I
called
and
asked
about
the
steps
to
either
re
freezing
an
account
or
cancelling
a
membership.
All
i
was
told
to
do
was
email
or
come
in
to
the
gym
to
do
so.
So
i
emailed
the
club
and
the
next
day
they
had
responded
with
all
of
these
fees
i
was
going
to
have
to
pay
and
that
there
was
a
30
day
cancellation
notice.
I
was
not
informed
of
this
when
i
called
and
pretty
taken
back.
Typical
corporate
business
though
trying
to
get
every
penny
they
can
out
of
people.
The
worst
part
was
the
back
and
forth
emails
that
was
exchanged.
The
staff
became
very
unprofessional
and
rude
very
quickly
after
being
called
out
on
their
mistake
by
not
explaining
their
policies.
They
jumped
to
the
old
βit
was
in
the
contract
you
signed
years
agoβ
line.
Like
anyone
ever
remembers
the
specifics
in
those.
Good
business
would
be
to
kindly
remind
someone
of
said
policy
when
cancelling
but
what
do
i
know!
I
wouldnt
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
as
they
are
just
clearly
about
protecting
themselves
and
taking
in
as
much
money
as
they
can.
If
i
could
give
a
negative
star
review
i
would

I
did
not
call
to
ask
about
coming
back
or
what
to
pay
off.
I
called
and
asked
if
my
membership
was
still
active
or
not.
I
called
back
a
second
time
to
ask
if
the
other
two
memberships
were
still
frozen.
I
then
proceeded
to
ask
the
steps
to
either
re
freeze
them
OR
cancel.
All
i
was
told
was
to
either
come
into
the
club
or
email
the
club.
At
this
point,
good
business
practice
would
be
to
remind
the
customer
of
said
cancellation
policy
of
30
days.
No
one
is
ever
going
to
remember
these
details
trust
me.
I
have
worked
at
gyms
and
worked
in
HR
for
a
very
long
time
and
have
alot
of
experience
with
contract
language.
It
is
always
in
the
customers
best
interest
to
be
upfront
about
these
details
so
they
are
not
blindsided
like
we
were
about
extra
fees
and
charges
Also,
our
auto
pay
was
messed
up
many
times
and
fees
were
not
drafted
due
to
your
error.
Say
what
you
will,
but
i
came
in
countless
times
to
fix
these
and
this
is
why
late
fees
were
refunded.
Personally
attacking
us
or
mentioning
financial
information
on
these
reviews
is
not
a
good
loom
either
for
your
business
just
fyi.
I
know
its
always
upsetting
when
youre
called
out
on
the
misinformation
you
provided,
but
a
manager
should
step
in
and
rectify
a
situation
and
ask
how
to
make
it
better.
Not
provoke
it
by
doing
what
youre
doing.
I
hope
anyone
who
reads
this
sees
what
unprofessionalism
you
are
displaying
here.
