Showed up here a couple minutes before opening. They were letting other people in and out. Have been driving over 2 hours and I asked if my senior mother could use the restroom, the guy working pretended he couldn't hear me at first, then said no. Its cold and rainy outside and we couldn't even stand inside the door. I frequent this location when passing by but now I may reconsider.

Customer service was amazing, I was helped by a girl named Maddi and she was very fast and super friendly. Plus did a great job folding all my clothes!

Really clean organized well-put together store. The selection is a little skimpy on things. Really pushy at the register to sign-up for their credit card. Located in a great area with lots of other stores nearby. UPDATE- WAY BETTER SELECTION AND ITEMS THAN A YEAR AGO. CHANGING MY 4 🌟 REVIEW TO 5.

TJ Maxx is one of my favorite stores. They have designer items for less, but it's a hit or miss. If you find a beauty product you like and are likely to use again, I recommend you buy many because you might never see it again. They have a good selection of European organic beauty products that I love but can't always find it there. The store is always well organized. Checkout was fast, and the customer service was excellent!

All of my 5 stars go to Lexi. I rang up a bunch of stuff with her, asked to suspend the transaction because I changed my mind on some things in my purchase, and she was super polite about all of it. She has the patience of 10,000 mother geese. She is fierce like Lady Gaga and I would let her babysit my dogs. Lexi, your uniform should include a crown because you are a queen.

The store is ok , some ladies who work there they look like they’re rather be somewhere else, my issue was they push so hard to get the store credit card. They ask same questions over and over again like a robot !

I went into the store yesterday for my first time ever, I believe it was the manager (female) I was checking out with one of the cashiers (who was also a doll) and the lady wearing a yellow shirt told me my silhouette was fabulous, SHE MADE MY DAY! Literally made me blush. I will forever go into tj Maxx because of the experience I had my first time there. Ladies you guys also have fabulous silhouettes! Thank you for the wonderful first experience at your store.

Didn't find what I wanted due to supply chain issues. Really not TJ Maxx's fault. But still they didn't have what I needed. Store was fairly well stocked. Just not with what I was looking for.

Low inventory but I suppose that's everywhere with how our economy is right now it's May 2022 best way to get what you're looking for is to shop online all of the stores basically have very limited selection send sizes and the clothes are so cheaply made the first time you wash them they fall apart good luck

if you can believe that I had never been into this store until my daughter took me there. I love it. I will definitely be back, reasonable prices on name brand items. Tj Max has a little bit of everything.
