Horrible
customer
service
experience.
My
fiancé
and
I
got
engaged
in
May
and
I
took
my
ring
in
to
get
a
prong
fixed.
Dropped
it
off
October
24th
2020
and
got
ONE
email
update
that
it
arrived
at
their
“service
center”
and
I
got
no
additional
emails.
My
“promise
back
date”
was
November
20th
2020
and
that
didn’t
happen
I
received
no
information
from
the
store
I
couldn’t
get
ahold
of
them
I
had
to
call
corporate
to
make
sure
the
store
was
still
open
and
corporate
called
-also
couldn’t
get
ahold
of
this
store.
Finally
I
called
way
later
in
the
day
and
they
told
me
my
ring
would
have
to
be
overnighted
and
they
“promised”
I
would
get
it
no
later
than
Monday
November
23rd.
I
didn’t
hear
anything
Monday
so
I
called
and
they
told
me
the
same
thing
my
ring
was
at
the
service
center
and
would
have
to
be
overnighted.
Again
I
called
on
the
Wednesday
November
25th
and
again
I
didn’t
hear
anything
from
the
store
so
I
took
it
on
myself
to
be
responsible
and
call
to
figure
out
what’s
going
on
with
MY
engagement
ring
again
the
same
thing
they
didn’t
have
my
ring
it
would
have
to
be
overnighted.
I
was
so
fed
up
I
called
corporate.
They
told
me
there
was
too
many
red
flags
with
this
store
that
they
were
opening
an
investigation
into
this
situation
and
would
get
back
to
me.
Gave
me
a
ticket
number
and
everything.
I
still
haven’t
heard
anything
from
them
since
Wednesday
November
25th.
After
getting
off
the
phone
with
corporate
the
store
called
me
for
the
first
time
ever
and
said
they
had
my
ring
for
days.
Literally
the
most
unprofessional
and
disappointing
experience
especially
being
newly
engaged.
I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND.
They
will
lie
to
you
and
keep
your
property
from
you
for
literally
no
reason.
