This place is fantastic! They usually have what I need, and if they don't. They will order what I need. Amiable and helpful staff! Always a pleasure to go to this store! It's the place I got in Olympia! I won't buy my herbs anywhere else :)

I saw Ivy for my massage. I have always gone for a deep tissue massage. Ivy only does Swedish massage. I will never do deep tissue again. This was AMAZING! The calming vibe Ivy gives off is so relaxing and peaceful. My body was very sore and tense from moving to a new place. This is exactly what I needed. I loved that I could choose from a variety of wonderful essential oils to breathe in during my massage. I really appreciated the consultation prior to the massage to see what I wanted to be worked on today. I am looking forward to my next massage, most likely next month.

I come here for all of my tincture and tea leaf needs. The staff is knowledgeable of products and helpful in recommendations. I come here once a month to refill and it's great to accumulate and use rewards for being a shopper!

Very interesting shop with a lot of healthy, organic and natural products, and nothing was out of budget. The atmosphere is really inviting and I like that there's a rewards program. Super happy with the Gabriel makeup line, it's nice to be able to test organic products before I buy them. Staff lady was super helpful and patient.

This is a great place to go for different smudging items and stones! I also liked how they didn't cater to one form of practice but to multiple. I have a very hard time finding things for my practice, this is the first store that I have found close to my home that carries what I need. The apothecary shop, owned together, was also great. Really good customer service and they were helpful finding herbs I needed

We have been shopping at Radiance for years. After the business sold to new owners, we were wondering how shopping would be in there. We went today and Gwone err was super helpful. Knowledgeable about products, kind and humorous. We are happy to continue shopping at Radiance in Olympia. Welcoming, rainbows and love. Thank you for your help today. P.S. I’m giving one star because heather was awesome. Unfortunately I spoke with Sara the purchasing mgr. Who said I couldn’t make a return with a receipt simply because I changed my mind. I actually needed to make the return because I suffered hypokemia and nearly died this past weekend so Dr. Said I should not use it. of which I took just 2. I was asking for store credit not cash back. I always though there was grey in life. I won’t be returning.

I love this store. I get most of my candles, bulk herbs, and gemstones here. I was pretty sad today though when I got home with my purchases and found that the stone I got, a nice little piece of chrysocolla/malachite, had a sticker on it that pulled off pieces of the softer malachite. Hopefully they can figure out a better way to price pieces like this so that they don’t get damaged.

Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A good selection of herbal products and fresh herbs. The Evening in Missoula tea is fabulous.

I take my kid to get massages by Chuck and he’s so wonderful!! Super great personality and my kid comes out of feeling so much better. I’ll be booking with him for myself too. The shop is also great. It has all the stuff you’d need for all your spiritual needs and the apothecary is awesome too. The staff is always super nice and helpful

I was there on Monday. There was nothing on Google or on the website that said curbside only. I was met at the door by the most condescending, patronizing woman. I have a gift card that I drove an hour to spend. I have the receipt and I really just want my money back. I've been shopping at radiance for decades but not anymore

This place offers that same thrilling soul-level experience, only for grown up people who tend toward the witchy and wild, alternative + holistic, herbal + magical. Crystals, pendants and jewelry, dry herbs, essential oils, tinctures, cosmetics, supplies for making your own infusions and body care products, gifts … the staff is mostly incredible especially those who have been there forever. They know things and willingly help and share their wisdom. They have helped me find what I needed to heal my body my heart and myself many times. So grateful for this place <3

I went to Radiance today to get a massage from Chuck and it was a really great experience! I haven't had a massage since I was a kid and he made me feel very safe and relaxed. The massage was wonderful and I immediately made another appointment.

Such a large selection of items! They’ve got incense, crystals, printed bags, and tons of other cute witchy things! Some things are a bit on the pricier side, but considering the range of items and prices there’s bound to be something for everyone

As first time travelers to the state, we visited this place thinking we were going to get a great experience. Absolutely not. It's terrible. The owner is creepy and rude. Me and my boyfriend did not feel welcomed at all. On top of that, the place was filthy. There was bugs everywhere and i'm surprised I didn't see roaches like the other reviewers. Stay away.
