Regarding the store at Lacey, Washington location, I purchased a blouse that I really wanted, but it was damaged in a way that would make it impossible to wear unless it were repaired. I appropriately requested a discount since the blouse was damaged. For this inconvenience, the manager named “Julie“ decided that the flaw was worth only giving me a 10% discount because as she put it, “This can be sewn and fixed at home“. First of all, no customer should have to take something that is brand new home to “fix it“ on their own time and expense. Secondly, this would not have been an easy fix. The elastic loop that would’ve fastened the button was originally sewn between the fabric of the neckline to keep it hidden and tucked in..this would require a seamstresses skill to properly correct. I’ve been shopping at Kohl’s for decades and rarely have I ever had to return or replace anything, nor have I ever asked for a discount previously, and this is how they choose to handle the one time I show them a very obvious problem with a clothing item. Ridiculous. Badly handled, Julie.

I had the sweetest person named Alannah help with many Amazon returns. I was completely overwhelmed and confused on how to do it but Alannah did everything for me. She is the sweetest person that I have ever dealt with in any department store!!

Used to shop here all the time, they have really good clearance racks. The store has changed though over the few years. I don't know if I like it.

You can take your Amazon returns to Kohl's now and get 25% off coupon! Genius way to get more customers into the store and start spending! I was able to snag these $100 boots during a sale with my 25% coupon and only paid $69 for them! Great place! You will find anything there and I am happy to start shopping there.

The employees at this store are very nice and helpful. It is unfortunate there are no open dressing rooms on the top floor of this store. If you want to try on lingerie or have your children try on clothes you need to go to the men's and women's dressing rooms on the first floor. Not a big deal unless you need to go back and forth trying on sizes or looking at different colors available. This led to us walking out without a potential purchase. Something for management to think about. Otherwise the store is quite nice.

I had a 5 star review from many years ago. I had to change it because the closed the exit on the Target side due to security reasons and now they have no cash registers on that side open. They only had 2 registers next to the juniors section in the entire store at a busy time of day. Needless to say approx 12 people had to wait in line and did not look too pleased.

It's a great place to return your Amazon items, you even get a $5 coupon to use in the store, which is a very nice treat. I wish they had more registers, that is a pain that they're only upstairs. Also there is not many associates to help you find items that you might need. But the cashier that helped me with my return was very nice.

I have always loved Kohls. My Mom received an email with $10 of Kohl's cash in it, plus she had another $20 that she had saved up....but it was kinda funny because they sent her two identical emails both with $10 of Kohl's cash in them, but when we scanned them at the store it was the same $10 in both emails. Seems like kind of marketing scam to me honestly because I bet my mom isn't the only one that gets duplicate emails with Kohls cash in it like that. We should have pressed the issue and made them honor it... I could be wrong, I really hope I'm wrong. Maybe it was just a glitch in The matrix! My birthday is coming up this month so she used some of the cash to buy me a new pair of shoes there that were on sale for $45, so I guess I really can't complain! I really expected prices to be higher because of the way inflation has been, but the prices almost seemed lower than they usually are which was great. My mom also bought some new towels, a microwave egg cooker and a miniature waffle iron for the fifth wheel so her and my Dad can have tiny waffles when they go camping. All in all it was great to spend time shopping with my mom on my day off and I am glad Kohl's is still around. Just being there brings back memories of us shopping with my grandma when she was alive still. I really miss her but it's nice to reminisce over the memories when we are there.

Like the store and workers a lot, was disappointed with the slim to none choices of cotton clothing for young children. Far too many were 50% polyester.

I want to like kohl's. I really do. But every time I go in for my amazon return, and walk away with my 15% coupon, I think, "Today is the day. Today I will find the thing I want to buy and I will use this coupon." But what ends up happening is I think about how overpriced everything is compared to Marshall's, Target and Costco. That cute toddler outfit is wildly overpriced, those lotions are cheaper across the parking lot, these towels are just not great. Kohls. I want to love you. I just can't. I'll settle for you when everyone else is gone, but I'm not interested in you just yet. It's not you, it's me.

Easy return process. The store itself looked like it was in the midst of closing. Shelves empty and a lot of half off items. Not sure what was going on.

