The Captain was very friendly and made sure we were safe and had fun. He was very knowledgeable about the area. My favorite was when he boated to the Narrows Bridge then let us drift under and told the story of 3 bridges. He made sure to stop and let us get pictures of wildlife like seals, porpoises, birds and bald eagles. Loved it highly recommended.

Captain Tom from Destiny Harbor Tours was there for me and my family when we needed his services the most. In April 2023, we were looking for a beautiful area to spread my mother's ashes, but that it wasn't too expensive, and was also on super short-notice. Tom was extremely helpful, kind, and willing to work with us on such a short-notice. He made the most painful experience of my life a little easier. Thank you Tom for your service, kindness, and flexibility to work with our needs in such a time. I highly recommend Destiny Harbor Tours in Gig Harbor.

I totally enjoyed the Destiny Harbor Tour with Captain Ethan. He is very knowledgeable about the area including birds, vegetation, and history of Tacoma - Narrows bridge. It was wonderful to be out on the water with the wind blowing through my hair; exhilarating! I would have enjoyed history a lot more in school had he been the instructor! He is a very thoughtful and kind individual as evidenced by picking my two friends and I up at a dock that was not the loading dock for this tour. He then went out of his way to bring us back to the dock nearest our car, otherwise it would have been a very long trek…

I had a lovely experience on my tour with Captain Tom and the staff! Without breaking the bank, I took the sunset cruise from 6-9pm where I saw several seals, porpoises, a bald eagle, and amazing views! Along with giving a great tour, Captain Tom made sure to get to know everyone on board. I even left my water bottle on the boat afterwards and Captain Tom personally came to the near-by restaurant I was at and delivered it back to me. I highly recommend Destiny Harbor Tours!

6 of us took the Gig Harbor tour. Captain Ethan was fantastic! We saw fish, eagles, harbor seals and heard history about the Narrows Bridge and surrounding area. We were able to go underneath the bridge, and experience the currents. We saw Salmon Beach and beautiful Mt Rainier as well as Point Defiance. The boat is very stable -- an enjoyable ride.

This was such a great time for me, my wife, and our four kiddos. The Captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We saw seals, herons, and an eagle! It was so cool seeing the Tacoma narrows bridges from underneath! Definitely would recommend it.

My wife had taken her mother and sister on this tour and they loved it. My mother-in-law is in her 80s and she did just fine. I had family from Oklahoma visit so we took them on the tour and this time I got to go! 10/10! We sailed out of Gig Harbor at 3pm on a gorgeous Fall day. We sailed out through the Narrows and passed under the bridge. Wow! There was great commentary from the captain. We want to go again. 🙂

Such a relaxing and beautiful boat tour! Well worth the price and 2 hours definitely was enough time to soak up all the sights. We went on a Saturday and it was a warm 87: the breeze in the direction coming back felt cool and just perfect. Only complaint is that they overbooked the boat I felt: pictures on this page makes it seem like there are 8-10 people, in actuality there were around 30, there were too many people/overcrowded. Otherwise good experience

We went on a Gig Harbor/Narrows Bridge tour this past weekend with a group of friends. We have lived in the area for 10 years and have been on the water in this area a number of times. We found this harbor cruise to be very enjoyable and informative. We learned things we had not heard before, listen to interesting stories about the area, the history and wildlife. I cannot recommend this to tour highly enough, even if you have lived around here for many years.

Capt. Ethan and crew were awesome. Bald eagle eating a snack, sea lions up close, seals snacking in tidal currents, it was a beautiful and educational day on a boat. Highly recommend!
