I got my engagement ring and wasn't happy with the setting. I brought it to Tyler and he completely revamped it and now i love it! He was able to take out the diamond and put it on a new band with an underneath halo that i absolutely love. I am so happy i was able to get my ring fixed. Most importantly, they were super patient with me as we figured out how to elegantly repurpose some family stones into 4 different, beautiful pieces. My husband and I ordered a custom engagement ring and a wedding band from T. Anthony for our 15th wedding anniversary. We are located in Ohio so we had to do everything over the phone or via email. Andrea was fantastic to work with! We did a FaceTime call in which she had pulled a number of stones for us to look at, different bands/settings to view, etc. she pulled stones a bit smaller, the size we asked for and a bit bigger so that we could see what they all would look like on a hand. I never felt like she was trying to sell me on anything! She was just so helpful guiding us through the process. After deciding on a stone and setting we received multiple 3D renderings an a 360 degree view of the stone. We also had the ability to get the rings appraised by a 3rd party as part of the process which I found to be very convenient! I was nervous about purchasing a ring without seeing it in person or on my hand, but the process could not have been easier! And most importantly, I am obsessed with my new engagement ring and band. They are absolutely stunning!!! Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Tyler was second to none. After making the rounds through the retail jewelry world (everything from Tiffany to family-owned shops) we were even more confused about what we wanted. And as someone who really hates being "sold to", working with a guy who is so confident that his product speaks for itself is refreshing. We came to Tyler and literally said "we need help...we aren't even sure what we like!" Unlike a store that has a display of inventory they want to sell, Tyler has the freedom to start from scratch. He spent nearly 2 hours asking questions and methodically showing us a variety of some display items, other client's custom pieces, computer renderings and hand sketches. He also was willing to patiently appeal to my need to really "nerd-out" on the details and explain in as much detail as I needed to really feel good about my purchase. I would suggest anybody seriously considering a real jewelry purchase that you work with Tyler. I used to think custom jewelry was a privilege reserved for super rich...in the end, I walked away with a timeless solitaire made specifically for us, with a better quality diamond and customized setting that was right on budget. Tyler is THE MAN! i was looking for a rather unique engagement ring that was from a jeweler in Isreal, but there's no way i was spending that kind of dough without seeing the product. i knew how much they were charging and the specs of the diamond so i sent out emails to several area jewelers just wanting to know if they could make this ring and what would be a rough estimated cost. he was the quickest to respond and actually read my email, not just a copy paste standard response. Tyler said it would be no problem to put it together and his quote was actually a few hundred dollars lower than the jeweler in Isreal. i made an appointment and the rest is history. we met with twice and he schooled me on the art and brought in 6 diamonds of varying qualities/sizes and it was a really fun experience. once we settled on the final touches and the stone, he created a scan that showed what the finished product would look like from every angle. all in all he knew my budget, stuck to his quote and didn't try to up sell which was really refreshing. i was in no rush to get the ring so from the first meet to getting the ring it took about 3 months, but Tyler assured me he could get it done in mere weeks if need be, and i don't doubt it at all. if you're looking for a top notch jeweler, do yourself the favor and at least talk to Tyler, i'm sure he'll win your business.

Unlike other jewelers we had visited in the area, T. Anthony creates all their rings from scratch. Tyler is basically a one-man business, with an off-site shop with other jewelers working for him. T. Anthony has some basic designs that you can then modify to suit your tastes, or he can modify to meet your needs. Tyler worked with us to create a custom Palladium ring for an existing diamond that we had. The ring turned out just as we had specified and we got a good appraisal for the final product. Tyler's pricing is very fair and definitely in line with what we were quoted for similar style rings from others that are made from catalog components (ie: this shank, with these prongs, etc). His custom cast ring is one piece and therefor stronger and more elegant. I would recommend working with Tyler without hesitation - it was a good experience. Free semi-annual inspection and cleaning for life is included, btw - no extra charge.

After going through the whole engagement ring shopping experience, I would highly recommend going through T. Anthony jewelers. Tyler and Marissa were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Tyler is Incredibly informative and provides an amazing, pressure free experience. As many people do, I was considering some of the online players which can be very attractive to the eye based on their prices and all that. The problem with the online jewelers is you don’t ever really know what you are getting until it arrives in the mail. Tyler won’t sell you a diamond that he wouldn’t buy himself. He hand picks your diamond to meet his high quality standards and that really sets him apart. After going through the process with Tyler, I honestly can’t imagine having gone through anyone else and will recommend him to anyone I come across making this purchase in the future.
