MUJI is my favorite store in the entire world. I live in Seattle, but my family and I drove out 3-4 hours just so that we could visit MUJI for an annual trip to pick up some school supplies for the upcoming year; that shows just how much I love their products. Their products are not only high quality, they are also visually appealing and calming to the senses. Compared to other typical “Western” stationery items, MUJI’s simple and minimalistic design provides you with a sense of calmness and peace of mind. Their neutral color schemes of beige, white, and other tones are easy on the eye and give a “natural” feel. I always make sure to pick up a few packs of their 5-piece notebook set, their gel pens, a pack of lined paper, and other containers for organizing my room and stationery. Something new I noticed this time around was a robotic arm in the MUJI cafe which served you coffee! It was definitely worth the long drive to get here, MUJI is both a wonderful experience like Disneyland to me and a way of making your daily living more joyful. If you are lucky enough to be in the area, try visiting MUJI!

Muji was a really cool store to visit while walking around Portland. The minimal Japanese branded products are of incredible look and quality. They also have some super nice stationary. Tons of things to look at and try on! Coolest thing there was the robot that makes you drinks. Ill attach the video to this review! If you found this review helpful, consider leaving a like! 👇

This Muji location is surprisingly big with several sections of clothes, stationery, and home goods. It has the typical, Japanese minimalist aesthetic which is very calming and cozy. The coolest part of the store, though, is probably the robot barista that makes and serves coffee and tea drinks. They had $1 specials going on and we got the iced matcha latte and the yuzu refresher.

Decent Store and nice atmosphere. We are visitors from Washington state and shopped here multiple times. However, they consistently charged us wrong price on items and the online customer service is pretty much non-existing. Please check all of your items when checking out, especially these ones that have discounts. Their system doesn't seem to update precisely aligning with their listing price.

What a cool store! It’s like a Japanese IKEA! Without selling furniture. Lots of cute and practical stationery, clothes, and home foods to keep your home organized and minimal. Beautiful store displays and informative little tags around the store as well. The big highlight is that they have a coffee shop with robot barista. Lots of people taking video of the talking robot arm mixing lattes. If you want to get in line, it’s an entertaining wait, and the wait time is displayed on screen when you purchase. Check it out and see for yourself!

It is a nice store with extensive product range but I can say everything was pricey! No restroom available for customers.

Nice auto coffee machine to make you a latte for $1‼️ Have always enjoyed shopping in Muji and a great experience to see this AI coffee machine arm to serve customers automatically thru Blue Hill App‼️

Great value for the quality of the goods offered for sale. A Japanese "IKEA" is the best way to describe the store (minus the maze and the mammoth layout. Had often wanted to visit after hearing about the store. They are an anchir store in the Meier & Frank building so we popped in while staying at The Nines Hotel - The Luxury Collection.

Cool store selling some really nice clothes, Japanese themed, and at a good price especially compared to the competition around here. Although I did notice that almost all of the merchandise was tagged Made in Vietnam including the shirts and trousers I purchased. Nice quality though!

The store in itself and its products are pretty clean and carry a nice aesthetic. The employees are there if you need them and not overly intrusive. Tatted security girl in front may have been having a bad day and decided to pass that to me with snarky replies/remarks.

This was the most magical shopping experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere, the aesthetic, the staff - everything was honestly perfect. What a cool shop!!

Very nice clothing and variety store that is Japanese-based. It does look like a Japanese "IKEA" from what other reviewers have mentioned but they don't sell furnitures. The clothing are stylish and they can be pretty pricey. There's also a robotic barista that's very cool to see! Would shop again!

Very nice collection of clothing items, stationary items, kitchenware, and storage bins. The way I describe it is very random, but they make it work here.

I got the bed sheet from here and shipped it all the way back home. I am sure I got the queen size one according to their own size chart. And it is not a standard queen size. One side shorter and the other longer. ARE YOU FORKING KIDDING ME! I shipped it all the way back home! And this is what I got! Super super disappointed and angry. Totally wast of time and money!!!

Love this place. Staff are incredibly helpful, store is aesthetically pleasing and a robot that makes your latte makes the experience fun. Affordable, quality products, particularly linen. Will definitely be back.

Love this place! I always get at least one gem of an item every time I visit Muji. Last year I bought wooden (acacia) plates & bowls. I am using them regularly & have no complaints. Last week I bought face moisturizer. It’s so smooth & just right for me. I love this place for the minimalistic style, nice fragrance & serene I feel inside the store. It’s a bit expensive place but the products are unique & worth it!

Muji reminds me a lot of Uniqlo, with the same friendly vibe and funky selection of Japanese style clothes. Their prices are great and their Japanese life section, for kitchen gadgets and stationary, makes it a must visit.

I am obsessed with Muji's *distinctively* well-designed cleaning goods, organizational containers, and office supplies. I haven't bought much Muji clothing, but I do love their socks! (Their clothes sizing can be a little confusing, so take advantage of the fitting rooms!) Their staff is consistently courteous and helpful. Muji is definitely the kind of store that is fun to browse, be curious, and try new home goods--and the place always smells good! Their prices are very reasonable; but I often end up spending a lot because I want everything!
