I wanted to check my brother in as my guest at the Olympia location. The “Team Leader” told me it would be faster/easier to check in on our mobiles, but after 10-15 minutes of wifi and service failure I asked him to just check us in from his side. He told me “yes, but it’s pretty inconvenient….” (Hinting that he wanted us to continue to struggle with the phone), so I tried two more times and ended up leaving without doing my workout at all. The whole time he was gossiping and chatting with the ladies working with him, about the damn sunset. But he can’t be arsed to help check us in. Never coming here again. Lacey got us checked in within 5 minutes, thanks Lacey for giving me the service I pay for.

Needs to step up communication and professionalism. This is the second time I've had my new member orientation canceled without notification. I understand that trainers get hurt but they have my contact information to notify me. It's disrespectful of my time, and they don't care.

Much better than the one in Lacey. Great staff and clean area. Missing a lot of things I would like to have in a gym but great overall. Though cars have been broken into twice out of the 4 times I’ve been there. Nothing to do with planet fitness but the area. Don’t leave valuables in the car or unlocked in the lockers.

Been a PF member at several locations close to 10 years now. Olympia has a good location and lots of equipment, but they could do a better job at machine maintenance and club cleanliness. There are more than a few treadmills with lumps in the belt, and one has been off kilter and crooked for going on 3 weeks. If you walked down any of the mill aisles you would see it. In addition I've noticed a rank odor coming from the men's locker room, but passed it off as coming from the garbage can near the entrance. However there is a fly problem in the showers, and noticed mold growing on the shower ceilings so the bugs are loving that.

This location is always clean, well stocked and the staff here are THE BEST! There’s a reason you see Jaymes mentioned in so many reviews, he goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome! I just moved away and I genuinely miss going to this location because they are fantastic.

Planet fitness in Olympia is very nice and clean. The Reception is always friendly and the facility itself is pretty well stocked as far as equipments concerned. It doesn’t have like Olympic weights but it’s not that kind of gym. It has tanning and Hydromassage beds. For $25 a month - it’s hard to find something to complain about. It’s always been clean and friendly and safe. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, this is a pretty good gym. The equipment is clean, new, and staff are not unfriendly. Planet fitness is open 24 hours and, given its low price, you will usually find it quite full. I've been to this location at about 3:00 a.m. multiple weeks in a row, and I still found at least 10 people actively using the equipment. I don't have much experience coming here during the day. Also, if you're thinking about subscribing to a planet fitness membership, keep in mind that they are brutal with their late fees, and will force you to come in person to your home location in order to cancel your membership. Without the obscene membership policy, I might give this gym four stars. But planet fitness as a company would rate two stars or less.

Membership is a bait-and-switch scam. "Join for only $1" except with random undisclosed fees and surcharges the unmentioned annual out-of-pocket cost of their "black card" is about $383, when they advertise something like "$29/month with 1mo free". Also you can never cancel your subscription unless you die, in which case they will need a police affidavit and a DNA test on your cremated remains so that they can begin the billing account resubscription process.

This is my home planet fitness. I've been to others, but I do really enjoy this one. The staff are very friendly. The place is always well kept, clean, and the atmosphere is comfortable also. The only downside is that there isn't a private locker area for black card members like I have seen at other locations. If anyone reads this can you put in a request? 😁 Honestly it's not really needed, just a nice perk I've seen elsewhere.

Amazing GYM!!! So glad we joined. The gym is always very clean, with many machines to choose from that offer a great workout with enough variation to keep your workouts from becoming mundane and boring. I, especially appreciate the 30 minute circuit workout that is already set up, all you do is start on one machine and follow the prompts to move to the next machine. It provides a very well rounded workout for the whole body! It’s great if you’re just wanting to put some music on and get a good overall body workout. You can push yourself and enhance the workout accordingly. Overall nice gym, considering the price is only 24.99 a month!!! Tanning is offered as apart of the package, and you can bring a partner for free every time with you if you want!!! Two for one gym membership!!! Happy to be apart of the community, people are respectful and accepting, always FREE of judgements or any body shaming. Encouraging and supportive staff working all hours of the day! Great GYM for our family!!!

Pampering myself with tans and massages and red light booth at the fancy spa the place is clean with the newest best equipment there. It's completely awesome.pamper yourself . Black card is the way to go. I had to start exercising because I was having a hard time getting back up off the hydro bed . LOL true story. It's hard to get off the hydro bed.

Solid gym exactly as advertised. Awesome staff and cleanliness! However, if you are a powerlifter I would not suggest going here as they have no free large barbells unless you count a Smith Machine.

The employees are very nice and responsible at cooper point , specially James, love to workout overe there. But please if it is possible we really need 70 and 80 lb for compact one peice barbell.

Great gym! Met some cool people and had some great workouts there. All the quickest is nice and nothing is broken except like one pull machine. All in all I like this gym and the staff

Great staff and very friendly atmosphere to get in that workout we all need. It is a little busy sometimes, but just don’t go during “rush hour” times:) Also, a glorious perk is that you can use any PF gym in United States with VIP membership with hydro-massage access.

I go to Planet Fitness 6 days a week. The experience is always good. The gym is well-ventilated, clean, never crowded and the staff is always available if you need them. Best gym experience for the money, no question.

