We went here last night for my fiance's birthday dinner. We both had burgers and they were delicious! I'm obsessed with the peanut butter bacon burger. We sat in the bar and the service was good, plus we could watch the Kraken on TV! We splurged and got the doughnut holes for desert - so yummy! We love this place and will definitely be back again and again.

Beer and ambience was decent, but the food was pretty awful…mediocre at best. As was the service. Had to flag down waitress to pay bill and nobody checked on us while we dined. Tried the seafood chowder, fish and chips (they were out of slaw…), and the Cobb salad. Not planning to return - so many other better options for dining/beer around here to try if you’re looking for a place to go.

Have been to Diamond knot quite a few times and they have really deserved a review since the first visit. Food has always been pretty dang good. Had the street corn dip as an appetizer - tons of great flavor and spice while not being too heavy of an appetizer, Jalapeño popper burger -finally decided to give this one a try and it was delicious with yes cream cheese, bacon and Jalapeño, and the crazy club with so many layers of amazing flavor. Great selection of beers too. Another great burger is the Fundamental, just order a knot tot on the side and smash it in the middle of the burger, they use to actually have this on the menu. Great spot for a casual Friday dinner. Only con is I wish they would implement a better system for waiting, like an online queue, always gets pretty busy with how good the food is

Yes: Would I recommend Diamond Knot? Do I love the food? Do I love their beers? Do employees care? Are they knowledgeable? Is it easy to get to with plenty of parking? Yes. My favorite meal is Cajun Pasta. So great. Did try a steak off their “Hot Rock” menu. The server brought a platter on which sat a flat rock which was heated to about 450 degrees. I dropped the raw steak on it and it cooked up nicely. I enjoyed it, but it’s hard to beat that Cajun Pasta! Another very important detail is that the brewery is located next to Double D Meats, the best FULL service butcher shop in Western Washington, if not the country. Diamond Knot for a beer or a meal? Yes.

Cozy pub with great beers! I got the soup and salad combo and both were great. The chili definitely had huge chunks of steak inside for those craving a hearty, filling stew. The pub rings were also super crispy and thick, awesome for sharing. The burger I tried was also great and their fries are fantastic - super crispy and just right with the salt and dipping sauces. P.s. swing by next door first (butcher deli with hot sauces) to grab some awesome hot sauces to slather over everything :)

Great brewpub in MLT. Nothing fancy, but good beer, good food, good staff! We have been here a few times and like the pizzas and the Flagstate IPA. They change their menu quite regularly too which is great as it means there’s often new things to try. We love the dog friendly patio out the front for grabbing a quick beer when out with the dogs!

Sunday afternoon 7/23.. What a unique place!! Everyone seems to care about where they work. Including the individual replying to the Google reviews!!! If I didn't travel for a living I would definitely visit this establishment once a week!!! Everything on this menu needs to be tried once I'm sure!!! Absolutely worth the visit!! P.S Don't let the Karen's of the world bring this place down, it's definitely a diamond in the ruff!!! Thank youuuuuuu!!! P.S A little Coors light, would make your average Joe, even more happier than I already am😉!!!

My husband and I visited Diamond Knot Brewpub on our way to the Nile Haunted House and we had a great time! He got the Oktoberfest Ale and I got the Northwest Blonde Ale and some Buffalo wings and sweet potato waffle fries. Our service was quick and friendly and our bill came out to under $40! We loved the casual atmosphere and I enjoyed the Kracken game. Overall a great atmosphere with good food. Give this place a try!

Been coming here for years, service has been getting worse. Went last night with family and was seated. We waited 15 min and got up and left. Prior experiences last few times, longer waits. It's really hit and miss. Also I swear everytime I go for happy hour they don't give you happy hour menues... Not sure why but is is almost a standard that they forget. Happened probably last 5 times I went. I feel I should almost get a comped meal for the issues. I'll probably go back later but makes it tough to go when expectations are not good. Sad to see this

We stopped into Diamond Knot without any expectations, we were in the area and hungry. It was busy (Friday@6:PM), but we were able to score a table outside. There’s a lot on the menu, I settled on the Rueben, and my wife ordered the jalapeño popper burger, with chicken instead of ground beef. The Rueben is served deconstructed on a hot rock, which makes it an experience. I cooked the krout and pastrami to my liking, melted the cheese and the dressing before moving the contents onto the bread. It was perfection, and freaking delicious, I will return just for the Rueben. I neglected to grab a good photo before I dug in, I was too excited. Next time I’ll get the hot rock shot. My wife was also very satisfied with her chicken “burger” on a gluten free bun. The bun fell apart as some gluten free buns do, but the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the jalapeños and cheese are a perfect accompaniment. They also have good tater tots, a perfect side to our sandwiches. The only disappointment of the meal was the house made blue cheese dressing my wife got with her side salad, it was on runny side and tasted a bit eh. I should mention that the service was excellent; friendly and attentive, which is what you hope for at every restaurant.