Like good quality clothing has great sales. Watch orders online sale prices are deceiving. Watch prices & tagged sales item. Like going to Ross not well organized.

Found dress shoes, dresses and undergarments. An $80 pair of heels, strapless bra for $28 and 2 nice $14 dresses marked down from $72..both on clearance. All 3 transactions the till rang things up different and higher than marked so it seems some thing is not right with the computer system there. They had to manually fix it each time and only after I pointed it out so the staff is not checking the mark price to the scan and they have to edit if a lot. They also ask you every time to get the credit card there. You can find some bargains, nicer clothes and shoes and the escalator upstairs and down is fun.

I went in here for an Amazon return. It was all the way to the farthest possible location from the only entrance at the opposite end of the topmost floor. I get the strategy but other Kohl's just help you at the front desk with this sort of thing... Kohl's cash is a marketing gimmick as are their constant 'sales' on items far overpriced at the start. Not all bad; this store in particular was clean and felt nice.

Very impressed with how clean and organized this store is. Prices seem slightly high, but there are notable discounts if you join their membership program. This is the only place I could find my aging mother-in-law highly desired cotton pajamas!

Good selection of goods and the prices were reasonable. Staffs were helpful and the quality is great.

The woman who helped me, jasmine, was amazing, totally understanding and willing to really help and go beyond the extra mile to make sure I was getting the right thing that I not only wanted but needed. Then the cashier lady was very flattering. I caused her, interesting reactions, and I stayed calm. Lol. Over all one of my best exp inside a store, well anywhere going solo (by myself) when I'm in my clubbing outfits. Never been so calm and relaxed and felt accepted and safe. Ty both! Hugs! I love Kohl's. It's one of the last places you can try things on outside of a crowded, frankly dangerous (these days) mall. Some of their merch is low quality control, but other stuff is as expected. It's all made in China, or southeast Asia; though you'll find a Honduran item here or there. When I gain, or lose weight and need to to check my jean size again, I stop in here for some new jeans and khakis. Plus you get Kohl's cash and you're crazy not to go back and get some free stuff in a couple weeks.

I never really shopped here until this summer, I thought it was all for smaller people, but I went shopping with my mom a couple times and we went to Kohls. I was surprised they have a large plus size section, and the clothes are actually cute. I will definitely shop here more! 11/27/22 went shopping again on black friday.....it was great!!! I got 4 outfits and it was so cheap. I brought my mom and sister with me. We all found great deals!!!

I never used to go to kohl's until I had to do an Amazon return. First, they make returns so easy! Then I started looking around the store...a lot of nice things there. I want to give a shout out to Heather! She was just awesome! She helped me figure out how to shop Kohl's even better! She is patient and kind and so very helpful. Kohl's is great for finding deals on family clothing and goods. Sometimes the prices aren't really deal worthy so look for the sales. It's not hard to find what you're looking for and this particular location is well kept. The employees are helpful and I haven't had the bad experience.

Love Kohls and the diversity of mens clothes, including Nike gear!

Way more expensive then it used to be..... Clearance shoes are a great place to go look, tons of options. Kohl's online has way more items to choose from. The people are nice and it's super easy to get a Kohl's card

Kohls is like kind of hit-or-miss like I probably wouldn't buy any of the clothes there because they're weird but they have a great selection of makeup and perfume. The staff is hidden miss like I get I'm Hispanic and covered in tattoos I probably look really scary right. I can only assume that's why they run for me when I'm trying to get assistance and and uh spend money.. Oh well plenty of other stores that would love to assist me and up selling get me to buy more things and help me pick things out and you know actually be of assistance.

Used for returning Amazon items. Located upstairs it's a very simple process. Literally took less than a minute to show them my return barcode, have them scan it, hand them the items (no packaging necessary) and get my receipt that also has a $5 coupon for shopping at Kohl's. Friendly customer service agent. Refund issued in a few hours. Love it.

This was my first shopping experience with Kohl's. I would definitely rate it as excellent. The staff was responsive , helpful and efficient. I will vote yes with my money there again. With all the craziness in the world Lacey Kohl's was a breath of fresh air.
