Never been here before. My daughter found so many cute tops and jumper to bring in the New year! Salespeople were very helpful and loved that the dressing room was cool, not hot, like most dressing rooms are.

They are very pricey. Also I used a visa gift card and my Mastercard for a purchase. Recharged a few items and ended with a $28.30 credit. I told the gal the visa was gone make sure it went to my Mastercard or she could give me a store gift card. Oh no. She guaranteed it went to the Mastercard. I waited a few days and the credit never showed. I called and was told the cashiers have no way of deciding how a refund will work, it the computer in the register. That the visa gift card the cashier through away for me is where the money went back to and there was nothing they could do about it. Maybe if my son could figure out where he got the card for Me last Christmas , we could figure out who to talk to an the visa gift card company would probably give me a new card with $28.30 on it. Yes I know it took me forever to use the card. But the manager at Torrid should be ashamed. That is certainly not good customer service. She looked back at the receipt in the register. New what happened but basically. Tuff luck lady, that's how our computer system works. Customers come back to overpriced stores mostly because of quality and customer service. Torrid in the Capitol Mall offer neither.

The ladies always make you feel fabulous!! Honestly they encouraged me over the past couple weeks to try clothes I wouldn't have picked in a million years, but manage to get compliments every time.

This is a great Torrid with extra helpful and friendly employees. There is a wider variety of sizes and styles here than many other Torrid stores.

My customer service was exceptional due to the lady who was very helpful. Her cheerful disposition was received by others who entered the store. She would acknowledge the person, if she was with another customer, she would ask if they wouldn't mind waiting. Her smile was her asset. The other lady was just as nice.

Picked up order from store with this top in it. Love it. Store employees are awesome at Capitol Mall, I'm greeted by name every time. Gonna miss one of the ladies that just moved away though. Thanks

This store is horrible in store with customer service I will never shop here again and there online ripped me off two times they stole 42.82 when I bought two clearance bras they sent it and it was returned to the company because of them I completeing the order ...all the info was there then they said they wouldn't full refund and give me a twenty dollar credit so I took that credit while waiting on the refund and bought another bra after a week they canceled it and took back the credit this has happened two times in two months the first month last month was 106 .never I mean never shop online or in store with torrid unless your dumb and like to be treated bad and stole from .they took from a federal bank account so I filed fraud to get my money back and I filed a b.b.b claim of fraud and horrible servicing .torrid literally went all the way down hill disgusting

Rude staff, I ordered a jacket online and brought the order number as well as proof of purchase and the manager claimed she couldn't find me in her "system" ...I gave her a receipt and proof of purchase as well as the order number. NO refund. She was rude and personally attacked me. I will never return to this location.

Store is great, the staff are SUPER helpful and friendly every time I go. Clothes are great quality. Feels like every other time I go they have clothes I like, then next stuff not my style. When things are on sale their prices are good, there's always something on sale.

OBSESSED WITH TORRID! As a full figured woman, I came across some barriers and challenges when searching for clothing. I want clothes that: fits my bod, is flattering and material of clothing is made with good quality Torrid hits all my criteria! Torrid carries sizes: 00 (size 10 or M) thru size 6 (size 30) As I am working on lifestyle changes to be more healthy and my best self, I want to also feel good & look good in my journey! I feel more confident. When I wear clothes from Torrid I feel sexy, my age, and fashionable! I was actually able to find a very cute swimsuit at Torrid, which made me feel very comfortable and attractive! I have also found clothes for professional purposes such as at work, interviews, work events, and special occasions! Torrid carries a "studio" collection, which is their work, anywhere. I can always find something that I like because there's so many options for full figured women. Torrid has lingerie, bras & panties, loungewear, casual, professional, and dressy ,etc! However, in my store at my location has limited options, but CS will search online for you and can always order online for you. Although, I do most of my shopping online. Torrid also has a fair return/exchange policy.

If you have a torrid credit card you get amazing deals and discounts on top of what's going on already. Points accumulate also. I bring my elderly mom here for her birthday or Christmas to get things on me and she always finds something she likes

Love this store for plus size options. Can be a bit on the pricey side so I always hit the clearance section first. Quality clothes and lingerie that lasts. I have had some outfits from her for 5 plus years that still are holding up well.

Good selection of plus size clothing. A bit confusing at first with their sizing convention, sizes 00 through 6, until you realize it is merely the number of X in the size, i.e. a 3 is a 3XL anywhere else. Rather expensive, but they know their customer set.
