I would say the coffee here is better than your typical "fast" coffee like Starbucks. The only issue I have is slow service and not always the friendliest service. I went with my mother one time to the farmers market and we went and got a coffee at the Dancing Goats like we always do. My mother asked for light ice in her coffee and the cashier gave her a rude look and scoffed. Not very professional.

Great coffee, excellent selection of teas, and good selection of pastries and small quiche items. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate that they had a wide selection of tea from traditional black tea, to flavored White teas, and herbal non-caffeinated teas. I'm not a coffee drinker but my friends who live here say their coffee is much smoother than Starbucks. They prefer the dancing goat coffee to any other coffee.

The batdorf & branson holiday blend is a one of a kind, its definitely my all time favor blend of coffee they have. Batdorf & branson is my favorite coffee roasters on the west coast, there coffee beans are hand picked and imported. I would say all there coffee blends are amazing regardless what i prefer... Im sure if you go in there they have a coffee blend that suits your, almost with pastries and sandwhiches... Batdorf & branson takes pride in there customer service and makes sure your needs are always met, with an outstanding consistency... There store is extremely clean and i could tell from my experience that the exployees take pride in the cleanliness, and customer service they provide to each and everyone.

I try to shop local but if businesses want our/my business then offering good service is inexpensive and builds repeat customers. However, I have found uninterested and inefficient staff here. They take your orders when it suits them and gives you your order the way they want rather than what you ordered. Today is my last time trying to give business to this local business.

This is such an adorable and coffee-wise, next level local spot! Great place down by the farmers market and it has outdoor tables. The space inside is mostly counter space with a couple tables. The breakfast sandwiches were really good. We tried the cowboy and the lumberjack. Both were really good and a solid B+... better than average but not phenomenal. The iced mocha was in the same range for me...a solid B.

Delicious coffee ☕️, Accross the street from the Farmers Market. Many vegan/veg sandwich and burrito 🌯 options in the display case. Alternative milk options in stock. They pull a fine espresso, and it's about as good as I can make at home but much more convenient.

You get one of the best espressos perhaps in the entire pacific northwest at this place, in my opinion. Very popular with the locals. They have very few menu options for espressos but all are good. They also have seasonal flavors such as honey bee later in the spring. Right across from Olympia farmers market , this place caters to those who go for shopping there.

A nice place for a coffee or a quick snack. I've been to several Dancing Goats locations. I personally really like the taste of their coffee. It's usually pretty bold and distinctly different in taste to Starbucks. As someone who's growing up with Starbucks, it's nice to switch things up. My personal favorites: Mocha Cappuccino Dirty Chai They also have some nice vegan options for snacks. We had the vegan breakfast sandwich last time we were there, it was good! I'm also always impressed by their merchandising when I walk in. They have mugs, coasters, stickers, coffee brewing equipment and accessories. I'll be back 😊

Amazing coffee! Truly delicious and nicely finished. This is a place that celebrates the essence of the coffee experience. From the moment you walk in you know this is a place that understands the importance each step, from bean to brew, plays in making each sip a beautiful experience. They have a nice selection of pastries to enjoy as well. It is a tiny shop. There are a few tables and bar height seating along the windows facing the south bay and farmers market. Come, enjoy, and tip well as the team there does a great job. You will not be disappointed.

My favorite local coffee shop! The shop in Lacey is even better: has latte art, and more selection on food.

Nothing bad about this place it's just their way of handling a customer's order. Especially when there's a rush. There's no system of how to tell who's order is who's. Everytime I've gone there during rush hours, so many people keep mistaking others orders with theirs. Just use a simple name system or numbering system when taking orders and just SPEAK the names or numbers loudly. That would stop people from taking others orders and having the awkward conversation of saying " oops sorry I think that's mine".

I like the coffee but it seems like it used to taste better. I'm not sure what's different the coffee or the way the barista makes it. But it's still one of the better places to get a good coffee and the folks working there are always pleasant.

First time and last time. Coffee was terrible and the flavor I asked for wasn’t even in the coffee. Then I too if that the lady there was super rude to my husband who went to go sit and wait while I ordered my coffee. He decided to pull down his mask to take a bite from his cookie. The lady freaked out came running over and asked him to show his vaccine card. Oh hell no. We will not do that. We are triple Vaxed and should not have to do that what so ever. That’s not your business. And you will not get my business again. Maybe if she had been nice we would of politely left and not come back. But she was rude as hell .

I wanted to share my recent experience at your coffee shop as a customer, which unfortunately left me feeling quite disappointed. I believe that constructive feedback can contribute to improving the overall customer experience, so I hope you find this information helpful. During my visit on July 16th, I noticed a lack of basic customer service and engagement from your staff. From the moment I entered, I was not greeted or welcomed, the staff members appeared uninterested in assisting customers and did not take the time to provide a friendly atmosphere. Moreover, when it was finally my turn to place an order, I was taken aback by the abruptness of the interaction. I had waited at the counter/register and even made eye contact with staff. Finally when the staff member (young gentleman) finally comes to take my order, he simply asked what I wanted without any courtesy or acknowledgment. There was no apology or explanation for the prolonged delay in taking my order. Regrettably, this is not the first time I have encountered such a scenario at your coffee shop. Despite giving you a second chance, the same issues persisted, which indicates a recurring problem that needs attention. I genuinely enjoy the quality of your coffee, but the consistently poor customer service experiences have been disheartening. I believe that addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
