Man, Red Robin has gone downhill! My family went to eat here for lunch. There was one person seating and doing other work so they’d come grab a family and didn’t return for the next group for several minutes. Once we were finally seated we saw that the silverware they provided included two out of four forks with dried lettuce on it. Eww! There were only a couple of waiters and you could tell that they were flustered. Our waitress was very nice but we had to ask 5 times for our “bottomless” fries before they came out. They kept asking if we needed anything and we kept having to remind them about the fries. When they did come out, they were in a small basket and it was a small handful. Not what it used to be by any means. The actual food tasted great, no issues there. While we were visiting we noticed just how dirty everything was. The clear pane they have between booths were smudge marked all over the place (remember this is during lunch before they’ve even had the dinner rush come through). The blinds had grimy finger prints and food smeared all over them- right at child level. It was enough that I decided I didn’t want to eat there ever again. Sharing so that people will be aware before they go in or maybe management will see this and do a thorough cleaning.

We had almost an hour wait to be seated. The restaurant wasn't full, as a matter of fact there were many empty tables my guess is that they were short staffed. As a former manager, I would say this place could use better management. If I was short staffed I would be on the floor doing everything I could to give my guests the best experience they possibly could have and not throw the burden on the overwhelmed staff. My work comes second to my customers, but I didn't see one management member helping make my experience better here. There was only about 7 onion rings in an order of onion rings, which was disappointing for the price. The meal came slowly but was good once it arrived. The restaurant was clean and so was its parking lot. This wasn't a horrible visit but had a lot of room for improvement. I'm not to the point where I wouldn't recommend this place but don't feel that I can recommend it with the way it's currently run... things would have been better to see a manager scurrying around trying to make things better...

Sad. Server never came back to see if I wanted more broccoli, my wrap burger was made with so little lettuce there was not much to hold the burger. After i finished eating, i waited 30min then had to go look for someone to pay n leave. And that was my birthday reward. Was going to order a small pizza to go but order was never processed and then it was too late. Will go to other locations.

Went with the family, 5 of us for an early dinner. Waited 30+ minutes place was empty. Probably short staffed which is fine and we didn't mind. The men's restroom was out of paper towels and the garbages were overflowing, floor was sticky. They have two main dining areas the center area was disgusting, old food on the floor looks like it hadn't been cleaned since the last dinner service the day before. Finally seated us near the restrooms and we decided to leave. If the front of house is dirty the rest is the same. Won't go back, we don't frequent this type of establishment but we have a 18month old and one on the way so it would have been nice to have a local kid friendly place. Could have just been a really bad day or maybe we walked in during a perfect storm, but I doubt it probably the norm. There was staff sitting or standing that could have been improving the atmosphere by just trying to clean some.

What happened to this place? It used to be awesome and it has gone WAY downhill to the point that we wont be going back to the Gresham location anytime soon. Not worth the 3 hr wait. Food was mediocre and our poor waitress was swamped and putting out various fires at other tables. We had to wait for over 30 min to get a table when the place was half empty. Waited for another 20 to 30 min before anyone came to our table to even take drink orders. It took a very long time to get our drinks and food. Had to chase someone down to get drink refills. Just seems to be severely under staffed. Hats off to our waitress though as she was trying her best.

Definitely won't be back ever again The few times we've been in the past year, things were incredibly mediocre, but this last visit was terrible. I imagine they were short staffed, but you can still maintain decent customer service even so. When we (4 people ) were sat at our table, it was very wobbly, so much so that our drinks would have easily spilled. When the waitress noticed my apprehensive face, she rudely said "Don't ask to move, we're slammed". I told her our table was too wobbly, asked if we could sit in the booth a table over. She said no, but we could sit in the table adjacent to the wobbly one. We moved - it too was wobbly, and not clean. A few minutes later, she sat a people at the exact booth I had just asked for and was denied. It's a good thing we ordered appetizers right at the start, because we waited AN HOUR for our food, which was just 4 burgers. My side was wrong, I had requested an up charged side. And, our food was luke warm at best. By the time she brought out my correct side item, everyone was done eating and we were ready to leave. I had told her while still waiting for my side to not worry about it, but just take it off the check. She said she'd still bring it, but take it off the check. We didn't receive a refill that we had asked for on the drinks we paid for. We waited for quite a while for the up-charged side to be taken off the check before we could actually pay and leave. They took it off the wrong check, and then wouldn't fix it. The absolute best part of all of this, is the outright theft afterwards. I was beyond frustrated at that point with the entire experience - rude staff, barely warm mediocre food, not correcting charges, etc. so I chose not to tip. Someone, I imagine our server, decided to tip themselves on my card anyway. Interesting choices were made that evening. I'll be contacting the store/management immediately.

