I went in to get my watchband resizes for a Rado with a tricky watchband. They did a great job. Sized it perfectly to my wrist. Very nice polite staff. They do charge for watchband adjustments (some people seem to think they don’t). Their selection of jewelry is extremely nice.

After shopping at Fred Meyer Jewelers for 14+ years and purchasing several pieces from them, they have lost my business. We purchased a bracelet for my daughter and bought a care plan because the salesperson told us that it would cover the sizing cost due to her smaller wrist size. $90 dollars later they told us no, that isn't covered and they didn't offer any discount or anything for the misinformation. I don't care if the salesperson in question is no longer there, he was employed there at the time that he gave us the misinformation and they didn't offer to make it right. Also $90 to remove a few links from a bracelet!!!?? Wow, that's half the price of the actual bracelent!

To start I need to say that the help I received from Brandon and Brittany was great. On Oct 24th 2020, I took my bracelet to be repaired. I was told it could take 3 - 4 (had to travel to East coast to be fixed) weeks to get it back or it might be replaced. A month goes by and I hear nothing then 2 more weeks and then the second month. During that time, a call was made to see if it was done or maybe an ETA could be given. Nope. On January 1st went in to inquire if my bracelet had been finished and was told that it had been called about and that they were busy and the second call was never returned. While I was being told this I could see my bracelet was in a bag and so I don't know if it ever left the store or was still there for the past 2 + months! I was then told that they could look at another Fred Meyers to see if they had one inventory and have it transferred. Which they found out they could and would so I would hear back in a day or two when the my store had the bracelet. Never heard from them, so went in the following Monday to only be told that "yes it was transferred" but it was nowhere to be found in their store. So then I was told yet again they would have to order another, which I did get a day later. Granted the holidays/COVID19/new personnel can be a factor but it was over 2 months. My experience matches nothing to the advertising about Fred Meyers jewelers. I do like my bracelet and was very appreciative of the help from Brittany and Brandon.

My dad bought a watch here and it was to big. They fixed the band so it fit him. It was challenging because my dad couldn't come in so they made the adjustments based off the old watch. Then a couple weeks later a pin fell out and the band fell off (A result of poor design not the jeweler) they put it back on no questions asked.

Great place got my wife for engagement ring there and the service isn't bad I would give it five stars but the wait for the sizing of the Ring was a little bit more than expected almost had to delay our wedding other than that great place lifetime warranty plans good spot if you're trying to get something good for your significant other and when I say that I mean wife if you're a man or husband if you're a woman

Came in to get my ring resized as it's under the lifetime plan for free. The two ladies who helped me were hilarious and helpful. One of them even offered to set aside engagement rings for the future😂 They didn't hound me into purchasing anything i didn't want which was a plus I will definitely from now on go to this one even though I live closer to the other store.

They broke my watch after I stood around in the store for 40 minutes while they “fixed” it. After all that they never fixed it and made me pay. Horrible service and trashy store too. Never stepping foot there again.

I went in on my lunch today, a Thrusday Feb.16 2017. Four employee's, two sales a watch repairmen and the jeweler. I have a ring that I wanted to switch a stone for another I had questions for the jeweler. The sales associate went back and forth with my ring through the combo door to relay my questions, I really needed to talk to the man doing the work, that never became obvious to the jeweler or the ossociate. Somewhere I expected the Jeweler to get up step through the door and talk to me, never happened. I told her the stone was loose why would she run back and forth with it. If that blue diamond fell out and was lost who would replace it? I had a few questions it became an ordeal. I feel horrible for bothering that poor man. I won't bother anyone there again.

If you’re on the fence of servicing your ring here: DO IT. Just got my engagement ring back from having it resized, and it looks and feels better than ever. They were fast! It only took about a week. The best part of it all is the deep cleaning they do to it, so it’s so shiny and wonderful. Staff were also very communicative about pricing (super affordable) and timing.