Went on a Saturday in late afternoon -not to crowded and tables are spaced well for a little bit of distancing. I value that since the pandemic is still going on. Great service. Food was good. Great beer. I got the corn dip and would have liked it a bit creamier but it was tasty. My husband got the Philadelphia steak and was warned it comes on a 700 degree stone slab and is cooked at the table. He was surprised when he had to cook it himself but got through it (haha) and enjoyed his food! The menu is quite unique and I really like that in a restaurant!

Awesome place. Great drinks and food. Family friendly. They have great mac n cheese and you can get it without meat, which is great for vegetarians. A good selection of food for kids too. My daughter's love the french fries and tater tots.

My friends and my boyfriend and I like frequenting here when we go out. It’s clean, staff is friendly, locally owned and the food is always yummy and decently priced. Always go for the root beer!

The truck frie are super good. I enjoyed their breakfast Benedict the first time I came and it was really good. The beer selection is great. The second time I went service was a tad slow and the Cesar salad was drenched in dressing. Overall though taste and vibes are great

The food was okay. The time I was here they ran out of Cider so I don't get to taste it. I got their Loaded Root Beer instead and it was good. I also got their Flank Steak and I had to cook it over a hot plank of stone with salt which was a nice experience but I left the store smelling like smoke. The place is okay and the place tends to get loud when there's a game but they do have a big capacity so don't have to worry about waiting. You just have to wait for their staff to seat you.

Our go-to for burgers! The Fundamental is a solid standard burger, but I love the Jalapeño Popper burger too. I get the Beyond patty every time — I dunno what kind of wizardry theirs is but it’s super thick! Beyond Burgers that I buy from the store are never that thick... but it’s great. Crispy delicious fries, too! Service today was especially great; we were the first ones in for lunch and Stephen was very helpful, checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Stephen!

From hipsters, to nuns, to locals looking for good food and beverage, Diamond Knot is the place to go in Mountlake Terrace. Right next to D&D Meats and the Pie Shop, this brewery has something for you. Most of their menu items are listed with a recommended brew. I got the peanut butter bacon burger and it was insanely good. It paired nicely with their Brown Ale. Service was excellent and we enjoyed catching up in their patio dining.

If you want really good brew and food. Go. Here. The seating area is super easy on the eyes. Dive themed. I really enjoyed the Philly dip and Industrial Ho!Ho!

Any time I’m in Mountlake Terrace, I seem to find myself here. The staff exude a positive energy and keep me coming back for more. Last night, I had the Hot Rock steak. It was not only delicious, but fun too! The beer is always fresh, and the atmosphere just plain inviting.

Love DKB. Been here several times and always enjoyed it. Great food. We had a shrimp Caesar salad and the turkey pesto sandwich. Both were great. Sat in the shady patio. Friendly service.

This is our go-to neighborhood pub. The beer is always on point. Food is good and the fries have become heavenly lately (try the taco truck fries, you won't regret it). Service is great and when the kids come with, they always are happy and full.

Went into have lunch at 12:30 on a Wednesday. Hardly anyone in there. Three staff were standing around laughing and joking. Me and two other guys sat at the bar wanting to order lunch and a beer. Completely ignored. After 15 minutes I got up and left. The two other guys might still be there waiting. I guess they didn’t want to dirty a plate or a glass.

3.5 super friendly service. Fast service! Beers were average. Tried a few of their ipas. Fish tacos with the watermelon salsa was delicious. Typical house salad. Prices were average to high. Overall great place to explore, would stop by again if I'm in the neighborhood, but would not go out of my way. On a side note, the meat market located next door is worth checking out as well.

We tried to reach out to DKB without writing a review but we never heard back which doesn't really surprise me due to the lack of service we got when we went to dinner with our group. Between the rude server, out of touch service, and slow service, I was shocked the food was decent. Potatoes with stone steaks were cold, and you could tell had been sitting there waiting for the steak and other food but we could look beyond that IF THE SERVER WASN'T a JACKASS! Dude was lucky to get a dime for a tip. Don't ever tell your customer that your job didn't split tabs and you wish DKB would do the same because I about walked out and left you with our tabs.