I love red robin but the one in Gresham sucks. I been told so many times at night like 2 hours before closing that there aren't seating people anymore. Just to go food available. It really sucks that I make plans with friends and then we have to make different plan. They just don't care about customers

Decided to come here for a late dinner on a Saturday night. We walked in and was waiting for someone to help us. It didn’t seem very busy at all. Saw a lot of staff just looking at us and then continue doing their work but not one person decided to assist us or ask another staff member to assist us. We were standing in front of the reception desk waiting for assistance but nothing. So after about 15 we decided to just leave because apparently nobody wanted to greet us or anything. No service at all! It would’ve been nice to at least have one staff let us know someone will help us soon but felt like we were just being ignored. Definitely would not recommend coming here.

My family and I love red robins and we eat there often but this last time when we order our food and I got to the restaurant to pick it up, they have no history of our order. and the manager it was rude. When I explained to her that I was there to pick up my order she made me feel like I was lying, like I was there to try to get free food or something. I show her that time that I call I show her that location and she said that there was nothing she could do, because she didn’t know what my order was, but its crazy because she never asked me why my order was. She keep saying that there was nothing she can do.. she could have to retake my order. Since they lost my original order, but she no it just started helping other customers. 👎👎

I go here almost weekly. Most of the time they get my order correct, but on the times they don't it's miserable. Today they got it wrong, but they replaced it quickly so I'll give them a good job on that. However, when I got home and put the fries on a pan to refresh them they are really bad. Half are light brown and crispy (like they should be), the other half are dark brown, hard, and completely inedible. I don't mind if my fries sit for a under the warmer for a bit while they're preparing my order, what I do mind is when you cook my fries in oil that is so old and burnt that I can't even eat them. Please please please change your days and days old oil!!! I can practically smell the carcinogens! Hopefully next time will be better. -Really disappointed fry lover-

The food and service were predictably good. The dining area was predictably cold (what is it with restaurants running the HVAC too cold for comfort during cool weather??). I'm sad to say that, since this visit, I recently learned that the kitchen (at least at this location) is not properly maintained. My source informed me that it (including equipment) isn't kept clean, and that there is grease "everywhere," including the floor. My source said they thought it is a health and safety concern and that they would never eat there again, which leads me to think perhaps I shouldn't, either.

Service: Late on a Monday, rarely saw a server until they showed up with part of our order. Otherwise staff was pleasant and helpful when present. Atmosphere: I haven't cared for the remodel, personally, but more to the point is everything is pretty much the same. Food: As with all tragic tales, we come to the betrayal. Fries are fries. Whatever. The pizzas came out warm (not fresh) for those who ordered them. The burgers... something was off. The flavor, texture. It was about then I realized I hadn't been asked for the cook style (rare, med-rare, medium). I prefer mine medium rare. It was closer to well done. That's when we found out the truth: The burgers are no longer flame grilled. They're pan fried. Flat cooked. (At least, at this location. I'm unsure if this is brand wide). I stomached down half a burger and left the rest. The texture, the cook and the flavor were all bland, muted or non existent. I could have gotten a better burger at McDonald's. Needless to say - what a way to go out, Red Robin. I won't vote for this place in the future. Doesn't necessarily mean I won't be back in the future but a burger won't be choice.

This was packed. Had to wait until there was an opening to accommodate 4 adults and a baby. Wait time was about thirty minutes. Food was ok. Place was clean but eating area felt dark, I think they did that on purpose but not sure why. Staff was clean, prompt and attentive. Rated 4 stars due to long wait time and the low lighting.

Burgers are great, as are the bottomless fries if they bother to serve it to you. I do not recommend getting broccoli because they screw you on portions. Came here with my family. We were never given refills and only received 2 baskets of 'bottomless' fries between 3 people-- 2 total. My wife had the side order of broccoli which is an additional 1.99 but her plate literally came with 4 small pieces. When we asked for another portion, it took 15 minutes for it to come out. We asked for additional fries and never received them. Our waiter never bothered to check on us and it annoyed me to see him checking on the other tables. He would walk past our table. I don't know what his problem is but the service is horrendous and I won't be back. I paid for the meal early and tipped nearly 30%, hoping it would mean I could get some service but it didn't mean anything. I contemplated asking for it back. Don't bother with this location. The food is good but service is really really bad...

