Gravity yoga is amazing. While I lived in the area I went three times a week. I have back issues and this class never hurt me and I always felt like I had a great workout after! I would highly suggest anyone try it if you are even a little interested. There is truly nothing like it! Also, Lori is absolutely amazing. She cares so much about her practice and her students. She always has different ways to stretch a muscle or get into a difficult pose if you're having trouble. She is such a passionate person! Basically, just go. You won't be disappointed!

The classes that Gravity Yoga offers are transformative, grounding and blissful! I was sold, when I walked out of my first class with full range of motion in my SI joints. I know that might not mean much to you, but that moment was the first time I've been able to walk freely without pain in these 18 months after an injury to my pelvis. My spine and pelvis have not felt this good in years. I can see the potential for the challenge and benefits of the trapeze style yoga to last me a lifetime. I highly recommend Lori as a teacher - her joy and passion come through in every session, and she is so relaxed and easy-going. The studio is beautiful and peaceful, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Even with a full class, there is plenty of room for everyone. And Lori plays the coolest music for this floaty, playful yoga practice. My only regret is that it took me so long to try out the classes at Gravity. I have found my happy place!

There is nothing like gravity yoga. Beautiful strengthening sets that run the gamut from the challenging all over body work out to the serene meditative full body stretch all in a learner friendly judgment free air. Whether your just trying it out or have a routine of your own that you never miss, these classes are often a seamlessly sewn together patchwork full of support and levity.

Laurie has made a beautiful studio and a thriving practice. at a centralized location. My daughter and her friend arebusy teens and they both love the classes here. We bought a lot of 10 classes at the studio for an Amazing deal that was matched from a similar Grouponprice. .

Lori was a wonderful instructor! I went for the first time and would go back every day if I lived closer. Would totally recommend to anyone-even people who don’t do yoga! Bring a friend and enjoy a smoothie after!

Amazing experience! So much better and than regular yoga. More stretching, more fun, more strength building-everything more! Plus you will have an amazing instructor! Lori is the first of the few who began training folks on aerial art in the area!

This is the single most beneficial all around thing you can do for your body and mind. Helped me first wirh back pain by decompressing by spine and joints. For someone who is in their 50's greatly improved flexibility, balace and posture made me feel whole again. I also found you can use the trapeze for significant crossfit type strength training. By using your own bodyweight there is no need for fancy machines or heavy weights. Most important the owner Lori has loads of experience and can customize you to your own body and level. She is super kind, gentle and understanding. The kinda of person you wouldn't mind seeing, being with and talking to everday!
