This cafe is located in a scenic location, with inside and outdoor seats available. Perfect for a sunny day coffee drive if you are from Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond area. I would recommend trying out their specials Black and White mocha and the Hawaiian Silk.

Pros: good coffee, and nice view Con: their menu does NOT have prices...It says on the bottom of the drive thru menu in very small letters that prices and food menu available on their website, which is not true. You open said website and there are no prices. Also, who has time to do all that at the drive thru?

Absolutely love Huxdotter Coffee, my favorite place to grab a delicious brew in North Bend! My family also loves this coffee stand, the espresso at Huxdotter is always on point. I'm a big fan of caramel latte's and they nail it every time, my Grandpa and I also enjoy the Mexi Mocha's. The baristas are so polite and personable, with fast service. If you're looking for a refreshing drink or nice warm beverage in the area, this is your place.☕

Their caramel silk is good. A bit too sweet but I love sweet! Cozy place to hang out too

Wow!! What an absolutely beautiful place this is. Brilliant ambience. Excellent coffee, can’t say enough how wonderful the coffee is. A hidden gem nestled in a mountain town. Service is excellent. Staff is always smiling & extremely cordial. Kudos!!

A little noisy but still a comfortable place for breakfast and coffee while pounding away at your laptop for an hour or two. It got rather busy with the laptop crowd so clearly, that's the vibe. I did order what I thought was a cheese danish and it ended up being a cinnamon roll. I should have asked as I had to go back for a stir stick just to scrape off most of the sugar icing.

As someone who drives across WA monthly or more, it is totally worth the extra few minutes off the North Bend I90 exit to get good coffee here for your drive.

Honestly, Hux is always good. I have never had a bad experience! The staff is always so friendly and kind and my order has never been messed up. I am a Hux Energy drinker and I drive 20 minutes to Northbend from Issaquah just for it— it’s incomparable. My go-to is Peach Ring or Pink Cactus with an Iron Horse breakfast sandwich. Ugh, just incredible. Chefs kiss.

One of the best coffee places with beautiful scenic views around. The coffee is excellent taste and a friendly staff. The ambiance is perfect for working too. Definitely coming back for more

Coffee was super mediocre and lacked body (super bitter maybe the cold brew uses a dark roast). I got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and the sweet cream wasn’t sweet at all. I needed to manually add the sweeter. My other complaint is that there was too much ice. I paid almost $6 for a 12 oz and got 70% ice. I don’t think I would come back for the same drink, but the atmosphere was nice and renovated.

This was a lovely stop on my way to Snoqualmie Pass!! The baristas were bright and bubbly, just like the delicious caffeinated beverage pictured!! It had pomegranate, lavender, and lemonade...and possibly other yummy stuff in it!! 😅 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend this place! The building and atmosphere suits the occasion. There’s a beautiful view of Mount Si. Coffee was really good and service was professional. It definitely seems like people come back regularly. I imagine the coffee shop being the place to be at during the snowfall!

Great place to stop for a hot beverage on the way to Snoqualmie pass in a cold morning. The drive through is often pretty busy, and if it is, I normally find a seat inside and take a few min break. It's very cozy and the staff is always very nice. They make decent late and have a good variety of pastries, though with how popular they are, they normally run out of most of the pastries by the afternoon on weekends.

Gluten-free pastries, outdoor seating, great view. Four Pokéstops and a gym can be reached from outdoor seating.

Amazing place for a break on your way to Franklin Falls. Do try twin peaks coffee and breakfast options. It’s not too big but cozy and service is amazing! Must visit.

Despite how busy it was, got through the line (inside) quick. Worth noting that even though drive through line went out into the street, that looked to go quickly too - employee was outside helping take orders. Drinks and food came quickly. Cold brews are tasty! Table availability seems to cycle quickly. Busy but efficient here!!!

Yummy matcha latte with lavender syrup or rose, whatever you fancy. My new favorite coffee shop in north bend! Some vegan cookie options. Very friendly service. Nice views of the mountains. Parking lot and drive thru.

They have a great coconut cold brew and in the winter even made me a custom hot latte with the coconut. The location also has a great atmosphere, great for after a Mt. Si hike. Kept my topographical print coffee cup for an art project.

I hadn't been since it was just a drive up shack. The new building is very lovely. It's also very busy. The lines seem to go pretty fast, though.

Sit on the porch and take in the view while sipping on liquid gold coffee and indulging in a buttery warm ham and cheddar croissant!

Amazing coffee. A lot of places nowadays only focus on the flavored coffees, but their espresso and lattes are amazing. Easily my favorite. The food is also quite good but is definitely not as competitive. They could give customers more protein (they seem to only put a thin slice of turkey on the havarti, for example). Still quite good though.

I have never had a bad experience at Huxdotters. The staff are so friendly and patient, I always leave in a good mood (BEFORE I start drinking my coffee)! The drive thru is always quick and easy to access, but everyone should check out the inside of the store. The atmosphere is so comfy and highlights the best parts of the Snoqualmie Valley. Definitely a must-visit for tourists and neighbors alike!

Best smoothies in the Pacific Northwest! We stopped here once by chance after a hike and now every time we’re in North Bend we come here. Got the strawberry banana smoothie, the chocolate espresso smoothie, and an iced Hawaiian Silk last time we came. All three drinks were amazing!

This is an amazing coffee shop! The people are super friendly and the coffee is amazing! I loved the different size selections and different drink options! Will definitely go back!

A very popular coffee shop in North Bend, so much so that the drive through was backed up into the street and around the corner. Parked outside the lot in a spot along the street which was not too far of a walk to the building. Inside and outside seating was mostly full, with nearly everyone inside working on a laptop. They had a selection of pastries that looked good, and I ordered a croissant-type sugar roll along with a irish cream cold brew coffee. The pasty was quite good, flaky and buttery, just the right amount of sugar without being too sweet. Coffee had great flavor, and once I mixed the irish cream / cold foam into it the overall drink was good.

On our way from Seattle to Snoqualmie Falls we missed the connecting bus at North Bend and the following bus was after 2 hours. We took a walk around the town and stopped at a coffee shop called Huxdotter. The place was so nice and cozy. The smell of coffe when we entered was inebriating. Staff was very welcoming and polite. We ordered a tea, a mocha and a blueberry scone. Now, I am no British so my comment might not be so reliable, (lol) but the scone was the best I have ever eaten. It was soft, tasty and perfectly baked. We are really glad we missed the bus otherwise we would have never found this place.