Specifically, the Red Robin at 789 NW Division was the worst restaurant I've been to in Many years. Horrid service, very slow, we kept asking for more fries for a table of 7 people, and they would bring 1 serving. The staff was more interested in talking to each other then working, i counted a group of 5 of them standing and talking at one point. There was next to no one else eating there, only about 5 other tables of people, and it was over an hour before closing, plus the pizza that we wanted to order wasn't available.

We stopped after a memorial service @ 8:45pm, there was 3 of us. We requested a booth (there was only one other being used), and he showed us too a table, we them asked about a booth. He then asked which table do you want. He then dropped the menu's on the table and left. When he came back, informed us "were out of lettuce, onions, pizza, chicken and shrimp. ... " My reply, sounds like you don't have much of anything. Well you can leave if it suits you. We should have left, but we had a long drive, so we ordered a couple burgers and fries. We paid, and plan on never going back. And the handicap parking stinks, long way to the door, with stairs or a ramp, which both were unlit and dark.

One of the best experiences we've had. Our waiter/bar back was super attentive to us and the 5 other tables he had. We came right before a rush this evening (Friday) and we got everything in such a timely manner! Everyone was really nice, and it seemed like all the other diners were happy as well. The atmosphere in the bar area was nice. The only critique we would have is with the fondue you can get as a side, it would be better to have it in a little ceramic dish instead of a plastic cup. It warped the cup and possibly affected the taste because it was just a little weird. But other than that we were super happy tonight.

We usually like this place but I’m not sure what’s up with denying service over an hour and 20 minutes before closing? “We aren’t seating anymore tonight” when there’s tables open in the restaurant and bar and seems to be plenty of workers chatting it up while their mixing up to go orders for plated orders.

Had some issues in the past with this location but today my daughter and I ordered curbside pick up and I got there 10 minutes early. Called the number listed in the spot and they had literally just finished my food. They provided all the extra little things I asked for and honestly, the food was good, far better than times before. I think in the past they were struggling with staff shortages (as everyone else did as well) but today was awesome!

Good location at Gresham Station. Service was great and food came out hot and fresh. Be sure to join their Red Robin Royalty Rewards program... you can get: 1. A free burger and fries after your ninth entree purchase, plus they have great specials like, 2. Buy one get one free purchases. 3. You'll even score a free burger and fries on your birthday month.

I ordered online for pick up. I got a guacamole bacon burger, which is my favorite. I also got my husband a regular bacon burger. The burgar was delicious, and the fries were great, I always order extra poppy seed honey mustard because it is the best. I also like that campfire sauce. The only thing I was disappointed about was the number of fries I got. It wasn't even filled up halfway!

You'll note from all my other reviews, I'm very honest. And most of my reviews are very positive. This particular Red Robin must be cursed, It's been through so much staff and management and still never gets it right. I blame corporate, they need to bring in trainers to stick around until it is perfect. Fully trained management that can fully train new people correctly. I took a long break since the last time, but my kids like to go here for the mac and cheese so I tried something new, a crispy chicken wrap... And it was great! Not worth $15, but it was great. My wife ordered one of their classic burgers, the Royal Red Robin asked for it medium and it came out charcoal. But the remake was perfect. We're just tired of asking them to remake the burger every single time we come in. Then they say can we get some table fries for you? And we reply yes please! So they bring out 9 fries in a single basket for the middle of the table. They had new people training new people. Now that new person that just got the dumbed down version of training is going to train somebody new, making them nearly worthless in the eyes of corporate and customer experience. We have not experienced this tragedy at other locations... Just this one for the last 16 years. Servers are always very polite and apologetic for the constant F ups of the kitchen. Maybe it's just the kitchen? Save yourself the heartache, and get a burger from Spinellas , or Carl's Jr, my two favorite local places to grab a burger.

If you'd like a raw burger and to be ignored for 20 minutes will the rest of your family eats it's great place to go. then when you ask for a manager the person's rude to you and cuss at you that's a problem. The management and employees should be ashamed of theirselves and I'm going to contact district management.

The staff was nice, that's only good I can say. Ordered 3 apps. Fried pickled, mozzarella sticks and pretzel bites. The fried pickles were so soggy they were not edible . The breading was horrific and the pickle itself was super soggy. The pretzel bites smelled and tasted like fish. The mozerella sticks were hard. I was going to bring up concerns to staff but they never came back around. I paid and left. Not planning on ever coming back to this location again.

