They were above and beyond friendly,,my dad had a unit and he was having trouble, but I never worried about him. He paid cash, I never worried that they would take advantage when he went in alone. I read the othe review that they yelled at someone,, We rented for a year, never, NEVER, had anything but great experiences with them. I would recommend them to anyone/everyone.

Having unit for 3 months came back from vacation our storage unit was leaking half of our stuff was ruined we left multiple messages stating to call us back refuse. Monday morning when walk through the front gate she was yelling at me tell me to type my code in. Then we explain to her we are just coming in to deal with our broken unit and see if you get it fixed. she is rude and disrespectful, yelled at me where's my key and lock not concerned about the unit at all horrible customer service don't understand how these people are supposed to run a business. if you like your stuff to be ruined, messed up, and rained on. definitely choose this place horrible customer service would not recommend to my worst enemies

I have had my stuff in this spanaway mini for a few years now, the manager of the storage unit is a really nice lady and has neen wonderful to work with, she is very under standing of peoples problems. I will keep using this storage facility.

Easy access...clean grounds..nice folks running the place..we did have a roof leaked on my belongings...still nothing done for that issue.

The security is great but the hours that you have to be there suck 7am to 7pm. Who gets out of storage before 7pm? Sheesh

Our experience ar Express Storage in Spanaway has been absolutely amazing. From day one manager Tony gave us nothing but a 5 star service. We had multiple storage units with four Uhaul truck rentals. Tony basically did it all for us. We called, told him what we needed and withing 10 minutes had everything line up for us. I highly recommend this location if your looking for safe and super friendly storage in Spanaway.

Had a great experience yesterday. The manager is absolutely amazing. Walked me through multiple units he had available and gave me options. He explained everything to me and was very patient throughout all my questions. Would recommend this place for sure!!

Tony was very helpful and friendly, not a bad cook either. He made us feel that our items would be secure with onsite managers. he got us two units to store are classic car and household belongings.

For the most part everything is pretty satisfactory however, reason I give a two stars, is there is no emergency contact number or way to contact anyone if there is an issue. I could not get a hold of anyone due to some gate issues where I had put in my code and the gate would not open because of the weather and it was freezing outside. Now if you do not want people messing with your gate so they can get out, then I suggest you either close the storage area gate or have an emergency contact number for after hours and emergency's or you better be checking your messages often thru out the day and have someone on stand-by for maintenance and or these issues because both these times all happened well within the Storage Company's time standard and it even wasn't on a holiday date, in fact it was a couple days after the holiday so there is no excuse as to why no one was there to answer the phone, or even check the messages afterwards so the issue could've been taken care of. It's one thing to not abide to the rules and be off the property by the time is says, its quite another when your stuck inside because the gate won't open due to the weather and no one is answering the phone when the office should be open and its not a holiday! Other than this only issue, the staff is great, the storage is sufficient, decently priced and in good condition. So please figure something out whether an emergency/after hours contact number or checking your voice messages thru out the day so no one else has this issue/problem. Thank you, signed Everyone.

Online deals are SCAMS! There was a discounted rate for first month advertised online. We signed up online and got confirmation email. We went in and they didn't honor the price. It is just a trap to get you there. Snakey way to get business!

Very unorganized in office. My fiances mother lives on the other side of united states but has unit at this storage still from when she lived here over 7 years ago. She's been paying on unit all these years but decided it's time to have it canceled. So my fiance was going to get the family's belongings out. Besides the mother having stuff in unit, there's also stuff of my fiance, his brother, and his sister who also lives several states away. So mother had to notiorize for someone other than her to have access to it since no one else is on the contract but her. We thought everything was set and went to retrieve items but according to office staff my fiance was notarized as "friend" on account and friends don't gain unit access. What!? Why is there an option to "add friend to contract" if friends gain no extra access, ability, or benefits? What's the purpose of that? And of course they couldn't do anything over the phone so it was a wasted trip and renting of moving truck for nothing! Also he lost the key to unit and even though it's his own lock that he himself purchased, he's being charged $100 to have it cut!! How are you charging someone to cut their own lock? Makes no sense. If he had the key, then he's supposed to take lock with him not leave it there. So what does it matter if he removes the lock by key or by cutting it if he's suppose to take it anyways?

Nice Lady place well kept and the price is cheaper than most. I've been there over three years.never a problem until I locked my inhaler in the truck and the very nice fire department came to my rescue.

Great facilities and even better staff. Always correct any issues promptly, courteously and fairly. Would recommend them to everyone that needs temp- to long term storage. VERY Military friendly and just all around good people.

Second stint renting here, and will be my last. Management or at least who I dealt with today was extremely un accommodating. Always paid bill on time but the way we were treated you'd think I was 3 months delinquent. Service sure isn't what it used to be. If you make the choice to be rude dont expect your business to do well. Good luck if you choose this place.

Had a until there for 7 years 2014-2021 great place and the owners are awesome. Sad to go but finally have my own storage space to use. Highly recommended.
