Great jewlers with great staff. They sold me a lifetime warranty on my wedding ring and then when I came to fulfill it corporate had to give "approval". Corporate was not answering even though they were open. The staff was very gracious and fulfilled my warranty without being able to talk to corporate. Not only is the store awesome but all evidence points to great service and wonderful employees.

Super professional and friendly. It was well priced but leaning high. The quality is there, and it's obvious. I'll definitely go back!

I hope this review reaches the manager or corporate. I came in to have my wife’s ring cleaned and tightened up. The gentlemen that helped me was named Theron. I have never received such perfect customer service in my life. His communication and ability to educate me on what he was seeing was amazing. If I was a manager/ownership I would invest in him immediately and make sure he is achieving his goals within the company. I’m tempted to recruit him into my company.

I recently bought some very nice citrine studs from here and it was a great experience. I had some questions about their overall catalogue before settling on them, but they were super cool about it. Very kind staff.

Shannon is so friendly and personable! She took the time to let me try on a ton of different styles I liked, and was not pushy at all. We found the perfect wedding band! I also appreciate that they don't charge extra if you need to size up or down. That was a relief!

Maria at Ben Bridge in Olympia, Wa is absolutely wonderful she is extremely knowledgeable has been in the business a number of years, my wedding ring needed several prongs repaired and a deep cleaning, polishing, she had an estimate worked up for me and told me roughly how long it would take, when I went back to pickup my ring everything was repaired and my ring was stunning, in new condition. Maria continues to care for my ring to keep it in excellent shape. I highly recommend Maria at Ben Bridge in Olympia, Wa.

Theron was wonderful when we visited. I had my fiancées wedding band on order but was not coming in time for the wedding. I had a great experience at the Capital Mall Ben Bridge store. I was promptly, and very kindly greeted by Joe, one of the sales staff there. I had some complicated questions, even though Joe was new to this store, he kept working with me until he could get Nina to help me. Joe and I hit it off with some conversation where it was obvious that we shared a lot of common views on things. Nina was able to work with me on my transaction. My fiancé and I went to the mall today thinking we were just going to look at bridal sets and ended up leaving with the most beautiful set for half the price. Maria at Ben Bridge is amazing, she was so helpful and just as excited as we were. She was so understanding of our fussy 18 month old and helped to keep him calm while still helping us. It made such a difference feeling her excitement and enthusiasm, it made me feel like I was going to get the biggest bang for my buck. My mother’s wedding ring and band are also from here so it was nice to get the same care and quality my parents have raved about for years.

Outstanding service! Laura was very helpful & outgoing. She took her time with me picking out the charms for my very first Pandora bracelet. Laura was very patient, considering that I was indecisive of my choices! Yet I was able to decide what I wanted and they’re perfect. I had decided to leave the store with a set because why not! Lastly, I had my wedding ring cleaned & she made sure that the diamonds we’re sitting right before the process. My husband and I enjoyed our visit & will definitely be returning again for our jewelry needs!

My wife and I recently purchased a ring for our 10 year anniversary. At the time, they pointed out her old ring needed repair and we paid them over $600 to repair it. The first time my wife wore it after it came back, she was at my daughter's game and was clapping her hands and the band cracked in half and it fell off. When she brought it back and asked them to repair it, she was treated very rudely and talked down to. They refused to repair it because they said that is not the part that they worked on. They would not offer any empathy or understanding around the issue and accused my wife of doing something to the ring other than what she said happened. Unbelievable. We will not be coming back to their store unless they make it right. It is a shame that they were not willing to treat my wife like a human being and a valued customer.
