    If there was a zero star I'd give that rating! They lead a person under the cloak of trust. Their rates are inflated and trust they will over charge you at every possible chance. I had a conversation with my now mechanic who works on base at JBLM . Firestone is on base but the soldiers do not go there! The building is on base, but the soldiers have been advised not to go too Firestone because they will create a financial hardship for them. Over charging on tires, services, and warranties! They have wonderful con artist who give you the business claiming they are a family and it's all about trust. Well trust me, if you use Firestone eventually you will find that they are very good at pumping you up about how high the cost is and why! I leave this message for those who think this place is recommendable! I repeat Firestone will break your bank and is not a recommendable business!

    Donavan and his team took excellent care of me and my vehicle. My family and I stay out of shops as much as we can because the lack of trust that floats around repair shops.. Donavan is the only reason I trust taking my car to Firestone. Donavan is an asset to Firestone and even through the company's lack of staffing, he still took care of us. Thank you!!

    I’ve trusted Firestone of Spanaway since I bought a house here 7 years ago. I’ve never been treated badly. They have never steered me wrong and have been honest about both what is needed to be done and what is recommended. And James, the manager, is one of the friendliest peso Poe who take my money.

    Spent 3000$ on new brakes and tires... 6 months later, catch a nail. They want to charge me to repair it! This place will nickel and dime you to death. Stear clear! Edit: I did email your customer service, they're zero help. Your company is trash, maybe stop nickel and diming every single charge while charging a massive premium for shoddy work...

    I love this Firestone family. Most days are short staffed but you wouldn't notice. They make customers aware of realistic wait times, are empathetic to customer concerns, and are inviting. Maintenance technicians are knowledgeable and led by a great management team in store who quickly relay updates from maintenance technician to customer and back. Never disappointed! I enjoyed being a regular customer here and of course, had my vehicle inspected before my long trip for my move. Thank you.

    Great manager and mechanic. Went for an oil change and to change out cabin air filters. Had some cleaner get into my fuel line, thought I broke down off 176th/Spanaway Loop. They were quick to look again to be sure it was nothing serious, and I proceeded to take my car on a 1500+ miles road trip with no complications.

    I'm not one to normally leave bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. I took my car in twice to get an oil change. My husband (an ASE Certified Technician) normally does it for me but we hadn't had the time, well he just changed my oil and it looks like the times I was suppose to get my oil changed they didn't even do it. Tonight I barely had 2 quarts of oil in my car, we are lucky my car didn't die due to Firestones neglect. I don't reccomend going here to get your oil changed. Apparently they won't do it and will take your money instead.

    Invoiced me $85 for all 4 mounted balanced and discard. Get there after the job and said its 120 due to my large tires. They said it would cost $85 after me telling them what vehicle i had. Manager saw i was annoyed and only charged me $100. It was nice but still upcharged me. Id understand if they invoiced me $85 before knowing what vehicle i had. But they said $85 all said and done after knowing i had a truck. Professional about it however so ill give them that. Maybe have them write the invoice in stone next time

    I have been to this Firestone several times now, and each time they exceed expectations. By far the most kind, polite, respectful, and overall amazing auto shop I have ever been to. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help, specifically Donovan and I believe the manager (I forgot his name). The mechanics always do a great job as well. This is definitely the place you want to go to for anything with your vehicle.

    These guys always take care of me . I’ve been going to them for about 2 years now. They never disappoint! Got mine and my brothers m3 & m4 that are lowered and are the only location that will touch towered cars .finished at at very good timely matter . Donavan and James will always be upfront with you on what they can and can’t do ! And let’s not forget about J.r in the back making all the magic work with his experience of 40+ years of doing it ! Thank you guys ! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car but you guys over there !

    Absolutely ridiculous. I was told to come in at 2 and said I didn't want to wait. I drove half an hour to be told that I had to wait 4 hours and when I got there they agreed like they had no idea what I was taking about. Waisted gas for absolutely nothing. I understand being busy but communication is key. I'm so irritated

    Nothing but respect for the crew here. They've worked on both my cars and done an excellent job keeping them running. Shout out to James for being an awesome guy. Very personable and he makes sure things get done the right way the first time.

    Firstly it was supposed to be a visual inspection for an oil leak. They took the tires off .....broke 4 lug nuts and then tried to charge me $750 to replace them. Just insane!!! Don't go to this place

    I made an appointment three days before. When I arrived I was expecting a "real" appointment and get out of there between an hour or hour and half (alignment work). But I waited for a bit more than two hours. Firestone: Organize better your appointments, so you guys don't "waste" our time, or people will start going with the competitors.

    They told me to bring my car in for an oil change and when I got there they told me they don’t have any room to do my car even though I called ahead of time and let them know when I’d be bringing my car and was told that was fine. Terrible customer service in person as well.

    They take good care of my tires. I got my tires done almost 2 years ago and I go back regularly for my lifetime alignments (purchased separately) I get free tire rotations because I bought my tires from them, as well as free tire repair which I was able to get a few months ago when I had a flat. This would generally cost $30 if you don't have their tires.

    Great customer service from Donovan. I came in needing a vehicle inspection and I knew I needed new breaks, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest with the recommendations for my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back.

    I took my car in for a A/C recharge, worked for about 5 days and then it stopped. So they recharged my car for a second time and my A/C worked for 2 days. I noticed overnight something leaked so I took it back and told them about the new leak and my A/C stopped working a second time. He checked all the fluids then told me he couldn't check my transmission fluid because I didn't have a dipstick. Waste of $250 plus dollars and still no help finding where the leak is coming from. Staff seem to be friendly but I don't think A/C is what they can help with...

    I made an appointment two weeks ago to buy new tires. My appt was at 1:00. I got there a little early and checked in. The man asked me if 2 hours was okay because they were busy and I told him no, I had an appt. My grandchildren met me up there and we went to have a quick lunch. We went back and my car was inside but still on the ground. We sat there for about 15 minutes and they finally lifted it in the air and a guy was taking off a tire so we ran to the bank and we came back and no one was working on my car. I went inside and complained that it had already been over an hour and the guy tells me it takes about an hour and a half. This is not true. I've waited for other shops to put 4 new tires on for less than an hour. I got my car back 2 hours after I checked in. Not very good time management.

    Excellent service. Even tho I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance I walked in and was warned with the snow and weather it would take a hour or two to get me serviced. 34 minutes later I was paying for my services and on my way. Fantastic work ethic and speed to get this done.

    I have used this Firestone location before and have never been disappointed. Prices are lower than competitor's. Excellent employee service. Donovan kept me informed with my service and Anette (spelling) was exceptionally friendly, professional and informative. Five star service for employee interaction. I will be a return customer.

    Got new tires from her on 2018 with 5 year 50000 mile warranty started having to air up the tires every week and then got a nail in one so I took it in had to pay almost fully price for a new tire and they didnt even put it in the cars let alone on and was told that it was normal that the tires would go flat in a week this wasnt the first issue I've had with them needless to say ill never be going there again
