I go there for the things I can get for cheap and I mean They really have great selections at times. I recommend stopping there at times and allow yourself to be surprised. I get my Belts and ties from them at great prices. They deliver on their Quality items at great prices. Thumbs up

Everytime I go into Ross it seems like the loss prevention just eyeballs me and follows me everywhere I go, I'm in there to spend a generous amount of money almost everytime. Seriously considering not shopping here anymore. Edit was just in the store and was again followed by loss prevention for the second time while spending money I work hard for. The store is trash

Appreciate they are not price gouging like so many businesses right now.....

05/13/23: went in to check on some items. Some aisles were empty and I could not find my things. The store is clean and well-maintained. The staff was not happy and welcoming. Hopefully, they smile and enjoy their jobs more.

Ross has quite the selection and great prices. My only issue is the lack of cashiers.

All my complaints are about the customers so I'd guess they deserve five stars, clean store, enough employees for the most part as far as I could see, in stock items, found what I wanted.

Great prices and great staff thanks for a great experience my wife and I found great cloths for the kids to go back to school with and a few items we needed as well.

Lots of cute stuff but i wouldnt say there was 'great' savings it was all either inline or above walmart prices. I was greeting by a friendly associate at the door but when i went to check out the associate asked the nexted person in line to come up before id even had my card out to pay for my item she was asking him if he was paying cash or card. I have really high anxiety when i feel crouded or rush. I felt really bad becuase i was taking even more time becuase i started shaking feeling like i should have already been gone. She barly even looked my direction as she handed me my recit and i just had to drop everything i had into my purse so i could get out of the way. Probly wont go there again. Other then that interaction it was an okay experiance.

I like to go there and hunt down deals! I found a nice rain coat and shoes. Together they were cheaper than one pair of shoes from the store next door!

We found a GREAT buy on Samsonite luggage! After my luggage was damaged recently by an airline (busted off a front roller completely so it no longer glides upright!), I turned in a claim to the airline's baggage service office. They recommend buying name brand luggage at Ross, not fashion brand, e.g., American Tourister or Samsonite. Additionally, they said to come when the store opens to get the best pick. We came after lunch and still found a great selection. When we compared Ross prices with Amazon, we found Ross a lot less. While I couldn't find the exact luggage on Amazon, I found similar ones. It could be that Ross carries discontinued models, but the ones we chose are completely suitable and in new condition. With school shopping season now, better buys may be found.

Actually really nice Ross! Pretty amazing selection. Good bathrooms and changing rooms. Although paper towels/a hand dryer in the bathroom would've been nice.

This Ross is stocked, organized, clean, and helpful. Witch is more than I can say about the other Ross location off exit 107.

the staff in fitting rooms should be more friendly it seems they are always angry

This is a great store for discounts on designer clothing, linens, accessories and footwear. Cashiers are helpful and friendly.

A nice place for clothes and accessories. They have a rotating stock of items, so if you see something you like you better get it! It might not be there next week.

Ross is one of the stores I always want to go to when I'm visiting Washington. Need some of these stores in south shore Massachusetts.

They have good prices, just hard to find stuff cause their is so much stuffed onto the shelves this time of year, employees were friendly and helpful. The line moved quickly at checkout

Store is definitely cleaner than most. Aisles aren't as jam packed as other Ross Stores. Staff do NOT look happy to be there. They all look like zombies, except for the obvious management. They're all bubbly and welcoming. Lol

I find something to buy every time I stop here... I can't say the same about any other clothing store

It's your average Ross. It's all last season's stuff that didn't sell at other retailers for whatever reason..color, size, price, etc. Although you can find hidden gems that slip through the cracks, so check often. They do get new stuff frequently. The mens shoe selection is always kinda poor when I've been there, but I have found great great shoes at other locations.

Line was so long that it went through the clothing aisles. Poor customer service. No reason for long lines, limited customer service.

Prices here are better than TJ Maxx for similar items. Got a few clothing separates and a planner. Admired some furniture as well.

We lost our keys today at Ross and the whole team assisted us in searching for them for three hours. The lady that greets people when they come in was very friendly this morning and helped as much as possible. The manager reviewed the cameras to assist us. Everyone was so accommodating and so nice even during this busy Christmas season.

The staff is always so friendly. Selection is hit or miss, but isn't that what Ross is? 😅 This particular store is cleaner than most. I say give it a gander if you're in the area.
