Loved the coaches and the classes. However, their communication stinks when you have to cancel your membership. I needed to and had seven classes remaining that I had paid for. The app said I had until the end of April to use them and apparently that was incorrect. Front desk never let me know during my six other visits that once I cancel my membership my classes expire. Which doesn't make a lot of sense as you need to give a 30 day notice of needed to cancel. Really left a sour taste after a great year and a half.

This was my first visit to an Orangetheory, and I really enjoyed it. I have been out of practice in going to the gym since Covid and needed to begin a regular workout routine again that would challenge and motivate me. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome by the staff. Since it was my first class, there was even a little welcome sign they had prepared that read, "Welcome Maximillian". That little 'extra' meant a lot. As far as the workout went, the pace as well as the coach who led the class were great. I was new and a bit uncomfortable going in, but everyone was welcoming, and I never felt bad for not being knowledgeable about all of the exercise techniques compared to the others there who seemed to have it all down. That experience is what prompted me to join after my first class. Not intimidating at all, but a truly great overall workout. I burned over 800 calories in an hour and felt great about having got out of my house and into a gym. I will start by going twice per week now. I recommend that you at least take advantage of their first-class free option. You have nothing to lose. There is no high-pressure sales tactics either. Update: Going into my 3rd month and I still love it. No two workouts are the same and it's been a great mix of strength and cardio. I travel for work and have had no problem getting in workouts throughout the country with my OT membership. From Portland to DC, I've been able to go and maintain my workout schedule. Still highly recommend.

I love OTF! I love being able to see myself get better and stronger with each workout. Megan is the BEST coach ever! The girls at the front are always so willing to help me with all of my questions. The best part is they know who you are and acknowledge you by name when you walk in. I’m glad I am a member!

Best fitness studio in Thurston Co. The coaches are amazing, personal fave is Megan! They bring knowledge, energy, kindness, and great music! If your like me and can’t workout in a regular gym and need that coach telling you what to do each step…check this studio out you won’t regret it!

I actually don’t love working out and am not good at pushing myself but Orange Theory makes it - dare I say - fun?! I always feel personally known and welcome here and exercise longer and harder than I would anywhere else.

Totally killer place, very colorful and vibrant, with a lot of Orange gear. It's pretty cool 😎. I think that if you're into, or not into going to the gym this establishment Orangetheory Fitness has the equipment to help you start out, or a seasoned veteran, no worries, they have some fun and very friendly and welcoming staff here that would really, make you feel right at home. Membership is not expensive here as well so, I Highly recommend visiting Orangetheory Fitness for better health advice. 🤙😎🤙🏄‍♂️🤙👽🤙👣🤙😷.

Orangetheory is a fantastic place to get a consistently good and effective workout. They manage to make it feel very different each time and it is amazing how they keep such close track of the time and keep us moving from one segment to another. I love that I don’t have to create my own workout plan! If I did it would be very monotonous and not hit all the muscle groups the way they do. You get in, get to work, and get out in a very efficient manner. I love the high intensity style of workout and the group atmosphere helps you push yourself, too. The coaches keep it simple and fun!

I love OTF. It's an amazing workout. I enjoy the coaches and the staff is always friendly. I especially enjoyed the curated classes. It's nice to be told what to do and when to do it. Keeps me on track and I always feel like I had a great workout.

This gym has been truly great. I joined earlier this week and have gone 4/5 days of this work week. I enjoy the atmosphere, music is fun, people are nice, the coaches are great. The only thing I'd say that is a con about training here is that if you are a seasoned athlete/experienced weight lifter, you may feel slightly disappointed by the lack of creativity/variety in their weight lifting components. This is not the coaches fault, they are doing what they're told. But for the amount of money you spend to be here, I personally really wish that the weightlifting aspect of this place was a little bit better.

I really like that I get a well-rounded workout every time and the workouts are never exactly the same. I have the ability to push myself as hard as I want or take it a bit easier if I'm having a bit of an off day. Coaches and staff are amazing and really helpful too!

I love the extra push and accountability that you get from the coaches! And the OT members are the best workout buddies!! Doing the transformation challenge has gotten me back on track to reach my goals! I can’t say enough good things about OT West Oly!!

OTF is the best workout! You are coached through every workout, you don’t have to think of what to do and it includes cardio and strength. You get an assigned station for class so you don’t even have to worry about figuring out where to start. The workout changes every day. There are benchmark workouts so you can see your improvement. There’s an app to book your classes and it’s super easy to use. And to top it off the energy and atmosphere are very welcoming.

Orange Theory West Olympia is one of my happy places. I love that the workouts are different every day and the staff and coaches are so friendly and helpful. If you’ve been thinking of joining you should give it a try. You won’t regret it!

Best use of an hour. Having to think a lot for my work, love not having to for OTF. Great space, team and coaches. You always feel great and accomplished after!

The variety makes it fun, and I can’t wait to go back each day. At the end of the workout I am sweaty and can tell that I’ve put in a great effort, but it never feels too much while I’m doing it. I wish I’d joined awhile ago!

I have been going here since 2019 and have been able to continuously achieve my fitness goals! The community of members, staff, and coaches really makes this place worth the drive for me! I feel seen, celebrated, and supported!

Horrible employees I had went to the restroom and I overheard the manager shaylea & a receptionist gossiping about some of the members while they were in a class that was very unprofessional and rude not to mention they’re very overpriced for the workouts that they make you do you can find those exercises on Pinterest if I’m being honest you’ll be better off paying a professional personal trainer.

It's a very efficient total body workout and you can burn 500-700 calories in one hour. Great staff and facility.

I love the workout because it has helped me increase my cardio fitness and I love the people and the coaches. I go at least 3-4 days a week. I feel that this many days a week helps me to achieve and maintain a healthy physique, especially now that I am in my 50s. These workouts can be challenging, but overall the only person you are trying to beat, is yourself. The coaches are amazing and supportive to push us through the workouts. I am here to stay.

LOVE this studio! Front desk staff is so welcoming and Coaches are inspiring. Extremely clean with the best equipment. The workout is the most efficient & effective 1 hour complete body cardio and weight training session you will ever get. The heart rate monitors help you to know how to push yourself to reach your fitness & weight loss goals.

If you’re looking for a fitness routine that is arranged for you, lead by an accredited Coach and easy to schedule according to your calendar via an app - Orangetheory is your place. We are more than a gym - we are a community. Try a free class with a guided intro and results review. After nearly 850 classes I can honestly say this program works!

🫤 2.5 ⭐ The facilities are ok. Nothing to remark on those, alright building, good selection of classes. I'm giving a lower rating because of cleanliness. Most of the classes that I attended are in the multipurpose room upstairs. The floor is always dirty! They host a youth program and then a yoga cla...

😐 Needs to step up communication and professionalism. This is the second time I've had my new member orientation canceled without notification. I understand that trainers get hurt but they have my contact information to notify me. It's disrespectful of my time, and they don't care.

👍👍 I’m so excited to have found Whetstone!! After learning that my gym was closing last week, I was on the hunt for a new gym. I tried one work out at a “big box” gym that I will not name, and I wasn’t happy there. At all. Whetstone had crossed my mind many times over my 9 years in Olympia, yet I had n...
