The manager seems to really care. I am currently doing business with them because my dad lived there and hes now passed so I'm trying to take care of his estate. And even though I am unable to pay his monthly rent they're giving me the necessary time to remove my dads vehicle and rv. I really appreciate their caring attitude and understanding.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now. It's a great place to live, quite, friendly, and safe. We both work crazy hours. We didn't want an apartment, because we like our space, we like to grill out and have a small bit of grass area,we own our camper, the lot rent is amazing our access to public space is very convenient. Onsite laundry well kept, management is great. Mostly older people but a few younger couples. Most things within walking distance, like banks, market, shopping areas. Some older campers some newer ones as well. Some tiny homes too, good place to live. Thanks

Horrible management!! Was visiting my bf when the manager stopped by pounding on the door so hard it swung open. My bf was a week late on rent due to a bad accident he had gotten into. Already made arrangements to pay when he gave notice he was moving. He had a space rented as well for his boat. When he moved, the manager refused to give him his boat until his check cleared, he closed and locked a gate that lead to the storage parking area. My bf had given him a post dated check when he made payment arrangements. We had to call the cops, but they said although it was illegal for the manager to lock my bf out of the property and hold his properly as collateral, it was a civil matter and we would have to go to court. The check cleared on the date we agreed to (a week later), just as promised. So glad to be gone!!

I stayed here for almost a year (military) and it was amazing. Very safe, gated, quiet, and the property manager Tammy works her tail off on all matters on the site and it shows. Recommended, especially because it’s close to base too

A fence surrounds the property. You must have a code to open the gate. There are different grades of campers, trailers and Motorhomes. A few are pretty nice and some are small trailers with a blue tarps over the top and beat up cars parked in front of them. It seems to be a very quite trailer park. Its across the street from a large park were local teams have there football practices. I think there's a school near by and would assume 10th street is very busy about 8am with school buses and parents dropping children off.

I have a friend who use to live here and would stop by to have dinner once in a while. Its quiet with the exception of someone leaving their dog out in the cold as he/she were crying (obviously in stress). A house or trailer burnt down (probably the residents fault) and I heard of power supply blowing out someone's TV and their heating (that was due to the trailer park itself). Other than that, super affordable (kind of an older living area).

Paid $90 for my wife and I to get our background checks. Was guaranteed a spot once our checks were done. It took 5 days to do the background checks. During that time we called to get an update and the phone got picked up and hung up numerous times. Then finally they called and informed us that our background checks was great but.... they put someone in our spot under owners demands.

If you want to be scammed out of your money every chance they get- move here. If you like to keep your lease under your pillow to pull out every time they try to charge you and overcharge you for things not listed on your lease or allowed by law- move here. If you like to be told what you can and can’t have in your yard while others have garbage and broke down cars everywhere- move here. If you like mean neighbors who watch you and complain about everything you do- move here. They will scam your pants off if you aren’t smart enough to cover yourself. Would not recommend if you like keeping your money and keeping the peace. Management is okay, it’s the big guys in the office who will try to scam you.
