Initially started out as 5 stars, went down to 3, further dropped to 1 star. Been to 50 different PF's throughout USA and Canada, this is the only PF where I did not feel like I "belong" as their mantra says. I was harassed by 2 different employees in a matter of minutes. With this less than welcoming experience, I leave this gym one star. I won't be coming back.

Small PF busy during week day time, but enjoyable, nice parking lot. *Notice: please don't tell me to reach front desk or team manager if i have any questions or concerns, cause i will comeback and give you one star for not listening to your customers. I always keep my promises

I prefer the planet fitness near the mall before this one. I will add an extra 6 minutes to my commute for that one. They have basically the same equipment but the one near the mall is much bigger and more space giving it a much more open feel. There could be the same amount of people at it and you won't feel like your working out side by side with someone like this spot.

Really friendly staff. Comfortable place to workout at. Plenty of cleaning stations, machines, lockers to store your items, stations to fill your waterbottle, and several amenities in the spa. Definitely a place I will return to. Relaxed atmosphere and you don't feel pressure to be at any level to be working out there. Staff are around cleaning and/or available to help or answer questions. Pleasant environment to come to and very clean.

Great gym, very helpful and friendly staff and trainers. Nice and chill atmosphere. Usually never too crowded to get to use all of the stations, with minimal wait times if they happen to be occupied. It's a little on the smaller side, which I like, because it's close and I don't need to wander all over to find the muscle group stations I'm looking for. If you live locally this is a nice gym for your basic fitness needs.

I have had a great experience as new member at this location. I think the membership price is a value for what's available. I find it to be a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The best gym I've ever been to. Great atmosphere! Fellow members are diligent cleaning equipment after each use. Plenty of well maintained machines and such. Staff is the best! Everyone is friendly and supportive. Especially James, Jordan and Rusty (I think that's what his name is).

Great price with 24 hrs and large assortment of machines. Only problem is staff spends most of their time talking to friends and flirting, so they don't notice when people do but wipe equipment down. They are though friendly to all people which is nice. The showers and bathroom get a bit grody so recommend shower shoes.

Where do you even start with this place. I have worked out PF's in Colorado, Oregon and Washington. This is by far the worst for going against what PF says it is. The Men's locker room always smells unclean. The machines are clean because gym members clean them(usually). The signs about "Lunks" are ignored by staff and quite a few members. This place is a bro-fest, which is what I thought was supposed to be avoided!? String tank tops, grunting, weight-slamming, gallon water jugs, stare down-downs, and boots abound (all discouraged by signage in the club). "Gymtimidation," as they call it here?! This PF has that 90's Gold's Gym bodybuilder vibe. The low fees keep people that would work out in a different environment coming back. Employees are relatively nice, but ineffectual. There is one guy though, that literally approaches every female under 40, and tries to chat them up. Utterly cringeworthy. Each PF is franchised, so the owners of the Lacey PF are obviously down with this culture, or at best allow it. If you are closer to the Olympia PF...go to that one. Much better.

I love all the different options of equipment and because of that I never have to wait to use something. I also like how majority of the employees are helpful and nice and keep the place clean, that is important these days. And I love all the signs everywhere, it makes me feel comfortable to workout there without being judged.

I am 100% disgusted at the ill treatment towards not only myself but towards my service dog KONO last night upon attempting to check in for my 5 consecutive 2-a-day circuit training at the Lacey, WA KONO is a German Rottweiler who happens to be my 3rd Rottweiler that I've owned and trained in the last 23 years. Upon receiving a brutal tongue lashing amongst a Murphys Law type crisisby a very disrespectful young Emily at PF Lacey on 16DEC23, I immediately resigned my Nation-Wide Black Card membership. My advice to today's youth is simple; READ. MORE. FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT IS A LIE. #EXTREME OWNERSHIP EQ

Very friendly staff, as is the case with all of the Planet Fitness locations I've been to. I recently had a moderate heart attack, and so my regimen has changed somewhat. My friend and I were only able to make a quick visit to the Lacey location the other day, but I will definitely be back.

Love love love this gym. New equipment, always clean, separate area where I can go do some HIIT training (maybe think about putting a rower in there?), lots of dumbbells, machines are always clean, working with no issues and no cable clunkiness ( like when equipment isn't maintained well. And it drags and frays.) Black card has access to hydro massage beds, tan. Reception is always really nice to talk with. If you’re new to a gym, their app is pretty neat with workouts, they have group classes with trainers, and some PF have the tv monitors where you can follow their workout for the day (which is pretty decent.) No pizza 🍕 😂 no big barbells freeweight above 60lbs for deadlifts or Olympic lifts, the kettlebells only go to 30lbs, but that’s ok. There’s alternative movements and the selection of heavy dumbbell weights is good. And no jerks either! It’s been great to train at.

I have NOT been using the membership. Due to a mental fog because of the death of my husband, I didn’t notice the monthly fees still coming out of my account. I called less than a week of the annual fee, explaining the situation, trying to cancel, didn’t ask for a refund of any of the monthly dues, just the annual. It took TWO WEEKS AND multiple calls to get a manager on the phone. Even offered proof of the death certificate, and she was unsympathetic, rude, and inflexible. NEVER going back to this gym.