Broken since August 3rd. No maintenance being done here. Complained multiple times but the kids working here have no control

We have moved out of state and needed to cancel our membership there in order to start a new one where we live now. Great club for a good workout without a bunch of frills that we didn't want or need. If you are a Silver Sneakers member thru your insurance, you pay nothing out of pocket unless your want the premium membership then you pay $10.00.

I couldn't speak higher about this gym. I have been a member of many gyms in the past but this is by far the best for a few reasons. The management team is very attentive and productive in a solution with anything a member brings to their attention in a professional manner. The gym has the upmost cleaniness, even the cracks and crevices. Many stations of disinfectant around as well. They have ample carsio and weight equipment so I never have to wait. Don't get me started on their hydro massage beds and chairs! They have red light therapy, tanning with stand up, and even hybrid tanning/red light! I am so satisfied as a member here! Josh and Jimmy(management team) work hard to make every member feel welcome and happy there!

Jaymes is always so happy to see my friend and I. He always makes us feel very welcomed. I call him “Best friend” because of how caring he is and how much joy he brings to planet fitness. The equipment is easy to use and if we don’t know how to use it we can look at the pictures that are them or scan the bar code that’s on em and we can watch a video on how to use them.

Great gym with tons of equipment. Super clean. Jaymes is always there when we go & he is super friendly & quick to help with anything we need. He makes going to the gym fun!!! Jaymes you rock!

The Olympia gym wrongfully charged me for 7 months after canceling in store with their employee. When I noticed and asked for a refund I was told they don’t really do refunds and said they’ll do one month for their employees mistake. Overall terrible customer service and management. Feel bad for the employees that don’t get trained and the customers that suffer because of Jacob and Jesse. Not to mention the customer service email just refers you back to the same people at the gym that are terrible.

Best most affordable gym ive ever been part of. Kind welcoming employees clean bathrooms and facilities plenty of weights and machines for all ( around 6 pm gets very crowded so try to avoid that time if possible) Kind people overall that go to the gym as well. Mostly people keep to themselves but regulars will say hello! Only 22 dollars a month for 24 hr gym use and tanning. Best in town!! Plus helps me stay fit and healthy!! A win overall!

Love the equipment here. Having been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years I have my favorite Brand, Hammer Strength. PF has Lots of Hammer Strength equipment. The Cardio equipment is endless and Staff is great! Great tanning! The amenities here are endless.

The gym is wonderful and clean. My issue is they claim they can't refund a monthly charge, for a month they know i won't be using their gym? It's never impossible to do this. I called the day I was charged. And you're taking my money knowing I won't be there and have paid several months after I've moved, that I haven't been there. You can see when I was last there. It's really ugly that you guys don't see how wrong that is.

It’s a great gym. It has all the equipment needed and then some to get a great workout. Most importantly the gym is clean and no one bothers you when you’re trying to work out. Plus it’s a very reasonable value. 🙂Cam

One of the best planet fittness's I've been to. It can be busy at peak times but still able to get an effective workout in.

It’s a planet fitness. Not much else needed to say here. They keep it super clean and it’s give everything you’d expect.

Another great place to workout. Lots of machines for a variety of exercises without the wait. If you don't come with your own music device, the I'm house jams will keep you going. Well kept, and the water fountains work.

Great location! Plenty of machines and space. Friendly and helpful staff. $10/month to stay fit and be in a positive environment. I've tried half a dozen gyms and I always go back to planet fitness 👍

I like this Planet Fitness because it is very clean. The employees are professional and friendly. I also like how all of the machines are set up. They are not tightly together. I also, as a Black Card member, love the separate Black Card room. The massage water tables and chairs are my favorite. I would highly recommend this Planet Fitness for all of your fitness needs.

Place is going down hill fast. Most of the benches and equipment are starting to look like this. No maintenance is being done.

The best gym I've ever been to for such an affordable membership fee! VERY clean and it's obvious that they take good care of the equipment. Staff is cool, friendly, but not all up in my business. Also, plenty of tanning booths and hydro massage chairs so there's rarely a wait to use them.

Great size Planet Fitness. Probably one of the biggest ones Ive been in. Most of the staff at the front desk are pretty friendly and have a polite attitude. They're also pretty good about keeping the cleaning stuff stocked up.

All Equipments are in good condition. 30 Minute quick workout is good. I am really enjoying hydro massage bed and Massage Chair. I am not seeing much benefit with Total Enhancement body. It is better to have SPA, Steam Room and Sauna. Currently it doesn't have any one of it.

Wouldnt allow me to sign up there which seems super weird. Told me I have to go online and i need all my bank and drivers information so super inconvenient sign up process. Nothing is mentioned online about needing all that or not being able to go in to sign up. I didn't come with all my bank info and it’s too late to get it so they turned me away. Ive gone back and forth between gyms for years and I used to think planet fitness was one of the friendliest but I didn’t leave with that feeling this time. They Didn’t even offer a tour of the facility like they used to so I guess when someone signs up online they go in and hope they can find the machine they want.

Planet Fitness is absolutely the worst gym on the planet. The gym is dirty. The staff is rude. The rules are dumb. Trying to cancel a membership is as inconvenient and difficult as they can make it. Never coming back. Big F U PF.