It was just fine. Very casual dining... we sat in the bar because regular side of restaurant was super loud with children. The waitstaff was great! Thank you.

I went in and was seated quickly. I got to order quickly too! When I got my burger I took a bite and only tasted charcoal. I took off the bun and was looking at it. A kitchen employee must have seen me and came over to ask if everything was ok. I explained and he took it back to get me a new one. I had asked for some pink in the burger so should not have been that well done. He quickly brought out a new before the server even knew what happened. I understand things happen but it was taken care of before I could even complain. I consider that great service from that young man I wish I had got his name! The new burger was great!

I'm going to go straight to the point. It took our main meals about 10-20 minutes. We had already finished are appetizer. When are food arrived my friends meal was fine but my boyfriend's was not. He ordered The Southern Charm. His patty was black on one side. He said that he could taste that it was burnt through the BBQ sauce. Mine was also a little burnt but was still eatable. He asked for it to be remade. You would think the remake would be better right? Well not with his. It was worse the second time. The burger was drenched in sauce. My boyfriend was able to rip the patty easily without trouble with his fingers. This told us that it was undercooked. He decided to look into the patty further and sure enough it was RAW. I was able to get a refund for his meal. As my boyfriend put it the cow was still moving. Serving raw food is unacceptable. Could have made someone sick. I've lost my interest here after this experience.

I enjoyed the lighthearted atmosphere where all of the staff were amicable and eager to give exceptional service. Menu choices were many, orders (6)was prompt and cooked efficiently. I enjoyed the experience. I ignored the prompt from phone that I was leaving iPad behind. I was having that great a time. Once I realized I did, I called and staff had already placed it in a safe place ready for pick up. I’m still tickled by their tee shirt, “bottomless”. 😋

Ok so I know how important online reviews are and I love giving restaurants and stores good reviews when they deserve it. Red Robing tonight you really don’t deserve it. I went there for a late lunch with my daughter, my two grandkids that are under the age of 2 and their other 2 grandmas. We waited for over 20 minutes for cold mozzarella sticks. And then we asked for extra fries and that took another 15 minutes. Mind you we still haven’t gotten our dinner yet. One of our grandmas is in an oxygen tank, and she was starting to run low. So I asked the waitress if she knew how much longer it was going to take as I explained the situation she immediately asked if I wanted her to bring our dishes to go, I told her no not really we would like to sit here and eat. She said she would check with the kitchen and see how long it would take. Almost immediately after she left our table our food showed up…cold and soggy. My daughter ordered a wrap and our food was obviously sitting there for awhile because the sauce in her crispy wrap was running all over her plate making it totally soggy. I called the waitress back over and told her that my daughter can’t eat that. She took it back and the rest of us ate our luke warm meal and finished it and still waited another 20 minutes before I had to ask for her meal to be boxed to go. They did comp her wrap but the whole entire meal was incredibly disappointing. And this comes from a who loves Red Robin.

If I can get in and get seated it is decent but they don't seat people when there is no one there. They focus more on their online kitchen then the people in the restaurant suffer. I don't know if it is mr beast or the pizza they are pushing out, but it has been hard to eat there the last few years.

This place is a joke. Tried to go to support a fundraiser. Left standing at the door for 20 min while staff was standing around and looks up noticing us several times. Plenty of tables. Once they sat us, no one offered us drinks or came and said anything at all. It wasn't just us that was being ignored, several tables were. After 30 min, we left. Almost an hour of time wasted on this place with 2 kiddos. Worst part about it, they were staffed and no reason for it.

I’m in a wheelchair. We came for lunch at 11:10. Only one other couple was in the entire restaurant. I couldn’t get my wheelchair up to the low tables so we moved to an elevated booth where I could transfer onto the seat. After a couple minutes, the female manager comes over and tells us we needed to move back to the original table. Her reasoning was that my chair was going to impede the servers. It was also company policy. Again, no one but 2 in the restaurant. I told her we need to be at this booth. After some discussion she said they were not going to serve us and that we needed to leave. We even stated we would have the chair moved. By this time she was done with us and threatened to call the police. We left with her final words going out. “Have a nice day”. Totally not cool. I’m 72 years old and have never been thrown out of restaurant. I hope a district manager reads this and tells this manager that you do not treat disabled elderly like this. I’m going to complain to the city for ADA discrimination.
