For
the
most
part
everything
is
pretty
satisfactory
however,
reason
I
give
a
two
stars,
is
there
is
no
emergency
contact
number
or
way
to
contact
anyone
if
there
is
an
issue.
I
could
not
get
a
hold
of
anyone
due
to
some
gate
issues
where
I
had
put
in
my
code
and
the
gate
would
not
open
because
of
the
weather
and
it
was
freezing
outside.
Now
if
you
do
not
want
people
messing
with
your
gate
so
they
can
get
out,
then
I
suggest
you
either
close
the
storage
area
gate
or
have
an
emergency
contact
number
for
after
hours
and
emergency's
or
you
better
be
checking
your
messages
often
thru
out
the
day
and
have
someone
on
stand-by
for
maintenance
and
or
these
issues
because
both
these
times
all
happened
well
within
the
Storage
Company's
time
standard
and
it
even
wasn't
on
a
holiday
date,
in
fact
it
was
a
couple
days
after
the
holiday
so
there
is
no
excuse
as
to
why
no
one
was
there
to
answer
the
phone,
or
even
check
the
messages
afterwards
so
the
issue
could've
been
taken
care
of.
It's
one
thing
to
not
abide
to
the
rules
and
be
off
the
property
by
the
time
is
says,
its
quite
another
when
your
stuck
inside
because
the
gate
won't
open
due
to
the
weather
and
no
one
is
answering
the
phone
when
the
office
should
be
open
and
its
not
a
holiday!
Other
than
this
only
issue,
the
staff
is
great,
the
storage
is
sufficient,
decently
priced
and
in
good
condition.
So
please
figure
something
out
whether
an
emergency/after
hours
contact
number
or
checking
your
voice
messages
thru
out
the
day
so
no
one
else
has
this
issue/problem.
