My
son's
membership
was
cancelled
in
May
due
to
a
move
out
of
State.
After
over
a
year
of
membership
he
was
told
that
there
was
no
problems
cancelling.
Three
more
months
of
them
charging
and
refunding
him
and
supposedly
noting
the
account
I
am
now
receiving
calls
every
month
to
update
billing
info
so
they
can
charge
fees.
The
last
three
calls
I
told
them
that
the
account
was
cancelled
in
May
due
to
the
move.
They
still
call
me.
I
have
requested
to
talk
to
the
owner
Nic
and
every
time
they
call
he
is
not
available.
The
last
two
calls
were
pleasant
and
the
person
on
the
call
stated
that
they
saw
the
note
and
that
it
never
got
processed
and
they
would
take
care
of
it.
Today
another
call
came
in
wanting
money.
These
people
that
call
must
not
look
at
notes
or
listen
to
the
person
on
the
other
end.
I
have
blocked
the
number
and
have
talked
to
an
attorney
about
the
issue.
The
gym
itself
is
great.
Lots
to
work
with
and
up
to
now
a
great
staff
as
long
as
you
are
a
potential
or
current
member.
Supposedly
the
owners
are
not
around
to
take
care
of
serious
issues
during
office
hours.
What
a
shame.
Update:
I
received
a
call
shortly
after
this
from
one
of
the
owners
who
guaranteed
that
the
issue
is
resolved.
We
will
see
next
month.
Well
it
has
been
a
few
months
and
there
have
not
been
any
charges
or
calls.
Looks
like
the
problem
was
fixed
after
several
months
of
aggravation.
