Had a fantastic experience having our passport pictures taken here. The process was very easy and fast. Patrick was very helpful in suggesting a few changes to make sure our pictures wouldn't get rejected. The store was very clean and organized and there was lots of parking outside. Highly recommended for your passport pictures.

I don't know what's up with FedEx lately but when this location had our package the last two times our order went to them, they didn't let us know until they had sent it back already (seven days after they had received it). When we talked to them about it, they weren't really helpful. However, I have gone in when someone working there was pretty on the ball, so perhaps the quality of your experience just depends on who is working when you go there.

Wow. Awesome customer service. I had a unique art project. It was a bit complicated. Huge help from Eric and Patrick who put a priority on my project and got it done very quickly. Awesome customer service. They both were super helpful and polite. It was rather busy in the store at the time but they got it done. Project came out perfect. Kudos!

I am continuously impressed with the customer service and attention to detail at this branch. Austen and Eric were so nice to deal with. I ordered poster prints for my daughter's teen room and Eric trimmed the edges to perfection. Austen packaged them up with such great care to make sure they wouldn't get damaged on the way home. Have always had a great experience here, whether it be for passport photos or print jobs. Austen in particular is fantastic. He went above and beyond to help me out of a jam with a rush print job for PTA. He was the only one there but took care of each customer that came in quickly and efficiently, and was super friendly and helpful to everyone. I was having a stressful morning but he was so great and his kindness made my day. Thank you!

Had a great experience at this store recently as I popped in to drop-off a package for fedex. The gentleman on staff, (Tall, name begins with R)....sorry, cant recall it accurately and dont have my receipt on hand where he signed it.... was incredibly friendly, helpful and resourceful. I had forgotten to close my box, so he did it for me. ;) I give this location a 5, as theyve always been helpful to me and I often hear them supporting people in their "self-serve" journey with work/family projects. Many times the customer is frantic about their project while the Kinkos employee remains calm, focused on a solution and....has stayed after normal (preset) business hours to assist!

Eric was very helpful - he offered to tape the box up free of charge and gave me a detailed receipt showing the tracking number and FedEx number to call if i had questions. Eric went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service.

Absolute best FedEx!!! All of the staff are not only so helpful but they are all very kind and will go above and beyond for their clients. Eric is a saint! I have no knowledge in shipping and he always has a solution and will save the day. Thank you all for your help, highly recommended this location!

By far the best mail service in the area. The several times I have gone in, there's little to no wait and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I've been able to get passport photos, mail items, and do a Happy Returns dropoff. Appreciate that it's open late also. Keep up the great work, y'all!

My family and I had a very positive experience at this FedEx Office location recently. We so appreciated Serena's skill, professionalism, and her clear and timely communication regarding our printing order. She went the extra mile to ensure that our printouts were crisp, vibrant, and professional looking. It was a pleasure working with her and we would use her services again without hesitation.

Expect long wait times even with small queues. People entering and going randomly to different counters and getting their packages dropped. Waiting for no reason. Will not visit this particular fedex center again.

I come here often to ship large packages across the globe. They are always helpful, knowledgeable, and readily available. Thanks for making things easy as pie!

I arrived few minutes before closing thinking that i got everything ready and it will be quick drop off. Unfortunately I picked the wrong box and needed to do the shipping process again. I offered to come back tomorrow since it was after closing hour but Eric and Razak insisted that they want to save me the trip and they will help me get it done today :). They made sure I’m getting the best rate for my shipment and provided an exceptional customer service. I was so happy to have all my shipping needs taking care of in one visit. The team here went above and beyond during one of my family’s toughest time. My dad suddenly passed away and we had an extremely short turn around time for his celebration of life. FedEx’s team was understanding and SO helpful. With an extremely quick order placement and pick up, they helped every step of the way and truly made this tough time a little better. I cannot thank the team enough. Truly, thank you.

Terrible experience getting passport photographs clicked for passport renewal. They first clicked photographs that were rejected by the embassy and then they charged again for the new set of photographs. Caused more than a week of delay on an expedited application and extra $75. People there were extremely unprofessional, never apologized for their own incompetence. The agent I dealt with primarily was Razak.

Top class customer service..... This FedEx outlet definitely knows how to make customers happy... Super good experience . Thank you Eric and Razzak.. you are rockstars

BEWARE: We mailed 10 boxes for a member of our staff who lost their father. The person who works at this Bothell location was told clearly to mail the boxes "ground or the cheapest way possible". There was no hurry to get the boxes to the location and this was made clear. Instead of ground this person upcharged us and did Express Saver route. This was three times as expensive ($650 total). After the fact when asked to adjust the bill they told us to take it to the 1800 number. We spent an hour on the phone with a superviser and FedEx basically told us to kick rocks and no adjustment would be given. Despite the fact that this was done as a good will gesture for a man who passed away. Wow... I don't write reviews but I couldn't help myself on this one. Super disappointed in the service. "So sorry" wasn't good enough.

Thank you for helping me send a package that had an odd-shipping label, and offering to print a new one out via email to save me $13. Great service and convenient early AM office hours. Large facility easy to find off the freeway. Good customer service.

I have been going to this location for a over a year. When CoVid first happened I was forced to sell a lot of my personal belongings to make ends. William, Josh and 2 other regular staff members have helped me regularly during this time. On occasion I have had to go to another location which I have left multiple times unhappy. This location and it's staff are the best. They always treat me with respect, they are efficient, knowledgeable and I am not sure how I would have handled the pandemic without them. I highlight William because William has probably helped me about 65% of the time. I still love this location. This is my spot!
