If I could give this owner negative stars I would! If you are ever needing to have flowers for a memorial service please do not go here, the lady who I believe owns this place should not be dealing with families that are grieving. Please search other places because she makes you feel horrible and it’s totally unprofessional

ordered a 3 foot peace lilly, received a 6 inch spider plant UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Then owner blamed me for purchasing online, and I should have ordered directly from her.

Well, I went into crystals flowers first thing in the morning. I was hoping that someone could make me a Boutonnière. I also knew that they probably couldn’t because this was a very last minute thing because I am a busy mom of 3 with a full time job. The women maybe one of the owners was very rude to me. Over the years my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars getting flowers from them.After explaining to me that she couldn’t make my Boutonnière. I told her ok I’ll just make one my self. I told her I have made them before I just didn’t have the time to pick up the item I needed to make one and I didn’t want to make it. She told me she didn’t want to make mine either. Ummmm what? That makes me think she just didn’t want to make a Boutonnière for me. She also said it would take her an hour to make a Boutonnière. That strange because it should only take about 15 minutes. Maybe she needs to pick a different profession . I made a professional Boutonnière in 15 minutes. My husband and I will never be back. We will take our business somewhere else.

I have lived in Spanaway 15 years and didn't know this little gem was right on Pacific Avenue. The store is beautiful right from the street view, the upside down tree being a big eye catcher. The front the store has lots of cutesy items that would go great with your home decore.... or to add to a boque of flowers your having delived to your special someone. 💜 The flowers already pre arranges are gorgeous and you can order in advance as well to set up for a future delivery :)

The bouchet was perfect! They didn't have all the flowers in stock from the arrangement shown on the website but the flowers they used as replacements were fantastic. They delivered shortly after I made the order and my friend was super happy with the beautiful flowers. Thank you!

Every one was out of helium in puyallup, so we came straight here and they gave us a great deal to blow up 3 balloons for my daughter 13 bday plus we got to make her this arrangement of flowers and she did such amazing job, the bouquete its so perfect and pretty, she really listens to what you want she really focused on my daughter’s month color to make this flowers stand out and pop!!! Very friendly ladies too!!!

My experience with Crystals Flowers was was so professional, friendly, and easy from start to finish!! The nicest gentleman I spoke with was so efficient, fluent and easy going. I’m so happy with the arrangement I ordered!! I wish I was able to post a photo. Would highly recommend this wonderful locally owned florist! Will be using them exclusively in the future! This was by far my favorite aspect of my wedding. I called this company 9 days before my elopement and they made day and they matched any price point and absolutely over delivered on my bouquet and my fiances boutonniere! They were so friendly! The mother and daughter duo I spoke with made me feel so special and I honestly wish I hadoee money to spend with them! I can't wait to come back :)

I order for my mother every year from Crystal’s. They have never disappointed us.

Crystals flowers was so friendly and professional helping me make arrangements for my sister funeral. I would use them again.

This shop might make quality work so I can't say anything negative about their arrangements but I'll never know because I ordered something from them on a Friday - asked them to charge my credit card right then or at least by the end of the day. Got a call the next day late in the afternoon where I'm at saying the card didn't go through - I asked about when they charged, they said just now and I explained that it was really important that they charge it yesterday and that's what I requested a few times. I could not put funds in it until Monday because Saturday was Veterans Day. She didn't care, didn't deliver the order to this funeral. I'm not saying not to use this florist but if you do, I'd ask to speak to the owner if placing an order via the phone and make sure they repeat everything to you because they clearly do not communicate internally to each other very well and don't care what the results are.

Recently expanded store now includes clothing, jewelry, and light refreshments while you shop!
