    I initially went here to purchase a few dress shirts, pants, and ties. After talking with my friend who is familiar with fashion trends and legal attire, he recommended shopping on JCPENNEY'S website instead. Here I found what I was looking for, for HALF The PRICE! Pickup in store was smooth with no issues, and items were ready to pickup within a couple days 👍 Salon staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

    To the Sales Associate who just helped my 16 year old son find a suit for Homecoming: THANK YOU! He said you were super excited to help find a suit that was perfect for him and he enjoyed your stories about you own boys when they were in High School! The suit is perfect and he will look very nice at school events for the next couple of years. I am looking for your name on the receipt, but can't find it. For reference though, it was store 0814, term 503, Tran 8457, date 9/17/23, time 12:17 pm, and assoc 0154. I hope a manager figures out who you are and gives you the accolade you deserve!! Thank you again!

    I ordered a recliner for a Christmas present and then found it cheaper on amazon so I cancelled it with jcpenny. It has been over two months and still no refund and they keep telling me it will be in my account in 1 week when I call but, it never goes in. I have been out $1,300 for months now! If you need furniture go somewhere else!

    Umm, cool store I guess. Not into the high prices for the clothes or the styles. I'd rather just shop at a second hand store. There are some nice ones downtown.

    I went here to have a couple of family photos taken while on vacation and had to wait an hour and 28 minutes the manager on duty when I asked for her name after calling my sister fat she told me her name was Miranda and then claimed her name was Lucinda and told me that we can talk to corporate about the issue. She also claimed that she was there the whole time for our photos. She called my future mother in law a karen after patiently waiting. She then continued to make racist comments because we are a white family (the manager is African American) and then refused to take our family photos. This interaction could’ve been simple and we would’ve been able to go on with our vacation. Not to mention us hearing her say “I’ll call you back I’ve got to take pictures of these crackers” when she finally appeared at the photos section.

    I always love their quality, selection and pricing. I'm on a tight budget/fixed income, but am still able to shop @ Penneys. Their Clearance and markdown racks are full of bargains! When I ask about sales, coupons or discounts, they will always apply whatever is available. They will even tell me if something is going on sale next week or marked for clearance. And since I live about 40miles from the nearest Penneys, I appreciate that there usually isnt a limited time frame to return items!

    I go to the Salon. I started with a new stylist. I really like how she's been cutting my hair and how respectful she is of me. Her name is Melanie. I, unfortunately, can't say that of every stylist that I have encountered there. The person I saw before Melanie, basically, told me that because I look "rich," that she was planning to charge me more and cut my hair how she wanted to and told me what color she planned to color it. She also told me how old I look in the face. Super rude! Thankfully, every other stylist that I have been to there isn't like that. I don't care what someone else wants me to do with my hair, I want it done how I like it and I definitely don't need special pricing because I chose to look "rich" that day. I don't even dye my hair anymore. Needless, to say I will stick with Melanie and her positive attitude.

    No matter what kind of sales you get or the displays that you see when you go into the restroom and you see two JCPenney employees get done leave the stall and not wash their hands it makes everything else not matter. I guess we can be glad they don't work at Red Robin or applebee's, right?! LOL

    I found this store to be very nice with an adequate supply of men's clothing - which is the reason I came to the store. I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff and that staff assisted me all the way through my purchase. I found some nice men's dress shirts with a buy one- get one free deal. So I paid $65 and got 2 shirts- which isn't too bad I guess. But the customer service is what stood out for me here- more than anything else.

    JCP is at the Capitol Mall they're also dog friendly. We brought our dogs with us Christmas shopping they had a blast meeting people. We went late right before close so it wasn't super busy. I love the perfumes on sale for Christmas gifts every year.

    I'll give them 3 stars just because they keep the place pretty clean. Maybe they can keep it so nice because they're is very limited inventory! Sadly they force you to use the website to get your clothes.

    Savings are hard to find in plus sizes and a lot of location don't have a ton of stock. The Online order and in store pickup saved me money and got me the size I needed.

    I always had a good experience at this location. The cashier at the return station is the best! She is always pleasant to talk to. There is often someone on the floor when help is needed, which is a plus. There is a large selection of hair care products on sale by the salon side that I was surprised to see as I never go to that side of the store. I've been to several locations, but this one is my favorite because of the service.

    Staff were non-engaging. Not greeted by any of the 11 staff member I walked passed. Prices are outrageous. $30 for the exact same shirt you can get other places for $9

    No one available to help with suits. Store check out clerks we're overwhelmed. Merchandise was not being kept tidy. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed. Deals were decent on clothing.

    Best customer service ever. When my mom left her wallet in men's section the staff worked after hours to go look for it and bring it to her even after the store was closed. We can't thank them enough for their kindness. Plus we found the perfect jacket and pants.

    Only shop there for SEPHORA. Have JCPenney's credit card w/ Syncrony Bank. This particular division is the nastiest card Co I've I've tried to work with. I've refused to shop at JCPENNEY because of card representation division. Have other card of Syncrony their great to work with....use it all the time..

    First off we came here to get a family portrait done. I wanted to replace my lost ear ring with a cubic zirconia for the picture. It was very unfortunate that when I got to the jewelry department I was initially asked if I needed help and of course I did, but before I could receive any help another lady swooped up my help and began giving her orders. She left me and I was left alone waiting for "help". I waited for way too long so I guess I wasn't a valid customer and not important, so I left to get the picture done. Suddenly out of nowhere some lady hunted me down from the jewelry department and blurted out some excuse about being too busy to help me, I refused her and continued onto get our family portrait done. This experience was great and a joy. The photographer was awesome to work with and our portrait looks great and I can't wait to see it. We later went to CLAIRE'S and found the perfect cubic zirconia, too bad I could find one at JCPenney's. Will not be dealing with the snooty people in the jewelry department if I ever come back and will actively avoid that department if I do return...

    Probably the worst experience I've ever had. I went to go and get my pictures done, the first lady that came to sign us in, left in the middle of us being signed in to help another customer, which wasn't too terrible, but another lady came up to the counter and shooed us away telling us to move. This would've been understandable if we weren't being helped, but we don't know if we were done even being signed in yet. Our photographer had no personality, and was the opposite of upbeat. After all of this terrible-ness I had to pay $125 for digital photos, and zero physical copies. That's including the coupon and imaginary $50 gift card they gave me.

    Many people work from home nowadays; unfortunately, I do not. If you still dress business casual at work, JCP has a great selection of clothes for all. Use your JCP card and coupons for extra discounts.

    Ordered clothing on line had delivered to store.why does it take 6 days to get a order to the store when amazon can do it in 1 day to your house. Need to do better.

    I noticed an item in thekitchen area, I was interested in. There was no price on it. It was only displayed on the same shelf as a three in one appliance marked at $99something. I even went back and looked again. I could not find price or another shelf with the hot choc ventage pot displayed. I do like JC Penney. Thank you.

    My 1st visit to a JCP in probably 20 years. So much cleaner and tidier than in the old days. Was shopping for linens, and they carried a range from discount to higher-end with reasonable prices.

    I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Olympia store, where I was helped by several very friendly associates. My cashier, Åra, was absolutely delightful and even went to check and see if one of my purchases was a sale item (it WAS!). As a side note, I was unable to connect to the Survey site listed on the receipt, as the Access Code was just a series of X's. Maybe a glitch?
