing quality products at reasonable prices. Stick to their wireless and go elsewhere for anything else

How can you not like a day of japanese steakhouse, home store, hallmark store, and cupcakes! Starbucks, Trader Joes, McDonalds, safeway, and Jack in the box is all in the same parking lot.

I asked for help finding a couple of things. The staff was very helpful. TJ's had great options as always.

The shops and service were all well and good and I don't have a bad word to say about them, but I did have a pretty bad experience when I was on my way out of the Safeway and was heading towards my car. I passed a group of three teens, couldn't be much more than 14 at the oldest, who paused and gawked at me while I was putting on my coat. I am transgender, and I gather that they recognized this pretty quickly. I heard laughter and the phrase "Hey man, that's an 'it'!" while they tried to run around and get a second look at me, and later one called out that they were going to tell their friends about me. Since they're teens I don't expect anything to come of it, but it certainly didn't make me feel like this was a very safe area for lgbt folks, and I wonder whether they would have followed me for longer than they did if I didn't have a friend with me. For anyone out there that's family and use this shopping mall regularly, take a friend with you whenever possible.

My always favor grocery store for vegetables cheeces flowers and great selection of wines ... And etc...I wish we have one here in Lakewood

Always enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Never a problem finding someone to assist you. Never a wait to check out.

There are several businesses here. We go to the UPS store frequently. They have a Jimmy Johns, Safeway, Hine Goods, Sapporo Restaurant, Hallmark store, Starbucks. UPDATE OCT 8TH nice shopping center in University Place we frequent the businesses here.

It has Trader Joe's and that adds at least a star. Traffic flow in the parking lot can be a challenge. Especially if you want to go North on Brigeport when you leave.

The biggest problem with this location is parking, there are too many popular places to shop, and to have either dinner or lunch. It can take 10 minutes or so to find a parking spot.

Great little outdoor mall! Everything from grocery shopping (Safeway,Trader Joe's). To specialty sports and gaming stores. Several Fast food stores,Jimmy John's, Papa John's, McDonalds even Starbucks. Lots of parking with an easy walk to each store.

Trader Joe's was our reason for stopping here. Good parking and excellent selection.

Homeless in parking lots. Overpriced in the two shops we visited. Overall vibe was uninviting. Initially encountered other shoppers driving rudely and aggressively in the parking lot.

Lots of places over there like going to a mall back in the days but not enough variety (I miss going to the mall and hanging out with my friends hitting all the different shops)

I only have one issue with Safeway as of late. Sometimes they're out of what I need. Milk, water, coffee creamer, soda, etc. Other than that, they're great. I love shopping at all of their stores. 10/10 🌟🌟

It's got the essentials covered. Trader Joe's included and Whole Foods is a block away. A few restaurants at and close by. Ample parking, great neighborhood.

Love that there is a Wild Bird Unlimited, MudBay, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Home Goods, McDonald's, and Starbucks plus more businesses in this area. The parking lot is not the best. I normally have to park far away from the business I want to go to. Also the roads to get into the parking area are limited. I will continue to come here though and refer others to this location.
