wanted
to
share
my
recent
experience
at
your
coffee
shop
as
a
customer,
which
unfortunately
left
me
feeling
quite
disappointed.
I
believe
that
constructive
feedback
can
contribute
to
improving
the
overall
customer
experience,
so
I
hope
you
find
this
information
helpful.
During
my
visit
on
July
16th,
I
noticed
a
lack
of
basic
customer
service
and
engagement
from
your
staff.
From
the
moment
I
entered,
I
was
not
greeted
or
welcomed,
the
staff
members
appeared
uninterested
in
assisting
customers
and
did
not
take
the
time
to
provide
a
friendly
atmosphere.
Moreover,
when
it
was
finally
my
turn
to
place
an
order,
I
was
taken
aback
by
the
abruptness
of
the
interaction.
I
had
waited
at
the
counter/register
and
even
made
eye
contact
with
staff.
Finally
when
the
staff
member
(young
gentleman)
finally
comes
to
take
my
order,
he
simply
asked
what
I
wanted
without
any
courtesy
or
acknowledgment.
There
was
no
apology
or
explanation
for
the
prolonged
delay
in
taking
my
order.
Regrettably,
this
is
not
the
first
time
I
have
encountered
such
a
scenario
at
your
coffee
shop.
Despite
giving
you
a
second
chance,
the
same
issues
persisted,
which
indicates
a
recurring
problem
that
needs
attention.
I
genuinely
enjoy
the
quality
of
your
coffee,
but
the
consistently
poor
customer
service
experiences
have
been
disheartening.
I
believe
that
addressing
these
issues
would
greatly
enhance
the
overall
customer
satisfaction
and
loyalty.
