A real disgrace for being an "Anytime fitness" I've been a member for years, in good standing with all locations I've been. For the last 6 months my key hasn't worked at any location except the lacey office here. The crazy part is I kept getting charged. After getting back in the state after much business travel around the country, I dropped in, hoping to get a solution. Staff seriously couldn't have cared any less about my issue with not being able to access gyms across the country for the last 6 months. They refused issuing me a new key, and their best and only recommendation was for me to cancel my membership. WOW! They even wrote the reason for canceling as "moving" - which was unironically false. It's called negligence. The past drug use is quite obviously. I'm still taken back by the whole ordeal. I regret the fact that you guys became my "main gym" - I originally started in Elma, WA. Where service and management was and still is a 10/10. Like, they actually greet people, and answer questions, like real people. It's funny, when this gym became my "home gym" I got an email saying staff couldn't wait to meet me, HAH. The truth couldn't have been farther. I will say the gentleman you have cleaning on Sundays is fantastic. Actually answered more questions and gave me more time of day than your Monday-Friday front desk crew. What a waste of money. A real disgrace.

Clean, well-run gym. The owner is a professional man. He doesn't put anyone's personal business on blast in social media or reviews, nor does he exploit veterans and bodybuilders for personal gain. Very well-run place here and though the gym is smaller, it's literally never packed and still provides everything and more needed to train. Great parking and perfect location. The locker rooms aren't cramped and offer ample room for progress pictures, changing, and has a sauna. Oh, and there's no kids room here unfortunately but doesn't personally take away. Great community gym.

Favorite location. I’ve been to quite a few along the I-5 corridor from WA down to CA. This is the best one yet. Large and safe parking area, spacious gym, plenty of equipment, and huge locker rooms with multiple facilities and showers. FYI to those who also travel, bring your own shampoo and soap, but towels are provided. Plenty of outlets and mirrors in the locker rooms

I joined Anytime Fitness for some very specific reasons. The staff is always helpful with whatever questions I may have. Being part of something bigger than myself is encouraging and refreshing to say the least. The fact that Im able to use additional Anytime Fitness locations after my 1st month of membership is icing on the cake because each of the different facilities has resources set up just a bit different from the others that make it a fun change of venue.

Decent enough gym, but I like the standard of private rooms for changing and showering in most other AFs I've been to. Also, hot water was hard to find in the showers. Towel service was good though. Bathroom counters were soaked, but a worker was slowly making his way around the gym, so I'm sure he'd get to it. Also, if you bend over to wash your feet in the shower, you'll probably get a good glimpse of the person beside you since the walls are set way too high up.

I love this gym. Granted the gym I was previously going to was Planet Fitness, so I don't think it takes much to impress me. As someone with social anxiety I really enjoy that this place is never really packed, especially late at night and early in the morning. The few people I have encountered here seem pretty chill and I haven't seen any annoying "gym bros". The only thing I wish is that they would have just one more Bench rack, as it can get fully occupied sometimes

I am enjoying my new connection with Anytime Fitness! Staff is very helpful, my trainer is a gem. I am an older than dirt member and I never feel out of place. Lots of every age very inspiring!!

Best gym in the Olympia area in my opinion. Reasonable prices, not crowded, clean, and friendly staff but not in your face like 24 hours. Also people seem focused but it’s not a bro gym vibe which is nice.

Recently got my membership renewed, today was busy, really great atmosphere people are nice and friendly. Some of the equipment could use some upgrades

Great gym! People are friendly. I was struggling with a machines mechanics and someone came up to see if I needed help which was really nice. It's clean and I never have a problem with getting a machine.

Some Anytime Fitnesses have things this one doesn't. No saunas or tanning beds. Other than that, the place is great. Clean, respectful staff, great atmosphere.

One of the best anytime gyms or gyms in general I have ever used. Excellent equipment and low volume crowds.

Clean. Usually fairly busy during the week but weekends are mostly open. Showers are nice enough, equipment nice enough.

I love this gym! The owner, Jared, is professional and friendly. He cares about your experience and your progress. And he’s always around. Qy-Ana is my trainer and she is phenomenal in every aspect: health and fitness knowledge, ability to teach and demonstrate, personable and an encourager. The facility is never too crowded when I’m there and the equipment is high quality and in good repair. It’s clean and bright, and enjoyable to be there. I highly recommend you join this club!!

Can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is nothing but helpful and always polite. The gym is very sanitary, extra cleaning bottles at every station, hand sanitizing station installed throughout the gym. It is extremely important during this pandemic to keep your physical health in tip top shape so huge thanks to Anytime Fitness for being open and helping our community stay healthy.

Best Anytime fitness gym in Washington. Very clean and probably four or five times bigger than others. They have all the machines and free weight that its hard to find in other Anytime fitness. All members I encounter were very nice and respectful. Everyone disinfect and wipe down each equipment after use and puts the weight back!!! Compare to other gyms, fees are little more expensive, but ITS WORTH IT!! Especially this gym in Lacey.

OMG! This gym is HUGE compared to the 3 I rotate between in my area. It’s clean, well maintained and has a lot of equipment. I was in during unstaffed hrs so it wasn’t busy at all. Very beautiful facility 🥰.

I love this gym. There more than enough space to workout and not worry about bumping into anyone. The staff are friendly, there are plenty of machine and free weights available.

Good clean facilities with shower and provided towels. Have variety of equipments for exercise.

Anytime Fitness staff in Lacey are awesome! The bootcamp class on Saturday's is great and it is very positive community!
