I felt disrespected by them and their absolutely ludicrous $5 offer for a nice couple gram 14k gold cross when its 2k an ounce currently. Not to mention the other high dollar items I had that they said $20 was the best they could do.. This place and its staff are a joke and will do nothing but waiste your time and belittle you for even walking through the door. So i went to Tumwater pawn & they were great and gave me over what I needed and stayed open late to finish our transaction.

I drive 30 miles to this place today. Because just like every other day there supose to be open until 7 pm. I double check the website make sure hours are the same (which I knew they where because I have been going to this pawn shop for last few years now) but I just gotta double check as I look down at my gas and it's way below E!!! Maybe on your website you should state hours may vary. Times are tough 4 every one out here u know peace

they are so short, it takes for me 2 days to pick up a gun and i was late yesterday to work and I still didn't pick it up! the customer service so poor, they focused on people who is bringing their stuff, not buyers, you are after all. People was served who was in line after me, I spent 50 minutes there and left because I had to go to work…. it needs to take a day off to pick your purchase! I can not pick it up and I can't get my money back, don't waste your time to buy there anything! Don’t go there if you appreciate your time and respect yourself!

I brought in a pair of vintage monogrammed 14k gold cufflinks. Kinsey inspected them & told me they weighed 8.9 grams. She checked my ID, then offered me $150. Seemed low, but I wasn't going to use them, so I agreed. She asked me where I got them; I told her from an estate sale. She looked frazzled & had to ask for approval. I didn't see any name tag, but his face/neck were covered in a mess of large & badly inflamed oozing pustules. He told me it was Cash America's policy to reject all items that have initials on them. I thanked them & drove to another pawn shop in Olympia, which got me $215. Easy & 10 minutes later I had cash in hand. So, 1 star goes to Rash America for enabling me to get far more money, from one of their competitors.

Brought my go pro in to sell and they said no because I needed a charger. Fine and fair! I come back the next day with the charger and they tell me no because it needs the wall block. Who charges their go pro in the wall????? Everyone uses their computers to charge it. Actual lame people here that were super rude 0/10 wouldn’t recommend! I interacted with the lady behind the counter (taller with brown hair) both days and she rolled her eyes at me and was super rude.

I wouldn't even give a star... Customer service was rude. Typically I use Cash Northwest, came here due to being in a bind. I am a Carpenter. Between jobs money gets tight. Never have I been treated like an inconvenience. Sad this is how people get treated.

I pawned a fire arm recently out of confidence in a Employee whose been there for 8-10 years . Never once did he tell me I would need to do a whole background process on my own gun all over again . Them telling me “ we technically own your gun now “ I waited 1 hr I helped in the store . I got a 10$ knock off a game I bought which was cool but I was late for work . It’s been a week now and my background hasn’t come back . When you have people getting passed in 2 days . This place is like a zoo , it’s unprofessional and they are snobby , like it’s your own problem you came into a establishment to get services . I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND LOOKING LEGAL COUNSEL FOR AFTER . Worst experience so far .

I have been going through some financial times right now, as most of us. Cash America pawn has saved me several times. The staff is the best. I'm not a wheeler dealer type person and they have been outstanding with me in all aspects. Friendly, helpfull and a comfortable place of business. FYI. I'm waiting for them to open as of this post.

This is a transaction house for crackheads and tweakers who they will spend 30 minutes on to give them $10 after all said and done. Now as a customer who wants to buy something, you don't exist because they will just keep ignoring you. Their sales model is lacking and needs better management.

Do not use this place. They will give you the lowest price ever. Other places give you much higher value for your items. If I could give him zero stars I definitely would never recommend them to anyone

Wouldn't suggest this place brand new 139$ pair of steeletoe black work boots got offered 15$.the lady was professional but her little Co worker decided to crack a joke and say better off at a garage sale.but that's a pawn shop for you.tried talking to him but he walked in the back and slammed the door..he adventually came out and heard her say are you ok.sorry life sucks for youdude.also kinda funny you guys never responded to none of these reviews

I understand the worker has to do things by the book and be cautious because of all the dam pill smokers and homeless people. I just wanted to see what kind of jewelry and tools they. It took them 20mins for 1 customer while the other 2 worker took there time filling the paperwork.

I've been shopping here since 2017 seen employees come and go and I've never had one bad experience with anyone here. They all know me by name super friendly I bring my kid and dogs in here. I'm more weirded out by people shopping here than anyone behind the counter. Some of the items I've bought haven't been perfect or worked but I always get the protection plan for myself so I can return it and get my money back. I stop here 1st before I buy something online and if they do have it normally it's a better deal with the ability to return it. Crazy there are so many bad reviews. I've never had something pawned that I will need to get back so its possible that experience is different than mine of just buying and selling.

Now I see why there's only a 2.6 rating! I called about selling a photography camera, 35 mm. They said they would buy it. I drive 25 miles to find out they don't buy film cameras. What the hell did they think 35 mm was?

This place is a joke was literally just in here they told me I couldn’t pawn my girlfriends laptop. Because it’s in her name when I’ve already pawn it multiple times at this location. Like I would like to know who’s not doing their job right here. Just don’t make no sense def would not recommend going here everything overpriced or same price for what it goes for brand new like what😂
