Crazy.. Went to go have a ring re-sized. They stated that the quotes they gave me, both time of completion and price, was an over-estimate. It simply wasn’t I actually paid more than what I was quoted for. On top of that it was not resized to the size I asked. We double checked with multiple other stores. Upon pick-up I inspected and in a rush I paid the lady and quickly left. In retrospect I wish I would have took my time going over it. The ring was not clean still had gunk under the diamonds, there was a burn mark on the ring, and one prong holding up a diamond was bent. Sheeeeeeeeeesh!

Bought my wife a new wedding ring for Christmas from these folks and am very satisfied with the transaction. She opened it and liked the one I picked out but when she was leaving to take it in and get it sized I suggested she take a tennis bracelet that has been sitting on the shelf for a while and see what it's worth. Well, she didn't come home with the ring I picked out but she came home with a sweet smile and that was enough for me. Great service and didn't rush me or make me feel I needed to spend more. Showed me what I wanted to see and let me decide. Will recommend to friends and go back in the future.

Highly recommend Kluh Jewelers! We bought my engagement ring from Sandy 2 years ago and now we are getting ready to get married and I wanted a bigger center stone, so we went all the way back out to Olympia and purchased another stone. They had my new center stone in my original bands in 1/2 the time that was promised. You will not come across a more friendly, honest and friendly jeweler! They make you feel comfortable and are not pushy at all.

Very disappointed. I went to Kluh’s Jewelers in Olympia because they have been around for many years and have good reviews, but the quality of work that was done on my ring was so poor and they will not repair it. I brought my wedding ring in to have diamonds added for my 25th wedding anniversary. After I picked it up, I noticed that the entire setting was crooked so I brought it back. The owner himself said if he had seen it when it came back from their jeweler he would have never let it leave the store. He was clearly not happy with the work the jeweler had done. I picked it up again and a couple weeks later one of the diamonds fell out so I brought it back. Six months later the ring broke where the jeweler had soldered it together so I brought it back again. They will not repair it because they said I must have hit it on something and women hit their rings all the time and don’t realize it. I do not disagree, but I have never had a ring break apart just from hitting it on something. I have never had a ring break at all. I take care of my rings, I don’t wear them around the house and I don’t even wear this ring very often because I work from home. It broke because the work was poorly done. This entire experience has been horrible and they won’t repair their own work so I’m left with a damaged wedding ring. It’s not what I would have expected from this establishment.

The most nicest people ive had the pleasure to get my wife her wedding and engagement rings, they really went out of their way to make us happy. Sandy Kluh is an exceptional jeweler with an outstanding staff which I highly recommend them, wish I could leave 6 stars.
