I love this place, but last time I was here I was followed the whole time like they thought I was stealing. I felt very uncomfortable!!! As a POC I get followed A LOT in stores because of the stereotype. I’ve spend a lot of money at this specific store, you would think I would get a little bit more respect & space to shop without feeling uncomfortable. Hopefully you guys see this and make some immediate changes to how you handle loss prevention. Instead of following people around like weirdos. Next time I will go more public with this issue...

We felt very uncomfortable in here. It's a shame because it's a cute shop and we liked the stuff. But every person I've ever known to go into this store has this issue and warned me, but i still wanted to check it out with my friend. Their business model is to treat every person that enters like they are going to steal. I understand sometimes shoplifters are a problem, but it's not fair to treat people like they're stealing. In no way do we look or act like thieves. My friend and I were approached every 5 minutes or less and they kept asking to hold everything we picked up at the register. There is no reason why they need to ask 20 times if we need help. My friend picked up a jacket to look at and they immediately came to him and asked to take it. They also held nonstop uncomfortable and disingenuous conversation with us as if we were going to steal. We saw them do this with every single customer in the store, not just us. I even overheard the owner (manager?)training a new person and specifically telling them to treat every customer like that to prevent stealing. We went in with the intention to spend a lot of money but we got so frustrated we only bought a few thing and went to a different metaphysical shop.

last 2 days there's been a sign saying there's been a walkout. every time I go in there I get employees constantly bombarding me. Jodi is especially awful and encourages other employees to harass customers even more.if this is an expectation of them I am not surprised there was a walkout. employees also seem very exhausted quite often at this location. I hope they start getting the treatment they deserve.

I will never shop at this establishment again. This Jodi person is a problem, and I feel sorry for everybody that works here.

Shout out to Nova and Austin for the friendliest service out there!! They deserve a raise!!! Love the store, the atmosphere, the service, all of it. Be unique, cool items, will definitely be returning!!

I love their selection of cute dainty jewelry but I really have to say that Mackenzie at the front counter was super sweet and friendly! Love this store and love their people even more!

Really really awesome place!! They know every thing I do, about what they sell, and I had no idea all these wonderful items would be on one place!! Crystals, chakra beads, etc. They have it all and then some!! Crystal pyramids for yoga mats are so beautiful!!! I got 2 items and saved a bundle here during a BOGO 1/2 off sale. Very happy with my purchases, and I will be back!!!

People think this place has cool stuff, and it does...but that doesn't make you cool for shopping there Karen.

My daughter and I stopped by this store while we were shopping yesterday. My daughter (she’s 9 years old) has a chronic medical condition, and cannot wear a mask (ordered by her pediatrician). One of the associates came up to me and said she couldn’t be in the store without a mask. I informed the associate that my daughter has a chronic illness that doesn’t permit her to wear a mask, and she said that didn’t matter, they wouldn’t serve us. My daughter was crushed, humiliated, and cried when we got home because she “just wants to be healthy like other kids”, so people won’t be mean to her. Needless to say, this was our first experience in this store, and our last.

The only complaint is it's a tad expensive. Otherwise, this is place is AMAZING. Got a little something for everyone I know, and they let me open the salt rock lamp boxes to find a shape I like. Then they packed and stacked everything up neatly again. I think I witnessed why the store is always so tidy despite the heavy holiday traffic. Lines moved fast too. And the staff are always so nice and willing to chat; if they aren't too busy of course. They do a good job of keeping the atmosphere zen. I'll admit that on their slower days I've bought stuff simply because I spent half an hour chatting while being given recommendations. They've never lied or overhyped something so I don't feel tricked in the slightest. One guy looked through the whole store to find an item I needed for an art project, but hadn't seen something that could work before, and we found it! When I get another salt rock lamp, and I will, I'm definitely going there.

The only store that carries my favorite incense!

This is a great place to pick up some tapestries for your walls or find an eclectic treasure for the home that you just cant find anywhere else. The price you pay is well worth the product with many super awesome things being relatively inexpensive. Keep your eyes open for their sale items which you can find many interesting things inexpensively.

A friend of mine got me a beaded bracelet with charms and I'm in love. I've been in the store before but never really found anything that I really thought I needed to have. I love looking at all the different stuff they have though and I'm giving 5 stars because of the bracelet and the price. They're so reasonable and the bracelet is being worn daily and it's exceptionally well made. Love it!!!!

My boyfriend was accused of stealing when he didn’t have enough hands to hold something and we got kicked out of the store it is ridiculous that multiple people have stolen from this store and they did nothing they stop my native America boyfriend and we were followed like we were criminals and we did nothing. I’ve seen one person specifically accuse everyone. They shouldn’t because they’re gonna lose customers I’m never shopping here again.!