James Brown is a stellar personal trainer at Planet Fitness in Lacey. I was so impressed with his unique skill with physiology and kinesiology. He seemed to really understand the muscles and the primary function of exercises in such a way that I have not seen before. Planet fitness is lucky to have such a fine individual to train their patrons. I hope that in the future I get many more opportunities to use his personal training ability to advance my own techniques.

A nice gym like others of its kind. This one has exceptionally new treadmills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing negative thing to say was that it seems that the black card members area, particularly the tanning room, was a dirty. Needed a vacuuming and sanitizing. But it was at peak traffic time when I went, so I'll assume there's just been some exceptionally dirty people that have come and gone today. If I come back to find the place squeaky clean, I will adjust my stars to five 😁 2/6/2023

Love this gym. Great customer service. Wish they had one or two more smith machine and cable station. 4 stars only because there is one of the cables on the cable station that has been down for a while.

I am a regular ( 3-5 per week ) . Usually I have to point out that the sanitizing stations are in need of refills , either paper or spray :/ The ladies restroom is often out of toilet paper / seat covers and messy ( paper , seat covers on the floor ) . One particular young staff member is sitting on the counter busy on the cell ( very unprofessional) . Both are usually just behind the counter , 75% not greeting or saying good bye to members :/ I do workout at different times and it seems when the managers are present they are more on it to keep it tidy and customer focused . I hope they will get better customer service training as well as facilities cleaning training .

I LOVE the Planet Fitness in Lacey! With it being a no judgemental zone, where the workers/staff are very gracious and encouraging, it has me feel loved and motivated! Especially the worker named Jesse, he's a VERY hard worker and very welcoming and kind! With his positive and encouraging attitude, I always look forward to coming back! He deserves a raise!!!! Also, everyone else that works there are awesome as well! Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when stepping out to goto Planet Fitness, due to it being out of my comfort zone to be around others to workout. But I'm GLAD I did step out! I love it!

Love the staff. They are very helpful and polite. The hydraulic massage is worth every penny of the gym membership. It's like getting rewarded for working out.

Great 24/7 gym at a great price. They don't have a pool but they definitely have any workout machine you could need. They always answer my questions and keep the place clean.

Normally i don’t write reviews and would let these things go. But today i was at planet fitness for over an hour and in the middle of our workout a worker comes up to us and tells us we cannot be wearing crocs at this gym. I have no problem with putting different shoes on but it’s the principle of the fact i have came many time in crocs and i was an hour into my work out at this point. On top of it multiple people at the gym had on “unsafe” gym shoes. Such as slippers and steal toe work boots and hiking boots. If you are going to correct someone why not do it when they come in the door? And hold the same standard across the board. A little side not be careful with your payments. I signed up and added my bank information and was still charged late fees for 2 months. No call, no text, no email and nobody at the counter let me know of this issue. I was charged an extra $15 dollars for 2 months before i realized they were stealing from me.

Joined PF after finding out they had hydromassage. Then I was introduced to the "total body enhancement" with the vibrating plate and several workout stations The cost of the memberships is fantastic. The staff at the PF are great. One of them named Jesse is very friendly, kind and helpful.

I like planet fitness. I don't want to go to a different gym over something that can be easily addressed. Please acquisition more 45lb plates. That aside, gym is clean, and for 25 dollars a month you honestly can't beat the price for what it offers. This is where I'd put the 45 lb plates if I were running a gym, kinda right next to where they belong.

It was very overwhelming my first time here. It was on the busier side and it seemed packed. The workers were kind of intimidating and not really willing to help. The ab/ mat workout areas were too small with not enough space and the hydro massage bed was not open the day I went. Also, their locker rooms SUCK. They have the locker combos built into the lockers and another woman and myself had to get the male employee to come inside the locker room to unlock our lockers for us. I think i'm gonna stick with the Olympia location tbh. They have a way bigger area to do mat workouts, you bring your own lock, it's a lot less hectic and more easy going/ peaceful, and their black card spa is open. Only thing I like about this location is that it's by Fred Meyers so I can get some Starbucks before I catch the bus home.

What can I say. I visited my parents after nearly 3 years of not seeing them. Was in the area for nearly 3 months. This is without a doubt the best gym I've ever been to. No judgement, no lunks, vast variety of equipment, open 24/7. The staff are beyond helpful and attentive. If ever they branch out to the UK/Wales I will 100% be joining up

Nice gym. Very clean lots of equipment. 24/7 days a week access is nice and if a black card member you get access to spa which is a nice bonus and you can bring a workout buddy with you for free.

The trainers and staff are warm, helpful and make you feel at ease. As a newbie, this large place with all the machines and people can be overwhelming. They are good at giving tips and being available to help you set and start making a plan to hits your goals. Thank you!

I've been a member for a few years now. The club started out great, but then started to decline. I almost cancelled my membership, but the new manager has been great. He genuinely cares, listens to members, and is working hard to improve the club.

The staff is always very kind and helpful. All the equipment is very clean and most people clean after themselves as well. The bathrooms are always very clean. And all the gym equipment is functional except for maybe a couple stragglers. I would highly recommend this location.

I love this place and the staff....I just wish the bathrooms would get fixed and stay fixed. With as busy as it is, constantly having 2 of the 3 toilets and 1 of the 2 urinals out of commission is a bit much.
